This big, beautiful healthy girl has switched to flower. Cooler night time temps are yielding some red streaks on her stems. Excited to see what these flowers will look like. She smells fabulous! She was given some Coast of Maine 5-2-4 around her base yesterday, and I have some BT arriving tomorrow to thwart those pesky inchworms.

Good bit of growth this week, plenty of bud sites forming and she is drinking alot of juice. I think she is doing really height wise, I only vegged for 4 weeks to keep her height appropriate and I don't want her to stretch too much towards the light so she's growing accordingly. I accidentally split the topped stem during transport when I forgot she was attached to the grow bag but she seems fine and getting on with it. As soon as all the budsites have formed I'm going to defoliate and get some light on them lower budsites and make her focus on growing some nice colas. Next time I will leave the LST on until about now cos she's straightened up a lot and it's a bit more crowded lower down than I would have liked. Satisfecho. 😃 Maceta 2: Creo que tuvo un desarrollo como espere, con cobollos lindos por el medio y una punta imponente, ¿puede que podia ser mejor? no lo se. MUY satisfecho. 😄 Maceta 3: Fue Historia. Maceta 4: Petiza, con su unica punta que es igual al cobollo a mediana altura de la maceta 2, puede que haya sido el sustrato ya que tanto la maceta 3 como esta 4 crecieron de igual manera, poco desarroyo, mismos cuidados que las demas. Por ovias razones la regaba menos ya que no consumia tanto y deje de darle productos ya que no lo veia necesario. Decepcionado. 😑 Ahora voy a Cosechar. 😎

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

The way I "solved" my problem was a huge mistake, creating bigger problems. Gravel I put on top of soil kept moisture inside the pots, so I manage to over water my plants. NEVER PUT GRAVEL ON TOP OF YOUR SOIL! 🤦‍♂️ NEVER 😂 Big shoutout to guys who answered my question in week 3! Thanks for your help and support! So I remove all gravel and let all pots to dry completly before next watering. They bounced back very fast. Also I did LST training on them and manage to break up that one girl which had biggest over watering issues. Shit happens I guess... Btw its one of Amnesia strains. Day 43 - Starting week 7 and she’s looking good. She’s starting to stretch more every day and flowers are starting to fatten up a bit. Gonna continue with the foxfarm feeding schedule. Can’t wait for her to finish! Day 44 - The room is really starting to smell amazing. Just keeping on with the foxfarm nute schedule until she’s ready to be cut in a couple more weeks. Still plenty of fattening and growing to go. Day 45 - No major changes, she’s just chugging along. Gave a feeding of just water today and tomorrow will be the foxfarm feeding. I love her look and the smell starting to really come from her. Day 46 - No major changes, just continuing to fatten, grow and definitely getting really frosty! Day 47 - What can I say? This thing is an amazing grow and smelling amazing. She just growing and fattening each day. Still to early to really look at the trichs but wanted to look anyway. Got a few decent pics and there’s a few cloudy ones in there. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give another feeding on Saturday. Day 48 - No big changes, just continuing to fatten up. Held off on watering today, she didn’t really drink munch compared to the GC. Will give her an actual “feeding” tomorrow. Day 49 - All is looking good and she’s plumping up each day. Gave her the foxfarm feeding today. Tomorrow starts week 8 so will continue with the feeding schedule until the end. She’s really starting to smell up the room in my house and loving it.

Looking pretty good. She’s a little light in color. I may up her nutes a bit. Buds are already a nice size. She’s a little slower in developing than the last LCC I grew. But I have her in a tent by herself and that light is only 200 watts. I’d like to get her in the bigger tent but my Pound Cake has taken over most of the space.

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.
