She grew really well and strong, I topped both plants, and maybe I shouldn't be. Cause height, I'm just not getting in my autos and me topping them is leading me to believe that they are flowering earlier than they would if I just left them. But I'm still happy with how these grew, instead of 1 main cola I got 10 smaller ones, so I'm happy, they grew strong and quick, gave no trouble but a bit of nutrient burn. Very easy to grow and very resistant some of the most I've grown so far, they bounced back very quickly with the very few issues I did have, she was really easy to turn around and if you found this to be your strain, then you'll get some decent harvests back from a few plants, hoping to see 130-160g from both plants. WOW. 1.5 day on the cure and already I'm getting the bang of ripe bananas. The berries smell has kinda dropped a little. Amazing at how fast this smell took over. Ripe banana + fruity and a deep fuel has taken over my cure press. And the bud is in jars, it still stinks.

This was a pretty explosive week for growth! These girls really took off this week! I have been topping off the res with just plain RO water this week after the change and for this run I have kept the strength of the nutrients pretty low and have been hanging around 0.6 EC, I don't see much of a need to increase at all. I am going to continue to keep a lower EC and just watch the plants. I think last run I may have fed a little hot a time or two so gonna go low and slow this run and it has been working out so far. I will be putting my trellis net up either today or tomorrow because I think I am really going to need it this run. I noticed yesterday that it looks like these girls are showing signs of entering the flowering phase so I need to get set up and be prepared for the stretch! I'm getting a little nervous about the height of the plants as well because they are growing fairly tall pretty quick, but hopefully the net will help a bit. Plants looking good, stretching 2-3 cm a day now. As mentioned last week, did increase the EC slightly, same ratio, keeping this for the next ~8 days, until stretch slows done and buds start to grow in size. DLI now at 31 will raise it to ~35 in the next 8 days. Last day of this week, removed all leafs below the ScrOG net, set LED to 80% and DLI to 42. Changed fertilization frequency to 5 times per day.

What can I say? This Friday is amazing! Dynomyco is looking like it's going to be a go-to for me. Will wait and see how it goes so far like in all the signs I see.

The pre-flower is just starting and they are putting on good growth. One of the plants doesn't have the same vigour as the other, but it is still doing well.

This week the GSCE hasnt really done much strechin but buds are filling in nice and starting to get sticcckkyyy. There isnt much smell coming from the llant but trimmed LARF smelt very fruity. Both the BB and GG4 have outgrown the GSCE by far with the BB actually being the largest. The BB could use a little more lollipopping i believe but dont wanna over do it. GG4 has lots of bud sites as well but has a lot more airflow. Have just basically been doing minor leaf stripping when needed.

Bud sites everywhere now, I’m hoping these are gonna yield over 100grams to see me through this epidemic that we’re all going through right now. They’ve all been great genetics to run, I’ve learned a lot from these girls and realised just how nitrogen hungry they can be and also how cal mag is essential because coco seems to hold onto it if it’s not added in.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds.
