Really love a set of scales to keep track of weight too. pH and EC are both critical for thriving plant health, but temperature also plays a pivotal role in achieving optimal growth. It also happens to be the fundamental parameter that's most commonly overlooked. When you think about temperature in the context of a growing environment, you could be referring to the temperature of the air around the plants or you could also be referring to the temperature of nutrient solution or irrigation water, which will affect the root zone temperature. While air temperature is important, for the purposes of this piece, I'll be focusing on root zone temperature and its effect on nutrient uptake and overall plant health. That's because a plant's root system is the location of two essential chemical processes: water and nutrient absorption. In each of these processes, having the correct root zone temperature is paramount for these to occur efficiently. In a nutshell, root zone temperature will affect the rate at which your plants are able to absorb nutrients. If you let your root zone temperature remain unmonitored and uncontrolled, this could lead to disastrous effects on your overall crop yield. Nutrient absorption is largely driven by chemical processes, which take place in your plants' roots; the efficacy of these processes is determined by the temperatures to which those roots are exposed. Once your root zone temperature moves out of its optimal range, the plant will not be able to deliver optimal levels of nutrients and water. Ideally, you should aim to have your nutrient solution or irrigation water temperature at around 18 – 22 °C (65 - 72 °F) to ensure optimal nutrient and water uptake. In addition to having an effect on nutrient absorption, your root zone temperature also affects oxygen availability and solubility. If your water is too warm, you could risk starving your roots of oxygen as warm water cannot hold as much dissolved oxygen as colder water. On the other hand, if your water is too cold, this could shock your plant roots, decrease plant metabolic rates, and stunt plant growth. Peace out.

the girls are doing very well🌱, they like their diet, and they are gaining weight well💪 ... we are at the beginning of the sixth week of flowering🌻 and going for the highs👊now I am waiting to see the frost arrive on these girls day 40 of bloom🌻 things are going perfectly, the girls 🌱are gaining weight just the way we like it .... I intend for the first time to use Ripen della Ghe to force the end of the cycle👨‍🍳, since I am left with the empty cans in a bit of a hurry. Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. Ferilization is the same except BlackBerry Kush and LSD-25 they are being flushed. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: BlackBerry Kush and LSD-25 have to be harvested this week Friday so no more water. Colorado Cookies and Northern Light next week so started flushing them. Glueberry OG needs a bit more time.

Hey now, hope everyone has been well. Super excited football season is finally here so things are about to get busy. I went out of town for 4 days and the plants struggled a little bit with the PH getting slightly too high before I returned. I also came back to see that some type of insect was munching away on the lower leaves of my Sundae Driver which I sprayed the plant and coco with neem oil, but hopefully they didnt do much damage before I can get them under control I have never experienced insect problems indoors, likely because I grow in Coco and not Soil. However, I left a 5 gallon airpot full of coco from a previous grow outside for a couple weeks by mistake, and pretty sure bugs got into. I wont make that rookie mistake again. Anyways the rest of the ladies are looking pretty good, They are almost getting what I consider a full dose of nutrients, even though it half of the manufacturers recommended dosage. I am feeding all Gen Hydro cal mag, Armor Si, and maxi grow. I also add some food grade hydrogen peroxide to keep the reservoir fresh for around 10 days or so but I clean it once a week. Not sure why I cant select them on this site anymore, I know they got sold but they don't list them under either name. I did get all the ladies transplanted from solo cups to airpots on day 16, and it took 24 hours or so for them to recover from the transplant and start growing again. I am running 3 of the 3.4 gallon, and 2 of the 5.4 gallon just because that is what I had available. I hopefully top them all sometime this week for the first time, as soon as the roots are a little stronger. I let them grow to 7 nodes or so before I top them and make sure they're growing fast. Hopefully I can still mainline the Sundae Driver, she looks healthy other than those two leaves chomped off. I dont really do any LST until I get get the first toppings done, because my primary goal at this stage is to ensure she grows a strong set of roots before I start manipulating her. All the plants are on their 5th nodes, except for this Green Crack 2.0 which is only on her 4th node. We got another heat wave coming through my region that I am not too excited about but at least its earlly in the game and I dont need to crank this light up yet. I am only running it at 30% and its putting off plenty to keep this ladies happy. Hoping to get a topping done this week, then another one next week, and be ready to flip to flower by week 7 or so. I’ve also brought from living soil,,,Bloom🌸x Barley x Myco Boost Fed them half strength and 🤩 WOW they loved it . .Tran Siberian lower leafs 🍃 are getting there green colour back 🌱🌱..very happy with the changes. Next top feed is this Thursday, will use full strength and let’s 👁️👁️ see what happens … 🤔 👩‍🌾👋👋

Chopped the purple fruit/diesel smelling plant

I have started removing substrates and other things that contain nitrogen in them. You see, the trichomes are quite dense, and the flesh is also blooming, there is a tree that foxtail me sad because its flowers like pillars.

Everything is going well. She seems strong and I topped the six shooter just to see if she could handled and she seems to have exploded with side growth. Hopefully she will become a squat fat plant. Also germinated a Double Grape x 3Bears OG by Mephisto!

Vamos familia, cosecha de estas Granny’s Home de Seedstockers, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. Que locura la pinta que tienen estas plantas. Las flores aparte se ven bien resinosas, y muy prietas, aparte son bien aromáticas huelen bien fuerte. En general es una genética con la que disfruté bastante cultivarla, la genética es perfecta para cultivos de floración corta con rangos entre los 20/25 grados en interior, es bien fácil cultivarla y bien resistente, es excelente para cultivadores principiantes. Alright lads 💪🏻 so we’re starting week 2 today - the girls are all having there own individual issues the joys or running multiple strains again 😂👌🏻, but we’re all looking really wellz so left side is looking a bit N def hungry still so I’ve upped the bio grow to 2ml and the right side is still showing she’s still got some nutes left from repot as shes good I’ve just left that to 1ml bio grow. All the clones are looking nice lush green, all starting to take shape now🕺 wait another 2 weeks until I start to flower them.. and see which of my keepers are as clones then take cutz off them before flowering my actual clones tent, keep the cutz in a separate tent and start popping more seeds of this next round. Either ripper seeds new limited edition or lit seeds can’t decide..😅, anyways gang cheers for stopping by until next week and we can see some bud formation happing 💪🏻 Update - end of week 2 of flowering - I’ve given them all a fair defoliation and taken a lot of lowers of to start focusing it on them tops. Still looking a bit pale lack of N but we should be okay if it seems keep progressing al just up feed to 2ml per litre. Other than that it’s going fairly smooth.

These holidays we was travelling a little and wenn we arrive Back the girl's was needing a little more energy fir the flowering week 2 , and we do feeding the girl's today, they are looking amazing now!! And everyday looking and smelling stronger

Good week. Buds are fattening up. Growing like a 1/4" a day!!!! It's getting exciting for my first grow.

My house is full of sweet chocolate and fruit aroma:) her flowers are full of shiny trichomes :) the girl only bloomed for 57 days, but she is already ready, maybe her flowering sped up in my grow box, high temperature 33°, because of that under my arm my light was set to 85%. From the first days, the girl showed fast and healthy growth:) I made a timelapse video, but unfortunately due to problems with the SD memory card, it takes 3-4 days at the end of the video, besides, my tent is too small for that :D I also made bubble hash from sugar leaves myself :) I tried Zamnesia seeds for the first time - I hope that someday this seed bank will offer me its products to try again :) thank you all. you were together :) good luck with the growing.
