So, this week I cut phosphorous intake in half, and did a small cleanup job, removing some leaves. Plants look really healthy, except I would've expected they showed nitrogen deficiency signs since then, which suggest soil might be keeping some nutrients. Not sure if that's good or bad (certainly not a real issue tho). I started to flush yesterday; we'll see how it goes for the next few days. I already see a few amber trichomes, so harvest is either for end of week or next one. I'll have to travel a few days next week-end, so I try to sequence everything the best I can :) Also, I just heard about stem splitting, which doesn't seem to be a common technique among us; I'm not planning to do this to my plants (at least not yet), but I'd like to have your opinion on that; anyone tried ? Purple Punch and Frosty Gelato will be harvested next week. Very hot in the tent and also it is not in my house. Summer time. Hard to look after them this way it can be seen. No problem. Next time. Still love them :) A.lot of burnt leaves removed from them every week because of heat. I can not change now I need to go this way. Starnge: Wedding Cheescake is crazy other plants are suffering because of the environmental issues she is acting like this is the best environment. Leaves hardly burn and she grows as fuck. All of them in the same environment.... Hmm.

The buds have become noticeably denser compared to last week, with an impressive amount of resin forming. Trichomes are mostly milky now, with a few still clear - no amber ones yet. 🔸 The smell is evolving too: still that strong musty "forgotten laundry" funk, but now with a distinct sweet-spicy berry twist, almost like overripe blackberries. Very pungent! 🔸 Unfortunately, the humidity is still too high, but better than last week (currently 63%), which could become a problem. Today I finally turned on the dehumidifier and increased airflow using all clip fans at max setting. Beautiful pair of haze berries, both phenos #1 and #2 showing strong healthy roots and big leafs, can't wait to flower this ladies out, I Transplanted the plants after 17 days of being planted on February 2nd because the roots were super well developed and I considered that it was the right time to do so. So now they are in their new 11l house.

So a bit of a setback this week to report. We took a direct hit from Tropical Storm Ophilia on Friday/Sat and Monday i had a dead limb. Dont think it was the storm though as it wasnt broken at all so im thinking some type of boring worm or something. Chopped that limb off and havnt looked back. Finally saw some sunlight for the first time in over a week yesterday! Cooler temps i have cut back on water from 4 gal/ day to current 2 gal/day. Still feeding top scratch every 3 days or every three waterings. Keeping up with mold and bug issues, very little of either, Lost Coast Plant therapy and BT are my friends. Hope everyone else is having good harvests this fall, till next week!

Algae is an asshole. Thought things were going really well... and then found a bit of algae in the rockwool.... No biggie I figure. Wrong. Left it one night, and today (Sunday) open the jar to find algae in all the roots. Not cool. Well, I needed to swap the nutrients anyway, and was going to do a major bonsai pruning... so why not also wash everything, plant included, in mild hydrogen peroxide solution? Sure, THAT's fun. Made the decision to swap Hydroguard for H2O2 as well, since the water is room temp (21-22 C) and the H2O2 supposedly helps prevent algae.... and keeps away root rot even in higher solution temperatures. Oh, and H2O2 is also seemingly a buffer... making getting the pH right in that small jar strange - needed WAY more pH down than without the hydrogen peroxide. Fingers crossed that the major life disturbances will help manage the algae and not just put the nails in the coffin.

Keeping these lady's happy is cake walk at the moment. Just keep trucking away. Still just doing declorinated water at 5.6 PH right now. Will start doing a weak feeding in a few days. These girls all progressing about the same they will start to kick it up now here in second week. The twins are just a touch behind the other 3 I sopose because it is feeding 2 plants. Welcome to Harvest week of my Sunset Sherbet journey sponsored by Zamnesia. Sunset Sherbet has been in the garage this week just chilling. Temperatures outside were 25-37f at night and in the garage 40-50s and flushed for 4 days with 2-3 liters each day. The cold weather did not do much for color change. Weeks of colder weather would have had an impact. I harvested her 12/5, day 101 from germination in the soil. I got some good trichome pics earlier this week. Sunset Sherbet grew in my small 3x3. She demonstrated a strong resistance to mold, bud rot and pests. I switched to an organic nutrient feeding solution and kept trying to get my ppms in the range of synthetic fertilizers. This resulted in overfeeding which burned up her leaves. She would have been pretty based on the colors I see in the buds-pinks, purples and oranges. Plant structure – Sunset Sherbet remained short at just 20 inches. This would make her very good for small closet grows. She had many branches off the main stalk and her nodes were tight. There were many, many small leaves, not much bigger than a quarter. Data sheet advised of regular maintenance. Trimming will be a bit tedious as a result of not defoliating more. Hi guys! here is how my beautiful girls proceed! they had a nitrogen boost in the first few weeks of flowering, but are now stable, feeding well and having a beautiful streccing (x2 / x3). The pre-flower seems to be forming well and on day 22 from the change to 12/12 the first trichomes appeared! I'm curious about how it will go and very excited 💪🏻 good 4:20 and good cokttivation everyone !!
