As the plant enters the fifth week of flowering, the first trichomes have begun to form. The buds have started to thicken considerably during this week. They are becoming denser and more robust, which indicates that the plant is channeling its energy into producing larger, more resinous flowers. Throughout the growth process, the cannabis plant has shown no signs of health issues. It has remained vigorous and resilient, with no observable deficiencies or diseases. To ensure optimal light penetration and airflow, the plant was lightly defoliated this week. The cannabis plant is progressing well in its fifth week of flowering. The formation of trichomes, the thickening of buds, and the plant's overall health are all promising indicators of a successful flowering phase.

Fist day 12/12. Lady’s react very well after putting the net that’s why I decided to put them in flower. I top dress with Worm casting 50/50 of 444 and 284 -1Tbsp per gallon Rock dust -1Tbsp per gallon Mineralised phosphate-1teaspoon per gallon I sprinkle the rootball with myco and water with compost the of warm casting and molasses. This week I’ll defoliate the fun leaves and lollipop the bottom of all plant to increase air flow.

Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥 We ran this one in an even parts soil, compost, coco and purlite mix. The hope was to minimize required nute feedings and maintenance. The addition of nute nuetral coco proved to be somewhat of a mistake and may have contributed to some unnecessary plant stress when she used up all the available natural nutes in the soil and compost. There simply wasn’t enough good stuff in the medium to see her happily through the cycle without extra supplementation. I’d do this again but leave out the coco and layer the compost at the bottom with minimal medium saturation and runoff in early/mid veg. This should achieve better results the next time round. She was entirely untrained and allowed to stretch to her highest height. A better yield definitely would’ve been derived with some topping/mainlining and training but regardless, her freak flag flew high and She went unnoticed by unwanted eyes. We won’t be able to grow high next year due to construction next door so this may be the last time I run a skyscraper outdoor in the rear yard. 1/5 volume emojis for method because there really wasn’t any training. 2/5 coconut emojis- not for the lack of training but due to the unsupportive medium amendments like the coco. Yield🌴🌴🌴 And now the part we all seem to measure with great expectation. The expectation in this case was to pull 9-12oz off this girl and we fell well short of that. For the reasons mentioned above as well as the fact that she was putting at least some of her efforts into seed production too. We spotted it pretty early on in flower and some stalks started showing signs of ball formation that every grower fears. I was really concerned she’d be a full on hermie but this didn’t happen and it seems it was just localized pollination. Probably due to an occasional, randy bumblebee that had come from elsewhere. It’s not all bad at all and we did pull a few seeds off of her that we’ll give a shot to in the future I think👍. Final yield - 7.18oz. I’m never going to complain about a quarter pound off a plant that needed almost no maintenance whatsoever👍. 3 palm tree emojis for not going full hermie and putting out enough of this magically intense bud to share with friends and family👍 Props As always, big shout-out thank you to GD for making this site accessible to us. This girl is getting close to being done now! I have had some cal-mag issues pop up. I should have gone with bigger pots this year. I started earlier then normal so the plants are bigger and hungrier then ones I’ve done in the past so I’ve had a few issues this run. This Fine lady has about another week left in her at this point I think She smells pretty awesome at this point!! 😎🍿

Hey all! Sorry for the delay! And this is it, the last week! Pistachio was cut a little earlier than Matcha because I wanted to give her a little more extra time to allow her to mature a little more, but sadly I couldn't give her too much time since most of her trichomes were already starting to oxidise (which might sound appealing to some, but not so much for me). Still, I think the time given was enough! Thanks to semi-flush I gave to my girls I also managed to see what was happening to Matcha! The poor girl was suffering for so long! Anyway, my next update will contain the harvest information regarding my ladies! Thanks!

this week is going really good! I am flushing right now with just plain water. I was supposed to harvest but I decided to give it another watering since the ppm values were the maximum recommended for harvest and I want as less fertilizer in my buds as possible😁 next time I'll water I'll give them 4/5 liters per plant and when the soil is kinda moist and about to dry I will give them 24 hrs of darkness to increase resin and then FINALLY chop everything off! I'm really excited to try them! they smell really amazing.

We have a stand out! There is one beautiful girl that is showing some beautiful colour, structure, frostiness, and fade ❤️ they are all very dense and frosty but this one girl has stolen the show. I cut their nutrients to almost nothing after running phd water for two waterings consecutively, still a few more weeks to go. I started germination of 2 Critical purple kush beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with CPK. I've ran this strain a good dozen times. It's a very short, robust, and branchy variety. Packs on fat dense colas with immaculate bud structre and trichome production. It's a fairly fast finisher and packs a real potent stoned. She gets very sexy purple highlights and hues. Some phenos more purple than others but I've always got color. She doesn't mind lst, and some good training work greatly increases yeilds. I've ran her inside and out and all times of the year. She seems to strive and flourish in any environment. Just give her that light and watch her grow! She packs a very signature kush pallet and she always has a spot in my rotation! Seedsman knocked it out the park with these genetics.
