Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Sorry for the long time no update. Work got busy and I haven’t had the time to update this. Flower has gone pretty smoothly and the girls are getting ready to finish up. I have 3 bubba pupils in the tent at the moment, with a reservation privada purple wreck, freedom of seeds Godberry, and a serious seeds AK-47. The bubba pupil phenotypes look to be all the same. Low yielding with some extremely resinous quality buds. The smell is funky and grapey. The bubba pupil buds look like they’ll be all finished up in about 1 week to 10 days. Most of the trichomes are milky, and I have yet to spot any that have turned amber. The purple wreck is starting to purple out and probably has 2 weeks and some change left. The Godberry is probably the most resinous plant, and looks like it will be the second heaviest yielder next to the AK-47. The resin on the Godberry is extremely fruity, and leaves your fingers smelling like a bowl of fruit loops after plucking a few fan leaves. The AK-47 is the fattest bitch of them all. Big colas everywhere across its canopy and they’re falling over because I did not install a trellis on this grow. The AK-47 has an old school funk to it, and has around 5% amber trichomes. I’m thinking I will start to flush her at the start of week 8 (in 3 days) and let her finish up at a full 8 weeks.

May 31st Everything is looking good after the LST from last week, I said I was going to swap them into flower and I realized that I should wait another week or so as they will be going into a new home so to speak. Updates coming next week for that. Doesn't look like to many PH issues anymore or whatever was happening but the plants seem a bit happier now June 1st I Figured today would be a good day to do a bit of defoliation on these girls in order to get some more light down to the newer growth. I didn't take a ton off as you can see, but for the size of the plant I suppose it was a decent amount. I read somewhere that a general rule of thumb is only defoliate roughly 30% of the plant at most. I'm not to sure if it is true but I tried to stay within that general rule. June 2nd, I decided since I would have them in veg for at least a little while long I would top them again. After topping I gave them some water and nutrients. I know I said I would do straight water for the next one but I went for it anyways as it seems the flowering mixture may be giving it some deficiency's. So I gave them the recommended feeding for heavy veg growth. I gave about 3L to the bigger plant and around 2L to the smaller plant (as it was still a bit moist but it wasn't damp). My crappy soil tester was saying my soil was at around 8PH so I figured I would aim to feed around 6ph. With the small amount of runoff from the smaller plant I did A PH test and the PH seemed to be around the 4.5-5ph area. My liquid ph meter arrived broken so I am waiting for the new one, therefore I am using the general hydroponics liquid test kit. I presume my soil ph is lower then the water I have given seeing as it went from 6ph water to around 4.5. Next feeding I will aim to feed at 7PH. With the defoliation I just made sure that the tie downs were decently tight still and moved what I thought needed to be moved. June 3rd,4th Not a ton to update on. I didn't get any pictures for these 2 days. June 5th Some obvious problems going on with the bigger plant. I am guessing it is the PH issue but I am still unsure. The one browned leaf I accidentally squished in the tie down while I was low stress training it so it got a bit damaged. Other then that the plants are growing decent. Im not sure why I didn't have more pictures for today but I mainly took problems of the problem areas. June 6th Not much going on still. They are still just hanging out not doing to much. It was a busy work week so pictures in general were a bit lazy. I will try to get more for the upcoming weeks. Big news for next week!

She's popp'n and whew were!!! This is an amazing strain. Thankfully I have more beans and the next round clones will be taken for sure. This is one of those that a wise commissure would keep a permanent spot in his or her line up. And these were bag seed of a strain that I was informed that's not available in seed or clone. I may be wrong but the quality of this strain tells me all I need to know!!!

Did 10l two days ago and it’s bone dry, from 5 to 10l every two days or less , Just a rain water this whole week . She stacking nice , heat still burning some terps but it’s not as bad as 28C+ Clones recovered too and doing somewhat ok , glad they had little stunt so I have time to finish mom off and then repot them

3.30-4.1: Week 10. Days 67-69. Trichomes 50/50 clear/milky. A few random ambers. Leaves are fading but still feeding 1/4 strength. Maybe a week or 2? 4.2-4.5: days 70-73. Moving along nicely. Trich's more milky than clear. Stopped feeding and only water.

this is a very easy one to grow with an enormous bag appeal true her all cycle, a must in any garden, her trichomes production is out of these world, as are them grams on them fruits, a true must for us all to grow

Due to problems with autoflower genetics and refusing to flower. I am pleased with final result. I knew my yield would take a hit by using 3 gallon pots. Just was not planning for these plants to take damn 100 days. Roots were coming thru bottom of bags. Not good. But happy results and beautiful purple nugs. See what the cure does. Edit/ update: with few days of curing smell and taste have dramatically improved. There is basically no woody taste or smell, just grapey and sour with a hint of spicy. I change my strain score to 9/10. Due to not being able to update after 1 hr of original post. The only reason I give a 9 is because of Flowering problem. Update: week of curing smooth as butter and fruity and flowery flavor mellow draw with a little kick no harshness at all. Pleseant take.

So I transfered them today a little ahead of time but nothing wrong with that! Roots looked amazing! Added dynomyco into medium on final pots and watered 500ml of solution!
