UPDATE: Day 1 of week 14- Thursday 19th Nov!!!! Woop woop! We’re getting close, my magnifying lense arrived and I’ve got my first real good look at the trichomes.. All looking fairly cloudy with about 10-15% ambers coming through. So as we’re super close now I’ve now started flushing. Not doing a run off as have been using Biobizz soil & Nutes. First flush is done and girls are looking happy. One lady seems to have really heavy colas as she’s struggling to stand up straight. So I’ve staked her to keep her more upright. Think she may bring the best yield of all four girls as it stands so far. Final couple of weeks now, I can’t believe I’ve made it this far and really can’t wait to try my first home grown bud🍃 UPDATE: Day 2 of week 14 - Friday 20th Nov: Had to water them early as the girls were very dry after their first flush.. I on average water them every 48 hrs, but they were ready after 36. Already noticing some slight discolouration on the leaves 🍁... Glad I didn’t jump the gun and chop them this week after seeing some amber trichomes.. A bit more LST as they had stretched a little. I’m short on lamp to plant distance but noticed what looked like a little leaf burn on one of the tallest nugs. So did what I could to bring the height of them down just a little 👌 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 14 - Sun 22nd Nov: As soon as the lights went on today, more water seemed required at around 36hrs since the last flush. The girls seem to be loving it! Buds do seem to be fattening up a little more each day and I think one girl is slight more ahead than the others as she has mostly orange pistils compared to the other three.. Still need to see more amber trichomes on all four ladies before they’re ready! UPDATE: Day 5 of week 14 - Monday 23rd Nov: Small amount of LST to keep the girls as even as poss.. Defo seeing some discolouration in the fan leaves now.. All but one of the four girls have nearly completely orange pistils now which are folding back in to the buds. But Trichomes need to be a little more amber before they’re ready.. The fourth lady however is slightly behind with less orange pistils, some white ones still to turn orange and trichomes are still a mix of milky and clear on the lower buds. When I topped this one it didn’t work as well as the others so she has one really massive cola and all the others are much smaller in comparison to the other three plants.. I think we’ve got a week to 10 days left roughly till harvest. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 14 - Tuesday 24th Nov: Another water flush again today.. All seems well, lower small buds still need a few more amber trichomes I think.. But gonna post a question on here to make sure.. Don’t wanna get this wrong. Week 6 Flower Blooming Watered in at 800ml Top dressed 2tbs worm castings. Epsom Salt 1tbs to 4l - bought at the local pharmacy.

My girl is almost ready for flushing, darknees period and harvest. The flowers look fantastic, frusty and full of tricoms. After the flushing I'm gonna put her in an 2 day of darknes and then harvest. In the final 2 week's I turned on my uva light at 20% power and total of 6 wats. For the first two days, the light work for between 1-3 hours and after that for 6 hours a day.

Welcome to Week 1! On Day 1 after breakthrough, they both got 300 ml water each close to the plant, amended with 4ml/L of Rootjuice and 2 ml/L of Activera, both BioBizz. On Day 4 after breakthrough, they both got 500 ml water each, close and a bit spread out, same dosage of nutes. In my last grow i used 2ml/L of rootjuice but biobizz upped the dosage on the schedule so i thought why not try it out. They receive around 300 ppfd of light, 18 hours a day, ~20 DLI Temps are a bit low for my taste but its winter here and my SO likes to keep the window open, much to not only my plants dismay, but mine too lol. Didnt measure height cause i filled up a bit of soil after their initial little germ stretch Ill post the timelapse and some more pics at the end of this week. Theyre growing nice and look healthy, though my bpp were WAY faster. upped the ppfd a notch, lets see where it leads us! timelapse i will add tomorrow or late tonight if im still up. Looking at little yellow, I added some nitrogen and magnesium to the water and we will see if the sickly yellow color subsides.

Week 11: Pineapple Poison - The Neverending Leafpocalypse! ☔️✂️ Yo growmies! Mother Nature decided to play catch-up with the rain this week, and let me tell you, the Pineapple Poison took full advantage! Over 20mm of rain in seven days, and this girl exploded like a popcorn kernel in a microwave! We're officially at 138cm now, which is basically towering over my raised bed. It wasn't just height, though. New shoots and leaves popped up like green confetti. So, guess who spent most of the weekend playing hairdresser again? This gal! It was a mainlining marathon. As Bobolancetti put it wisely in the comments: we need to start thinking support for those colossal colas. Less foliage also means better wind resistance, which is crucial here in Brandenburg, land of the giant wind turbines. We can't have our Pineapple Princess getting blown over by a rogue gust! The only thing missing? Flowering. Still nowhere to be seen. *insert cricket noise* Listen, this growth spurt is awesome, but the weekly deleafing routine is getting a little…well, lengthy. My arms are feeling it! Maybe next week, the flowering fairy will finally take pity on us and get this party started? A girl can dream…. I smell her over my LSD25...Not a citrus aroma. Can not really pinpoint what it smells like. But smells like weed. She is filling in...hope she gets to swelling.

This strain impressed me from the get go. Although I suffered her with some light stress and some issues with high run off and and build up she still managed to finish off perfectly. Lovely dense buds and she’s covered trichomes. She was harvested on 31 jan and is now curing off in glass mason jars and I’m burping x4/5 a day. I’ve tasted her today and although she’s not fully mature she tastes a bit berry with a hint of diesel. I would say for defo a day time smoke. Perfect wake and bake strain. I would like to try this again outdoors next time in a greenhouse.

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Week 5 day 1. I have a favourite for next run. I’m very happy, I haven’t really defoliated at all this grow, just letting it grow. Wish I was going for mains(topping) but still very good. Going to wait around week 9 so seeds will be good for next run. I have decided to do very hard hst next round to show max potential. Very happy with supercropping so will do it very heavy with scrog. I will try to reveg the one I really like but it is difficult having only 1 set of lights and 1 tent. Plants are about 7ft tall, might just run 2 next round in 4x8 or will still continue to go 4 in the 4x8.

Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!
