Still pinching out tops, clearing out wasteful inner growth points. Growth is still very vigorous.

This week I defoliated slightly for better air circulation and improved light penetration, mainly removing leaves blocking budsites that had purple petioles. They seemed to respond good. Also foliar sprayed with light potash solution, upped pk with guano and provided micros with seaweed extract. Feed EOD and water with silica in between feeds. RH now around 50-50% most of time. Improving air circulation is now top priority on to-do list

Plants Flipped to flower on a 12/12 light schedule. EC dropped slightly to try and reduce any major stretch. These plants should have been lollipoped last week before putting them into a scrog but unfortunately I was unable to, so I have to remove the Scrog to make it easy to lollipop and then place them back into a Scrog once lollipoped. When the Scrog was placed back on it was more for support as I'd already built the structure of the plant the prior weeks. Although a few lanky branches did get bended back over. Another Scrog layer will probably added later in flower for further support when buds start forming.

This is the last week, I've given them another tank filling, but the Chem Beyond Diesel CBD was chopped on day 69F, which was the second day of the week, SAD CBD, and NYC Diesel CBD followed on day 73F. I left the for a couple more days, but also chopped it on day 76F, which is already the next week, but I won't be creating another diary entry for that one as it was 3 days long and nothing happened. The foxtailing makes it look like there are still a lot of white pistils, but most of the inner/lower ones are finished, the trichomes look ok, and I am growing impatient again.

I swear every time I LST, within a few hours, they are right back covering the spots I tied down and opened up. I haven't had to give them nutes just yet because of the FoxFarm soil. I try to wait about a month before starting to give nutes after transferring them to this soil bc this soil already has so many nutes in it already. At the rate they're growing, they're likely going to be in need of a feeding very soon. Plan to top GDP2 again in a few days. GDP1 and BK I may top a 3rd time but I haven't decided. I don't want them to get so bushy that the tent becomes too small. And yes I decided I'm not going to LST GDP2. I may tie her down some for light exposure but no bending and tying down like with GDP1 and BK. More updates to come as the week goes. 6/29: I topped GDP2 one more time. I made sure I didn't FIM this time lolol. I topped all 3 new stalks which should give me 6 more, I believe. BK, I defoliated her lightly yesterday, took off a lot of the really large fan leaves. You can't even tell I didn't anything now lolol They're growing big and beautiful especially GDP2 since I've decided not to LST. I did tie down one of her branches though to give more light to other lil potential bud sites. 😍😘😌 6/30: I tested the PPM of the run off water and it's still pretty high even though I haven't added any nutes at all to any of the water I've watered them with. Only pH'ed the water and that's it. I'll be holding off a little longer before feeding them. That FoxFarm Happy Frog soil is no joke... hot hot hot...

Ladies, gentlemen, and all the wonderful beings following this journey, I am thrilled to announce that we have reached the highly anticipated harvest week for our beautiful PCRs. This has been an incredible journey, and now it's time to reap the rewards of our hard work and dedication. The PCRs are nothing short of perfection. Their frost-covered buds are a sight to behold, glistening like they've been kissed by winter's breath. The trichomes are abundant and sparkling, making these ladies look absolutely stunning. The aroma is intoxicating, a true testament to their strong genetics and the care they've received. Upon taking them out of the tent, I was amazed by their strength and resilience. Despite my best efforts to make them dance, these ladies stood tall and proud, requiring no support at all. This just goes to show the exceptional quality and sturdiness of the PCR strain. Aptus Holland's Enzym+. This product is a game-changer, breaking down dead root material and turning it into usable nutrients, ensuring our soil remains rich and fertile for future grows. Speaking of which, I do plan to reuse the soil, thanks to the amazing benefits of Enzym+. This enzyme product not only helps with nutrient uptake but also keeps the soil ecosystem healthy and thriving. Here's the final stats for this week: TDS: 130 PH: 6.8 Temp: 21°C A huge shout-out to Aptus Holland for their incredible products that have consistently supported my plants' growth and health. Also, a massive thank you to Art Genetix for creating the phenomenal PCR strain that has brought so much joy to this grow. To all my fellow growers, followers, and the entire community, your support and encouragement mean the world to me. This journey wouldn't be the same without you. As we move forward, let's continue to spread love, positivity, and the joy of cultivating these amazing plants. Stay tuned for the final results and more updates as we dry and cure these beautiful buds. Until then, keep growing, stay positive, and never stop believing in the magic of cultivation. Peace, love, and happy growing! Hello Canna Fam, So week 11 has come to end and the ladies are smelling great! I did a partial harvest to the Gorilla Cookies, LSD-25 and the Girl Scout Cookies as the trichomes were ready to the top half of the buds. I raised the pots slightly and will leave the rest of the buds to mature a bit more before I do the final harvest. I must say the trichome product on these FastBuds is just amazing! Great genetics 🔥 I hope you enjoy the diary entry and happy growing to you all✌️🏼

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Hey ho fellow farmers. My little girl is two weeks old and I feel comfy entering the competition with this diary now, she's established and growing fine. Germination could have gone better, I let her stretch a bit too long, I wanted her to stretch a bit because of my dripper ring, I had seen some very dense and compact phenos of this strain and didn't want to risk mold issues down the line. as a result she fell over at the start of the week, I supported her and she seems to have recovered since. She also threw some weird shaped leaves on her second nodes, likely from the stress of falling over, I tend to find ruderalis does this when stressed, more so than normal weed. They look like lil thumbs up. Thanks for coming by this week, hope to see you next week. Stay safe and keep growing
