Strong start with the light high and the EC low @ .5 but I'll probably swap out the water and remix something around 1.2 by the weekend. Running the pH around 5.7. MegaCrop will be the nutrient as always.

7 Feb: Watered with a tiny bit of pH-Down, also 0.5ml Acti-Vera + 0.5ml Bio-Heaven. I plan to feed her 2L of this mixture (total of 1+1ml nutrients) for the remainder of this week. I will feed more if I have given all feed and the soil is still dry, otherwise no. I just now calculated that it would mean around 285ml of water per day for 7 days in a row, I think that is a bit too much. 8 Feb: I asked a grow question regarding if I should trim (defoliate) my flower. Thanks to everyone who took time to answer! In conclusion I will not defoliate my flower. 9 Feb: Watered 10 Feb: Today I started using nutrients and I deliberately decided to use the minimum amount possible. I will then see how my plant reacts and either continue with nutrients and slowly increase to "correct" dosages, or switch back to plain water for a little while longer. Also, if you look at the text above after "7 Feb", you see that I used nutrients there as well. However I used tiny, tiny dosages and I also shared the water with my other plant: https://growdiaries.woodroom.tel/diaries/133066-grow-journal-by-depplover49. The feed ran out in just 3-4 days and the plants seem to like it so that's why I had to refill my watering can today. 11 Feb (Day 29): Today was my best performance yet when it comes to mixing nutrients. I measured the pH-levels of the water, added one nutrient, checked the pH-levels again, then repeated until I was done. I also used two different meters since I believe they're both not really a 100% working. I am thinking about investing in a better one, these two were like $15 each and I heard that they can break after a while. Anyways, I checked the soil using both meters and the green one show 6.9 and the red one 6.9-7.0. I'm quite sure it's at 6.9 and my feeding mixture is about 6.5. I am hoping to be able to report a lowered pH-level in a few days (if that's how it works hehe). 12 Feb (Day 30): She is getting wider and bigger, her leaves are erect, she responds very well to nutrients and pH is 6.8-6.9. The green pH-meter is saying 6.8! 13 Feb: Damn she grew 7cm last night, a bit more than 2 inches.

Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. These changes bring the nutrient mix in line with what’s most beneficial at this stage. All this precise dialing in is easy to manage thanks to the TrolMaster system. From pH to nutrient scheduling, the TrolMaster ecosystem and ThinkGrow LEDs have been the ultimate teammates in this grow journey, giving me real-time data, fine control, and peace of mind. 💯 (Not introducing UV light just yet, but stay tuned as that’s coming soon for an added boost!) Looking Forward 🌟 Next week, we’ll be upping the reds, giving us an even greater chance of activating those flowering signals for a smoother, faster transition through the cycle. I’ll keep tweaking and fine-tuning every parameter to make sure these ladies get exactly what they need to thrive. Big thanks to the TrolMaster system for keeping everything in balance and optimized, along with the supportive Grow Fam following this journey! Your enthusiasm, advice, and support are a huge part of this grow’s success. Keep following for more updates, and stay tuned for what’s next! 🌿✨ P.S. Deep Dive: TrolMaster’s MBS-S8 CO₂ Sensor & Smoke Detector 🚨 The MBS-S8 CO₂ Sensor from TrolMaster is a powerhouse for growers, especially when it comes to optimizing plant growth and efficiency in a controlled environment. This sensor continuously monitors CO₂ levels and integrates directly with the TrolMaster ecosystem, giving you real-time data on CO₂ concentration. Ideal levels of CO₂ can significantly boost growth and yield during certain stages, so understanding and managing CO₂ is key. With the MBS-S8, I can control CO₂ levels precisely, keeping them within the optimal range for photosynthesis. This sensor is a game-changer because it adjusts CO₂ delivery automatically, giving plants exactly what they need without any extra monitoring from me. Meanwhile, TrolMaster’s Smoke Detector is an essential safety device, especially in spaces with electrical equipment, lights, and heat-generating components. This detector can be set up to alert me instantly via the TrolMaster app if any smoke is detected, allowing me to respond immediately to any potential issues. Fires and smoke are rare in controlled grow setups but having this safety measure provides peace of mind and lets me focus on the plants without constant worry. It’s an incredible tool for any grower prioritizing safety and proactive monitoring. F51- Two days into week 7 of flower, things are looking great. Smell is very potent, but the carbon scrubber is doing an awesome job. New ph meter worked like a charm, auto calibrate definitely helped. Some slight differences in the current stages of the plants, especially the strawberry's buds in the back which have only just showed orange pistils a few days ago, still planning on harvesting in 3 weeks time, so i'm not too worried if some of the trichs are still a little clear on a few buds. My bottle of medi-one is feeling pretty light, but I'd reckon that I've got just enough for one more feeding, next week. Really excited for the next 21 days to be over F54- Not much to say except that the smell of the plants is unreal, especially the strawberry. Super stoked for the feeding in a couple days, then its just plain water from here on out!

Week 6 for Moby Dick, She was moved outdoors at the start of the week, shes been adjusting well besides the fact shes been having issues with aphids 😥 But shes been getting sprayed water every sun rise to keep them under control as well as me going in there & killing them when i can spot them every morning & evenings. Trying to get my hands on some pyrol products to clean her up nicely as well as clean up the outdoor space. But wow look at her size... really looking forward to her coming out with some flowers😍

Overall I'm very happy with this grow. There were a lot of small buds, and I realize with more skill as a grower I'll train my plants properly and defoliate the lower leaves and branches before they develop into buds. It took me about 5 hours to trim this entire plant down, and I feel a lot of that was because of all of the small buds. Hopefully the only real loss on these small buds is bag appeal. Really this is all for myself so I don't care if the buds are small... this round 😜 The smell in my apartment while harvesting was so nice. It smelled like super sweet citrus weed... beautiful. I didn't get as much fade as I expected leading up to harvest. I've been too timid with watering and was afraid to give this plant a good flush. Hopefully since she was fully organic it should still taste fine. I won't be growing a single plant in a 10 gallon bucket for a while, I feel this was just too big for an inexperienced grower. It made watering this thing difficult. I'll post more updates once this fully dries and cures for a while. Thanks for following my grow if you have. I had a blast growing this girl and I'll continue to grow this strain for a while.000

This strain was a hell of a time. From the beginning when I had no idea if this genetic was even going to make it... Now we have 4.5 ounces in our hands from a bad ass grow. I would call this a success story hahah. Can't wait to start my next grow!!!

7/9: The Twins are growing well. Runt Danny is just a regular plant now but still a runt compared to the perfect twin Arnold on the right. Still waiting until 3rd week of July to flip to flower so my upcoming trip doesn't interfere with watching over it or coming back to a timer malfunction etc. Still going light on the Advanced Nutes. All new growth since the switch to the PH Perfect system is burn free compared to the old. Only problem is still a bit of PH flux when the pots dry out between feedings but it's only spotting on 1-2 leaves per plant, overall they seem to be getting used to it now. Another reason why I postponed the flip to flower. I'm a bit on the nervous side but very excited for flip just for the sheer stretch and size these things are supposed to get. 👆

Start of week 3. Threw some new cover crop seeds and added an alfalfa mulch layer in prep for the flower stretch. Spotted the first pistil on day 17, she is very eager to get going. Tied the main stem down in an attempt to train her. Never got this right before but practice makes perfect, haha! Gave her a good watering of some kelp
