Week 8 is finally here! We changed up the nutrient feeding to the week 8 on the feed chart. I am diluting everything at a 50-40% rate to keep EC within acceptable ranges of 0.8 - 1.1 EC. I started adding Terpinator to the mix and I do notice a significant smell increase vs. without it. I am going to keep using this as I think it is a great supplement. I did figure out that even though on the bottle and on the specific feed chart, it says it is a light formula that will have minimal impact on EC and will not burn your plants at the recommended rates - it will! First time mixing up my nutrients with terpinator, I had to dilute it because the EC was too high. I put the recommended amount in my mix, and checked EC and low and behold it was high. The next feeding I did a 50% dilution rate and that seemed to be ok if you are diluting your other inputs properly to compensate. ALWAYS make sure your EC and PH are in check prior to fertigating your plants. I am watching the trichomes on a daily basis and am looking to harvest sometime this week or next. I plan to dry it in the tent it is growing in as it has AC and good airflow. Once they are done drying, they will get trimmed up, lightly vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. Nice increase in height this week with many beautiful new growth nodes. If i was going to Top, I'd do it here soon, but this gals gonna be mostly au natural. Still getting just the cfl bulbs for now while she's small so I can watch her closely. Already some amazing big fan leaves on her. Humboldt Seed Organization has this Blue Dream CBD labeled at a 1:1 ratio. Which can hopefully bring in a thc and cbd percentage of 10. I'll be on the lookout for smells of berries, pepper and citrus. Happy growing everyone. ✌️

Just need about 5 more inches of growth before I flip to flowering. Hopefully they will do that in the next week. Looking great , zero deficiency been fed perfectly. Leaves are perfect color green through out.

Day 21 Veg: All going good so far with the ladies. At their 5th nodes now and beginning to fill the pots out nicely too now. I have started giving them Megacrop at 1/4 strength now. nonsigns of burn or any issues Siz shooter is the smaller of the group and I have removed her 1st nodes to get her to ficus on the higher ones I won't stress her out now as she could be held back if not careful. Strawberry pie developing well amd i have now tied her main at the 5th node to slow the development and allow the other nodes to equal each other for a canopy. .This will be removed and the node allowed to continue to develop. Mexican airline had the same treatment as the pie with a tied 5th node. Her colour is perfect with no signs of any issues. We will see how the method works by the next update hopefully. fingers crossed. be well

Day 10 Of 12-12, defoliated 75% of canopy will leave untouched until day 21 Flower. Running 1250 ppms of cropsalts, light dimmed to 75% @15-18” of canopy.

Doing some light defoliation to remove dying fan leaves and to expose the basement bud sites. I started the week with one last light feeding, and then I'm going with only water from here on out. Fingers crossed all goes well. 😎🌵
