Hi Growmies, I topped her towards the end of this week and removed two sets of fan leaves. It opened the plant up very nicely in combination with the light LST I applied earlier in the week. The plant is taking very nicely to the LST and didn’t seem to care about the topping either. I attribute this to the strong root system she already has. For the next week I have fed her additionally to the canna nutes, some plant success orca, for healthier roots and Rezin from greenplanet to prepare her for pre flower. This week I top all 8 Green Poison ( 4dwc and 4 coco ) clones. They look healthy and happy and few days later I already start to low stress training (LST) them.

Veg36, están creciendo bastante bien, a esperar unos días para un próximo riego. Veg38, ya hay que revisar amarras y ver si hay hojas abanico tapando algún brazo, siguiente riego era en 1 o 2 días más. Veg40, se regó con EC 2.5 y pH 6.0, se cortaron un par de hojas, hay que seguir haciendo LST para lograr una altura uniforme. Veg41, algunas hojas están mostrando quemadura en la puntas por exceso de nutrientes, los siguientes riegos tendrán que ser más suaves.

Ok brothers and sisters i had a minor drawback regarding to external weather so conditions like ventilation and how much heat generates the lights itself were on check on this week, i peaked with 28°c and 30% humidity, so that explain also the increased ddistance between the lights and the plants , as temperatures are on the rise. Additional height control through some lst and changing positions at ones possibly where the stem and branches lignificated and the support plays no role anymore in order to control the new stems , thus avoid hitting top bulb or side bulb radiation , or ventilators or other plants - food scheme stays on the stimulant side with the exception of barrier as i'm spraying as long as i can during flowering . probably until end of month. on the side note the autoflowering one is a bit behind compared to the others but is not that bad - for now. finishing result should be monitored if density and potency was affected by non optimal photoperiod for that one gal. It was working fine but this week I tried Plagron PH- and it works better, I need to add 2x less ph- solution to lower the ph of the same volume of water. 24/03 watered AGAIN after 2 days with 1.5L 5.9 PH 1.5 EC, 5ml/L of Terra Bloom. So far im really happy with plagron. Just one bottle for grow and one for bloom and the plants look healthy and show no signs of deficencies. really happy with the product. Moreso than biobizz, where i used Grow, bloom, calmag, activera and topmax and still fought deficencies here and there. I also am conflicted about the trellis net. I like what it does but i think my tent is too full with plants or too small to really enjoy it growing-wise. I cant move the plants and its hard to reach them during watering. So i removed it again. its an on/off relationship with us :D I also did some more defoliation, PROMISE ITS THE LAST TIME. i took out the plants of the tent for it to better reach the insides of them and made some nice videos of their progress so far. ALSO: Tent smells really good and overwhelming when i open it! sadly, it escapes pretty fast so ill put "normal" smell on here. but its decent! While I was away in Mallorca, enjoying the sun and smoking some Sativa Landrace, the girls were given a more simple feed to make things easier for my friend whilst he was taking care of the garden. The feedings came to around 700ppm (Including 150-190ppm tap water). As you can see in the video I've been bending her down for a couple of days instead of tying a string to her. It's just a lazy LST that should basically do the same thing. This Royal Cookies girl has progressed well since her topping and LST. She's a bit stretchy but a few more toppings should make her bush nicely. Every second feed from here on out will also contain Mammoth P for the first time in my garden! 🐺

A couple of problems arose with my two newest grows so I thoroughly checked the compost pot and looked if the worms were okay. After harvesting the GDP, I wanted to throw out her soil. It had been used two runs and I have no place to reuse it outside. Did my best and sifted through the dirt looking for her worms. Found only six 😔. Four adults and two adolescents who were just getting their red color in. This was not a good sign. The worms were obviously not reproducing enough to keep up a colony, and that was most likely due to the soil ph. Don't have the instrument to measure it, but as my ph meter was broke the past two weeks.... 😅😅 Time to check in on the Vermicompost and see if they are still 'grinding'. ----------------------------------- April 17 Last picture I have of her soil structure. ----------------------------------- April 23 Took that thing apart!! It must have took 3 hours to sift through all the soil, rip up bark coco and what not. sift out the worms and keep them moist, but it was finished. I don't know how many worms there are but it's a good handful. About the same amount I put in there in the beginning. There were also perhaps 20 or so eggs that caught my eye. These are good signs! After the manhandled soil was put into an other pot, I drowned her with 12L of dechlorinated tapwater (thanks to Envi Chlorine Clear!!). BioDown to 6.3 ph + 0.2g/L Microbes. I don't know how many liters of water ran off, but that soil is definitely at 6.3 now... .. and the sewage pipes might be clogged 😅😇😂 Let the pot set to dry, at a tilt. Changed position every 5 minutes or so, about 2 hours long. Hopefully all the excess water is out! Introduced the Army of Wiggles to their new accommodations and said good night. There are probably still remnants of BioBizz nutrients in the soil, and I'm too lazy to flush again. Won't start her on the new microbial food until I'm sure the Living take hold of this environment. Coming from a possible 7.5 down to 6.3ph might be an adjustment.
