Alien tech is coming along nicely, she is scrog’d with 3 other Ayahuasca Purple and seems to be doing beautifully. She didn’t stretch as much as the Ayahuasca, but I was able to keep the Ayahuasca lower by spreading it more then the Alien Technology. Screen is not perfectly even, but there all within the sweet spot for my 1000w HPS so things should start ramping up soon! Not much else to say this week, just been checking the ph levels and adding 8 gals or so of water/nutrients every 2-3 days to the main reservoir feeding all 4 plants. So far they are good with the same nutrients so that is good! Lol cheers 💨

Le main-linning ce passe à merveille la capacité de récupération de cette souche autofloraison est appréciable et surprenante. Jour 28 comme à mon habitude je surveille les besoins en eau de ma plante. Je sous pèse mon contenant il est léger j'arrose donc ma plante avec un peu plus d'un quart du volume du pot avec une eau ph6.3. Je la laisse récupérer du stress du main-linning subis la semaine précédente. Jour 29 elle est déjà remise de son stress je continu mon mainlining dans le but de lui donner la forme que je souhaite. Jour 30 je profite que mon contenant soit léger pour ajouter en griffant le substrat 1.3 gramme de feeding biobloom de la gamme d'engrais de chez greenhouse. J'ai attendu la cinquième semaine pour ajouter l'engrais par peur de sur engraissage. J'effectue une dernière taille apicale ce qui me permettra d'obtenir les huit colas souhaités (vidéo explicative) et je peaufine mon LST par soucis de symétrie et d'esthétisme. Jour 31 repos mérité Au jour 32 je finalise mon LST et j'effectue un arrosage toujours avec un quart du volume du pot en eau ph6.3 a laquelle j'ajoute 0.5ml par litre d'eau de topmax biobizz Jour 33 les cola principaux ont récupérés de la coupe je les palisse pour leur donner une forme de T Jour 34 le mainlining est fini il me suffira juste de l'ajuster lors de la prochaine semaine. Updates During Week 5 Plants switched from pre-flower to flower stage. Loads of stretching starting. Added dry amendments to the soil. Down to earth 4-4-4 at 3 tbsp for each 5 gal pot. I decided to go half dose to see how sensitive the autoflowers would be. So far they are loving it! Added another dose of worm castings. 1 tbsp of worm castings per pot on the 7th. Watering with tap water that is left out overnight/24 hrs with PH down added to bring PH to between 6.5-6.8. Watering every 3 days Plan for Week 6 Ordered Bloom dry amendments Waiting 1 more week into flowering to defoliate bottom leaves. Continuously bending LST fan leaves and bud sites . Going to make Worm casting tea Over all I am happy with how this grow is going. Noticed this strain is very sensitive to watering.

13/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 0.5 grams of Kraken Roots 16/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 1.0 gram of Kraken Roots 18/11 - Watered with plain water - PH 6.2 - started LST 20/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 1.0 gram of Kraken Roots 13/11 - So far this week the plants are taking off - loads of growth under 20/4 lighting. Plant 3 in particular is growing super strong! 18/11 - Applied LST, wasnt sure if maybe it was too early? Seems to have quite a few nodes but my plants seem pretty short/compact. 20/11 - Plants went a little down hill since LST - removed the LST and watered them - found lights were ~50cm from the plants so moved to 61cm - reduced hours from 20/4 to 18/6.

She got to big for the 2x2x4 so I had to move it to a bigger 2x4x5 that has a new never before used 320w kingbright so this whole grow is evolving as it goes I had no clue that hydro and 200w in veg would make the plant this big. Temps are much easier to control now in the bigger setup. the 7 gallon res. is loseing about 1 gal a day I top it off and check PH/EC once a day it almost never needs adjusting so that is really nice.

18.08.23- 49 дней от каски и все еще нет признаков цветения …. Из тренировок только лст и максимум 1-2 больших листа в мусорку ) Получает 1000 ppm grow . Немного передозировал ее удобрениями ,это заметно на кончиках листьев . Если она не начнет цвести , буду переводить ее вместе с лсд 22.08.23- 53 день жизни ! Признаков цветения нет , от слова воообще ! Делаю вывод что это фотопериод и начал проводить несколько серьезных обрезок , потому-то он растет очень кустистым с огромными листами . Из проблем была перебазировка питательными веществами, которую я нейтрализовал с помощью flash clean и добавив новый менее концентрированный раствор . В остальном это здоровое и очень пышное растение 🌱

There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... I wouldn't make it any other way :) If even ONE of you reading this diary finds it helpful to reference for ANYTHING.....even if its "what not to do" ill consider it a success ! Hey Growmies. 😎This is a back post...sorry took me so long. Nov 8th (sunday) She looks nutrient deprived. Little did I know the VPN (low) was so far off after changing my pre-filter that the negative pressure wasn't allowing her to want to pull up nutrients. Has been a problem longer than I realized. I had no idea that my fan was too strong for my tent. Can kill a plant. Live and learn. So, now comes the story of nutrient toxicity because I DX wrong and gave some amendments and nutrients that she didn't need. So sad. . …. Soil PH is at 6.7 Watered about 3/4 gallon almost 1 gallon Growers recharge With soluble kelp Humic acid (20ml per gal dilution) NOV 9th RH is 52 and temp 72.5deg (RH is dropping due to increased airflow) She does not appear to be stressed this morning. Growth is still very slow but the new leaves appear to be healthy with no Brown tips. There's still New Growth appearing on the old nodes where fan leaves have been removed due to burning lower down on the stems. I'm hoping there's not much more lateral growth and more of a filling out so that I can flower.(room for the stretch) I hope the lower humidity is conducive to her growth and not going to cause Mite infestation due to stress and defenses down. On that note the tanglefoot needs to be reapplied. On about a 10-minute inspection I see no visible signs canoe leaves or might damage. The wettable sulfur seems to be stove in them off. I'm also doing my best to boost the immune system of the plant. I've been meaning to do a compost tea in order to infuse the soil with more microorganisms including both bacterial and fungi.  Still learning about “living soil” and probably making tons of mistakes but am bumbling through. NOV 10th Defoliation NOV 11th On this day she was still looking so deprived of nutrients. SHE WAS. Only not for reason of them not being in the soil. Environment was off and she was just protecting herself by not taking in the necessary food. I was of the midset to save her with soothing things which are good for “plant stress” and some nutrients. WRONG I was again. This is what I gave her that day. (A great combo but not what she needed) Soil PH 6 Growers recharge coconut water (30ml per half-gallon)  aloe juice (1/8 cup in half a gallon)  With soluble kelp  Humic acid (20ml per gal dilution)   NOV 12th IPM: Foliar spray right after lights out: micronized sulfur- 1/5 tbsp per 1/2 gallon ,Aloe Vera 2 tbsp, yucca extract NOV 13th removed some dead leaves Soil PH 6.5 pot was medium /heavy- leaving it so I can put compost tea on tomorrow evening.  Defoliated any dead growth and any tiny branches that didn't have a lot of nodes on them.  Changed the timer for the FAN to 15on and 15 off. I had upped the heat in the house to 72 deg instead of 71 and things are VERY DRY! Too dry for the temp. The VPD just way off here. Explains some of the dryness I am feeling on the leaf surfaces, slow growth etc. This climate issue has to be checked. Also, added back in a second humidifier! Brewing compost tea........

Smells piney on the pistols. Switched led to flower as 2 have started put them both on dutchpassion bloom a and b full reccomended ammounts fingers crossed still
