She's getting sparkly. Time doesn't seem to be effecting us none. We're chilling. Them little first sets of white hairs are starting to curl inwards and changing into little orange hairs. And there's a few new sets of white hairs I do believe that's a good thing. Every now and then I find a dead leaf. It doesn't seem to be an issue. So I just give her what's recommended and I'm bad about being on time with any of most of it. It's good tho. We're all happy here.

At the moment, my FC 3000 is hard working but she'll be free in 7 days and will be added to these grows. For the moment I'm using a viparspectra at 45cm at 65% intensity. Using Green House Feeding for nutrients, biobizz light mix & all mix. For the moment they only on light mix but on the uppot in 7 or so days I'll add some All Mix. Every 2 weeks I'll add 1g/1L of Bioenhancer, and that's it. Real easy, will give me more time to work on the girls as they grow and not worry about what needs what, just water and go, depending I get the mixes right. Week 1, seedling day 3. All the girls done in Rock Wool showed roots down the end of the wool, all but 2, I could see in the hole that she was strangling herself, I carefully cut the wool in half, still no roots, so, I went in, and I'm glad I did. As you can see, she literally cut her own roots, it was dangling and came off with ease. Using gloves I held the stem over the 3/4 full wet pot of substrate. Made a small hole in the middle and placed the roots in it and held the stem and folded the dry soil around the stem making it secure. Now, there's no need to wet the top, (as the roots were in the base I made that was wet, so there is no wet soil around the stem. (I'm only thinking of it now, I have clonex gel that would of rapidly increased root growth and helped take some risk out of her not been able to make it) After a few days when I know she's out of danger I'll spray the top of the substrate to activate the nutrients and hopefully get some good mycelium/fungus going. I had a feeling this would happen, it happens a lot in soil but we don't notice it, and if I was using synthetic nutrients she more then likely would of grown out of the rock wool but as the roots need to be touching the soil as that's where the nutrients are it would of struggled. So needed to be done. Next few days will be do or die for this gal. She was stressed a lot and lost half of her tap. Let's see.(update below) Seedling D 3 was when she was uprooted from Rock wool and transplanted with cut roots, D5 you can see her, 1 of her cotyledons has turned pale, so she did struggle to find her footing, but she is doing well. The other WatermZXVelvet moon that was was done with rockwool is in much better shape, have a look. The nutrients are mixed into the soil and you just water every time she needs it, the bioenhacer needs to be given once every 2 weeks. I mixed 3g/1L of substrate. As she gets older when I uppot her I'll add extra powder per/L of sub and I'll also be introducing some biobizz all mix. I just want to get going on some good fungus action and if I added some all mix I wouldn't of been able to add enough powder to get mycelium/fungus going, this is healthy and good. You'll see it when you use root stims, it'll make stuff fuzzy, mycelium. Good fungus that will decay with organic matter and make for a good bacteria ground for your gals. Seedling Day 5 We have fungus lift off, she out of the woods after Harsh transplant if you haven't read about above. Seedling Day 5-7 Okay steady normal growth. I can just see the next set of nodes to up come. So she's on track for normal growth. Her sister though, is miles ahead. 2moro is a new week, so now that the RH/TEMPERATURE is dialed in I'm hoping I'll see explosive growth. Well, the Grandaddy black hermed on me in the beginning of week 7 flower. Separated her immediately and did a flush bringing the ppm down from over 2k to around 500. Two days later she was harvested. A little blown she didn't finish up how I wanted her to. 2 more weeks she would of been ready. Trichomes were 5% amber 70% cloudy 25% clear.

On day 1 I adjusted the PH from 6.6 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 13.75" away from light. On day 2 I adjusted the PH from 6.4 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 12.5" away from light. On day 3 the PH is 6.2. The tallest cola is 11.5" from the light. On day 4 I didn't take data points long day... On day 5 the rez PH is 6.2. the tallest cola is 10" from the light. On day 6 the rez PH is 6.0. The tallest cola is 9.5" from the light. I defoliated heavily to bring in more light and airflow. On day 7 The tallest cola is 9" from the light. I mixed up a new rez.

Did some defolation. It's no fun at all with just one shoulder. Took me like 3 hours for 2 plants. But good things allways need time. Iam so exited seeing these girls becoming so big. Will try the NPK soon. Lights are on 100% now?

Going strong

Girls are stacking nicely just wish we would get some more consistent rain so they can really shine. Added some liquid seaweed to help the bloom along. lets see how she stacks from here.

Still on auto cruise. This girl is doing great. Can't believe mt first cannabonsi has turned out so well so far. I'm giving her Fox farm nutes now. Just giving her some of the nutes my other plants are getting. Flower stuff. I water till run off with the nute fixture pretty much everyday. The pot is so small she soaks it up Was worried about over watering but I've actually under watered several times. She is starting to swell up. Not going to be a heavy producer but it's all about the looks. Been a really fun grow. Think this is my new hobby now.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 93°F with sunny clear skies. I watered 4-5 gallons each pot twice, from the well. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 95°F with clear sunny skies. It was super hot today. I watered each pot 4-5 gallons twice. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 95°F. It felt like 97°F. We had super clear sunny skies. The girls are loving the sunshine and slightly less humidity. I watered twice @4-5 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 90°F with super clear sunny skies. The temperature was more comfortable at 90° today because we had less humidity. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot from the well. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 81°F with partly cloudy skies. The girls are still thirsty. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. These girls roots have tapped through these pots and into the soil. Unless it's just super hot watering once is enough. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 83° with clear sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons once per pot. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79°F with clear sunny skies. I watered once 4-5 gallons of well water per pot. The girls are thirsty but the heat isn't sucking the water out of the pots. The girls are in full vegative phase 2 and continue to gain height. This week was a great success. The girls really stretched. The middle height plant is at 100 inches. I'm on my ladder on my tip toes and I can't reach the very top with the tape. The tallest plant looks about 12" taller. The weather was very pleasant. We had a few hot days but mostly cool fall type weather. The defoliation and treatment of powdery mildew with Growers Ally fungicide ended that problem. These plants do have a high level of resistance but not immunity. I'll continue to treat once a week. Most growers don't talk about their fungal pathogens or treatment of them. Outdoors, if your plants aren't immune (many fastbuds I've grown from seed have been) then this is an issue you'll deal with if you have cool humid nights. There are many treatments and preventatives and some are scarey. My grows are all organic and I carefully chose Growers Ally fungicide as I smoke these plants and don't want anything scarey in(systemic) or on them. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my grow.
