Blue had a solid start right out of the gate. She grew nice thick, full leaves and was happy as a clam cake.... Until I decided to FIM 🤦‍♀️. I had originally planned on topping her like her tent mate, but someone suggested a FIM, I had never done it before, so I thought, "Why not?!" Well Blue didn't seem to like it all that much, and as she began to grow out I did a poor job of opening her up enough to get proper sub-canopy circulation. I think this was mostly due to a combination of me not knowing what to expect from a FIM in regards to its grow pattern and not having a clear vision of my end game from the start, and the fact that Blue Dream'matic seems to just be a generally "bushy" plant and my natural grow style didn't adapt quickly enough to due her justice. Looking back now, I should have done a better job at doing a bit more defoliation than I did - but I found myself holding back once I had realized the stress I caused the plant from the FIM. That was a mistake. Over the rest of her grow she took a nice turn for the better. I went through and stripped some of the lower buds and opened up her underbrush as best as I could. She ended up giving me some nice fat trichome covered buds in return. I cut her down and hung her in my climate controlled closet holding 69.8°F and 55%RH. Six days later she was jarred up. Blue Dream'matic gave me 85g/3.0oz of quality bud plus an additional 1.9oz of popcorn bud. A day after being in jars I noticed the humidity in the jars was 79%, so I put the buds into some brown paper bags overnight, and this morning I let them get some more air. The buds being so large are sneakily holding more moisture than I had realized. I'll update with my strain review once she's done curing. ✌️000

Harvest day 64 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 11-14 days at a temperature of 18 degrees and 55-60% humidity. After 11-14 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 58. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). Let's get to the plant 💚. The smell is great I'm curious about the taste 💚 It is very fruity and has a touch of Tangie 😍 The taste remains on the palate even after a few minutes 👍 The look is very nice even if it looks very loose and not as nice and firm as other buds it is still a 10 out of 10 because of the taste 😀 Their growth behavior was perfect from start to finish 👌 I hope you liked the diary and wish you all a nice week. I made some extract and made some edibles and added it to the diary! This diary may get a little unorthodox because they’re in the jungle down the centre line but will still document as much as I can and get close ups of the bud sites and buds as time goes on! Shouldn’t be too challenging but it’s a challenge lol it’s all doing great though! Better than I expected!

I did some trimming this week. The plant grows well and healthy. I didn‘t use any nutrients because of the slight burn last week. Next week I am going to transplant the plants in their final pot and prepare them for flower at week 6. 🌴🍪

Excellent week again for this young lady. She has grown heavily, and her 5th node is up and spreading its leaves. What this means is, yup. She got topped. Roots are looking good, and this also gives me a change to do a bit of pruning. Also allowed me to top of the clay pebbles, as I definitely started her a little low in the netted pot.

I smell trouble :/ well, actually the smell changed dramaticaly and I was overwelmed after opening the tent. But the trouble I smell are brown spots on the leafes that appeared on few more places. Maybe fungi? Did some googling and now I am not sure of anything :/ Other than that she seems healthy and is only affected on few places so I am not going to change anything in fertilizing for now. However I did took some steps...more defoliation to increase air streaming trough center of the plant, increased fan speed, disconect from autopot and dry out the root, took away (hopefully) all of the affected leafs. She was given 8ml of BIO PK5-8 together with 4ml of orgatrex diluted in 2 lit of water. I will keep hand watering her with orgatrex only during next 2 days before I need to leave again. Could that be lack of nutrientes as I am acctually keeping her in autopots most of the time?

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

Week 2 of flower for White Widow Shes really looking great! Colour is spot on id say, stretched her out a bit so the light has better chance to penetrate to the lowers. Really looking forward to what comes from this girl in the next 2 weeks or so.
