And the third week of flowering is behind me, Watermelon has begun to stagnate in growth so a height of about 70 cm is the maximum it will reach. 😎 At the end of the week I did a defoliation, I removed the lower leaves and branches and some of the leaves inside the plant itself, which were already very yellow. I’m still not sure what is the cause of the brown spots and leaf decay. If it’s an excess of nutrients, then the conclusion is that Purple Punch (which keeps her company in the Box) is much more resistant than Watermelon. Another possible cause is nicotine disease, because in the plant itself, there is an opening through which air enters the Box, and if there is a lot of tobacco in the room in front, it is possible. 😟 If anyone is reading this text, and has an idea of ​​the cause of leaf decay, I ask him for advice. 🙏 The flowers develop nicely, are full of already visible trichomes and begin to take on an increasingly intense scent. I photographed the plants in the Box, to see the current condition and after that I did a defoliation. For the end, I took the final photos of the plant for the end of the 6th week. Day 17 17/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag 5ml -5L. Very humid week, noticed a green turning colour on top of soils where the humidity has been far to high. I have installed door netting and recently left open all day and night now so they can condition over night in colder temps. All are doing well, one overdose slightly behind and looking ABIT swifted. But she'll come around 💪💚 Day 19 19/07/24 Friday Lite Feed today, 250ml each pot small run off. Seeing excellent start to these babies. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! This lady is certainly a a dark horse, the smell is amazing.. an old school smell that reminds me of my times in Amsterdam many years back. She is showing no signs of nutrition issues, and the buds are swelling at rapid rate. They are dense and pungent with a fruity hint.

Been a minute since I’ve posted. Quick update as I’m finishing rebuilding the grow room. Feeding in pure coco 1 time a day 600ml…they are in gallon pots. They’ve doubled in size in 2 weeks! Almost done, low rise flood tables will be here next week and let’s hope for set it and forget it results 🤞

this plant took 85 days in total, didn’t make the buds too fat, but it’s very fragrant, I expect 40 to 45g 😊😊 maybe, I had a dry bud that I already took and it tastes like diesel lemonade, it’s very sweet, crystallized but the buttons were kind of weird, the other sister is perfect I hope she surprises me on the scale ostei I liked it, maybe this variety grows more often

Had some family time last week and unfortunately caught covid with all the symptoms. I've been bed bound since Monday and today I'm starting to feel slighty better. Not asking for sympathy 🤣 but this explains why some of my girls have switched on me... Looks like all 3 Frosted Biscotti have gone into reveg. Obviously have a light leak but think I've sorted it now. The mystery is just well under feed as I've run out of Bloom and big Buds and its also gone into reveg. The other coco ones haven't gone into reveg and almost look done. Biscotti Mintz and Bahama Bussdown look 🔥 well impressed. The mutant Biscotti Mintz (soil) has come along nicely and looks amazing. I don't get why that hasn't revegged as its surrounded buy the others that have. The 2 at the back, (Bahama Bussdown) ones taken a slight knock and revegged and the other one has just got to heavy and collapsed. Again looks near enough done so now need to think of a plan of action for curing as tent will be occupied for at least another month. So I think that's it with the problems 🤣 .. Apologies again for not getting back to anyones dairys over the last 2weeks. I'm going to spend the weekend catching up with you all and sorting out the tent as long as I'm covid clear. My partner has been doing so much for my son and I I couldn't ask her to maintain the tent aswell.
