I'm anxiously waiting for it to dry, good colors and smell

Beginning of week.. As I watered this morning (no nutes at 111 PPM), the runoff came out at 830 PPM.. so the plant may not be taking up as much nutes? Idk.. possibly.. but since I'm so close, I've decided to just cut the nutes in half while completely removing CalMag and Hydroguard.. they shouldn't be doing much at this point anyway.. temps were a little cooler the last couple weeks (not so much this week) so it's helping purples come out! Wish I could get it even cooler.. but the flush should help her reveal beauty!.. she's already so gorgeous, to me 😍 Mid week.. She is absolutely stunning! So the last time I fed, the runoff TDS was coming out less than it was going in.. 700 PPM, good deal.. but when I watered the next time, the runoff TDS came out 200 PPm more.. like 900 PPM.. so I watered the next day and it came out 800 PPM.. so today I watered with FloraKleen and it came ou 700 PPM.. the days I watered was only 80 - 100 PPM going in.. no reason for the runoff to have jumped up like that out of nowhere.. I haven't been rinsing off the saucer as I should have been (daily).. just pulling the runoff out as soon as I can.. maybe it is just built up on the saucer?? Idk.. I guess I should attempt to pull it out and rinse it at least once or twice a week.. other than that, she is still turning purple ALL OVER more and more each day! Beautiful smell.. sweet, citrus, slightly skunky.. not overwhelmingly skunky.. but she isn't too far off.. so, I was thinking I will just keep watering till harvest.. not flushing the medium in one watering.. just normal amount of watering with a normal amount of runoff and she can use up what's left in the medium for this week, then the 2 week flush (still just watering normal amounts daily) will begin.. not this week even tho I'm not giving any nutes, due to a salt build-up going on somewhere in the rootzone.. but we shall see! End of week.. Wow she is getting close! So dank! So fruity! Definitely got the skunky phenotype but not lacking on the berries, whatsoever. Seeing many cloudy trichomes.. still a few clear but the way she is maturing, I believe she will be ready in just another 1 week, 2 if I'm feeling patient (probably not). This week was literally nothing but water. Wait, I did do one dose of FloaKleen due to the salt build-up about mid week.. never used anything else this entire week.. so this week was just a slow flush.. will have an update on the runoff tomo (beginning of next week) with more pics! On to the next...

2 more weeks of feeding then flush. Stacking well and could finish faster then I'm anticipating.

This plant has too much growth that has never seen the light! Did a couple mild rounds of defoliating and some LST to pull the canopy wider. The first trained branches from ealier in the week look GREAT, so i'm hoping the whole plant springs up next week! Added a fresh layer of ammendment and a little TPS one in the water.

Opium loves the outside sun, breeze, and frequent rain. Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. Several pics show the very narrow new leaves and small white hairs evidence of flower formation. 6/7 This is the first time I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Fractal is a heavy feeder. All are showing yellowing leaves so everyone is now getting nutrients with feedings. I saw a Japanese beetle on my Lemon Cake and some small holes in the leaves so I added 1/2 tsp neem to the feed solution 6/12. Also started using fish & kelp. I'm still watering 1 gal per plant when I feed 2x/week. With the heat and humidity, I water daily but do not feed daily. Plants have a bit deficiency of potassium but they're growing well.I dropped humidy from 55-65 to 45-55%. I Also watered with 5l. Of water and 25g of Gurumix bloom and molasses.

V4, están creciendo rápido, desde este punto empezaré con una EC de riego más alta 1.5~1.8, hace 3 días que aparecieron las primeras hojas verdaderas, por lo cual la etapa de vegetación ha iniciado. V6, el día anterior tuvieron un riego con pH 6.2 y EC 1.7, se me pasó el agua y quedaron algo tristes, pero ya se recuperaron hoy, todas las stash presentan puntos de decoloración en las primeras hojas, las cookies están en perfecto estado. Están comenzando a salir raíces por el fondo de los vasos(algo que nunca me había pasado con otras genéticas) además se ven muy gruesas las raíces, están pidiendo transplante ya, en unos días serán transplantadas.

This was a great grow and only my second one so far. I am starting to figure out more about my setup and just keep learning things. My final harvest weights were more than I expected and I couldn't be happier!

24/05/2024 lowered the rh to 50% made the silly mistake to overwater but a few days without watering and its like it never happened started watering less but more regularly 25/05/2024 Led on full blast, Rh at 50% but inside temp raised to 27º the plants seem to enjoy the environment 03/06/2024 added kelp meal to soil. 04/06/2024 defoliated and watered 2 days straight for the first time, the plants drank 2L each in one day. 05/06/2024 topped + LST 🤞🏻

Both shot up in size over the past week or two, ones at 113cm other now at 130cm, tallest has been bent over and tied down to hopefully stop the growth, coming along well now and can't wait for the next few weeks to pass, First ever grow only done LST on 1 plant let the other grow naturally but put a few ties on it this week to get more light exposure as it seems way behind the other and there is only actually about 2 days in them, what are peoples thoughts on how its looking? We can notice more fat colas since i opend plant structure. Temperature is lower this week, so i had to water with 8l per day, despite 10l as were usual. Branches are full of hairs, and flowers are starting to grow. As you can see plant suffered smooth nutrient burn, but she is not affected, this was like 1-2 weeks ago, i think i gave her too much TopBloom, then i lowered dosis to 2ml/l + BioGrow, but yesterday watered with TB 4ml/l and she looks happy. ---

The weak plant is small and sick. The healthy plant is beautiful even I expected a little bigger plant. Leaves and flowers started to be purple.

Week 11, & the End of 4 weeks of flowering (30 Days of 12/12) Welcome back to our regular scheduled programming.... Like I mentioned we are officially 30 days into our 12/12 lighting cycle. Now taking into consideration that this is one of the first runs of this particular strain the flower period is partially undetermined, I will be guessing based on Lineage of the parents, & following her closely towards the end to ensure my desired trichome ripeness. Katsu's HotCake's run's Approximately 8-9 Weeks & The Grape Ape run's slightly quicker at 7-8 Weeks You can certainly tell the difference between all 5 plants, I'm very glad I took cuts of everything ! as plants 2 & 3 are certainly the keepers of the bunch.. plant 2 showing some very cool fall colours already (emerson effect hitting strong asf) She is already starting to purple up & smells Very Sweet. My guess is this pheno leans more to the Grape Ape side. As far as plant 3 is concerned I can smell heavy Kush aromas emulating off her already, & based on her flowering structure I believe this pheno leans more Katsu Bubba. but we'll have to wait and see. A Minor amount of leaf plucking this week should be noted.. It will probably be the last time I mess with them, its time to start swelling up. It is my opinion that most of the stretch has been completed & i'm now looking at the final colas minus the couple weeks of filling out of course. As this is the end of four weeks of flower(12/12) Their food will be increased during the next feeding, thus far i've been impressed with the ease of this strain.. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but I will say this I was weary of over-feeding but all of them seem to enjoy heavy feedings. satisfied with the harvest, fantastic tasty flowers and with a very strong smell!

What a run!!!! my first grow was a massive success a wet weight of 3696 Grams. 16 colas in total from the V-8 manifolding technique i used on my two ladies. The average weight wet of each cola was 81.2 grams! I have this haul back in my tent ⛺. Excellent air flow not directly at the buds. I have the humidity at 50%. I expect a 10 to 12 day drying period with a 3 week minimum cure. I am taking a short break and starting a new crop of 4. Will be switching to either dwc or autopots. Have sour jack from crop king seeds still looking for an Indica. Will be running two sativa two indica under my twin TSL 2000. Check back for dry weight and pics of this first of many grows from Localbudz.
