Cut a week early and a little bit of drama along the way, some issues with persistent bud rot from week 14 or so most likely caused by my blocked intake filter. I learned a lot during this grow and will take these experiences and hopefully turn them into a better next time! Will definitely have another go at growing Royal Gorilla in the not too distant future, however I think I have enough to smoke on for quite some time. Overall appearance of the buds and their structure are not as pretty as my last run, however the flavours, yield (1.48 gpw) and potency make up for that imo. Radical Juice Auto – final veg update 🌿

5/11 - 5/17: I topped a couple shoots early in the week and have her in full LST submission..sprawling nicely.👌 I watered her once really well at the start of the week with endoboost, humic acid, silica, cal-mag, molasses, and big bloom...and a little bit of grow big. I foliar fed with boom boom spray one day, and a solution of fulvic acid, cal-mag, big bloom, sweet & sticky, and silica a few days. It rained really heavy on the night of the 15th, so I won't be watering again anytime soon. I topped another of her shoots on the 14th and about an hour later, I realized that I should have taken it as a cutting..I'll have enough soil for a few plants in 3 gallon pots, and from what everybody says, I'd be very happy with some more jars of #5. I spent all 3 seeds to grow this one plant, so I'll try rooting some clones of her soon...👈 This week I received my new portable outdoor misting fan and hoses and got it set up on a timer with just airflow while the lights are on, and once the temps reach about 95f regularly, I'll have my hose timer let 10 minutes of water every 2 hours get misted across the canopy. It should lower the "real feel" by about 25-30 degrees and increase RH considerably. Also hoping that the constant airflow will make them stronger and keep insects off of them somewhat. It will also enable me to easily give them a blow dry if it rains in late flower. But wait...that's not all....it's also gonna be very much more enjoyable for me to sit in the garden and do my thang. 👍

Runtz Punch is growing great. She has a bunch of pistils for preflowering. I switched the light time today. I will do a solution change to blooming nutrition next week. I defoliated her some, and lollipopped her more. Everything is going great. Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

8/23 shes smelling so much like blueberries💚 im super concerned with the amount of leaves my plants are cannibalizing/ losing. They've been turning yellow and then eventually golden brownish crisp and fall off. The leaves that are falling off, only seem to be fan leaves and all the leaves around the pistils/main parts of branches/plant, all seem to be intact and very healthy still. I hope she's able to stay healthy till the finish of the grow. First outdoor grow. Learning experience 💚🤘I should have added some fish meal in the middle of July so she had some nitrogen for the beginning of flowering. I'm concerned the leaves lost is due to nitrogen deficiency. But I'm 3 weeks into flower and dont want to confuse her with more nitrogen than I have been giving 8/24 fed some more open sesame. 8/28 thinking my plants have been having a ph lock out causing magnesium deficiency

It is a vigorous plant with very uniform branching, high resinous and high yield, if you grow from seed there are a few different phenos that I got, equally as good

quick flowering, super easy grow, lots of trichome production I noticed

Got super nice stuff. As rly got eight shooters (110 gr/1plant). Easy to grow, good reaction for scrog, defoliation with big harvest. Will grow this stuff again.

Pineapple express auto has been absolutely one of the most exciting plans I’ve ever grown. The growth is explosive. Once it goes into flower the highest yield I’ve ever had on a auto nice dense: cola even the lower nugs are nice and firm as her leaves fall off one by one she Starts looking like a Christmas tree of nugs The Terps are outstanding truly smells like a pineapple she fades kinda looks like a pineapple I love how fastbuds420 names, All right on point truly pineapple express auto🔥💯

Seed starting out strong. Sunk in water on day 2 and cracked on day 3 then went into the starter. I'll get her into a small container w/ #4 soil (USA) once she anchors her root. I'll be running nectar for the gods. Using it currently and it works wonders. I started the seed with bloom kaos, it is a kelp extract, kelp and seaweed have large amounts of natural growth hormones. I used it as a soke for the seed and for misting clones with. I use 1/16 of dosage and it really helps.

Big time stretching and flower growth. Did another decent defoliation. These Forbidden runtz have very dense foliage. Was wondering if I needed a second net. I'm glad I got it. If you count the vertical portion of the plant stem we are at roughly 30" total growth so far. #1 is acting slow, prob due to heavy defoliating. I will let her run course at her own pace. It is what it is at this point. Learning thru doing is the best way to learn imho. Wonder full week. Targeted #s were ec 1.6-1.7 and ph 6.0-6.2
