This fifth week started off kinda rough. I had to remove some sick leaves that got hit by leaf miners. I’ve cleaned up all the damaged parts from the plants, including this one. On Monday, I’m gonna spray them with a ready-to-use mix that has Neem oil, nettle extract, and horsetail. I also noticed a slight nutrient deficiency, probably because until now I was only watering with untreated tap water — didn’t check the pH at all. Even when I fertilized, I still used water with no pH adjustment. I’ve only just started using pH-controlled water like two or three times now, since I finally bought a pH meter. Now I’m watering and fertilizing with everything adjusted to 6.5, so that’s something I need to keep in mind from now on. I’m planning to bump up the fertilizer to 1 ml per 500 ml of water. I’m using Biobizz Bloom, and I wanna keep the dose like that because the pot is small — just 3.2 liters — so I don’t wanna overdo it with 1 liter of water. I’ve noticed that 500 ml works just fine, so I’ll stick to that. Other than that, everything seems to be going okay.

2 Girls 1 Cup week 9? Short term memory loss is a m'fer... *edit* i have talked directly to quite a few suppliers/vendors/etc... and i can tell you FastBuds is a great company to do business with. im not licking boots here... i paid for my beans, and am loving these FastBuds genetics so far. JUST LOOK AT IT! a little short, but i think thats my fault from around the day 21ish mark if ya look back in the diary. i told myself i wasnt going to run any more autos, unless it was some odd occasion. but IF i do in the future... it WILL be FastBuds. unless this pink runtz i have ends up being an auto, and if it is.. im going to off the fucker lol. Day 56- GC is trying to catch up. I think stabbing the main helped a lil lol. Few random plucks on WG tonight, and don't even want to start on GC for now. May clean it up a bit later depending on how the back feels. It's got a ton of branches that are going to be too close REAL soon. Kinda f'd GC off over a week ago, and said I'd run it again in the future to make up for it. So not too pressed on how it looks, as long as it stays alive until WG chopping day. Atleast it wasn't a male 🤣. Anyway, bumped the girls up to the "aggressive" mid bloom GHE feed. Using TAP water to reduce the amount of calmag needed since mine has N in it.. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm 15mL calmag - up to 252ppm 10mL hydroguard Micro- 33mL Grow- 33mL Bloom- 47.5mL RES total after PH correction - 818 @ 5.91. ============================================================================================= Day 57- I REALLY need to cut back GC... like yesterday... backs been hurting something fierce, and I'm out of my medicine of choice ATM. few random plucks on WG today. may make my way in there again later and start hacking away at GC. will update pic if I do. They're both liking aggressive feed, maybe a touch too heavy on the N though. *edit* 🎶oops, i, stabbed it again...🎶 lol. still feel there's a branch that's gotta go. Started pulling WG out some to help expose lowers. Need more garden wire for sure ============================================================================================= Day 58- cut back GC even more.. we'll keep it alive, but I'll make sure it doesn't block the beloved WG. remember, there will be a list of things I learned I did WRONG in this experiment and will share at the conclusion. Trimmed up WG little bit later in their morning. Top view pic is after the small defol. Some fans only had the middle finger snipped, to be on the safe side. Progress seems slow on WG atm, but it's getting ready to fatten up and mature. ============================================================================================= Day 59- i just cut back GC AGAIN!!! like HALF of its branches, and cut all the tops to the same length before snapping todays pic. after comparing 58 to 59's pic... it STILL looks like it grew.. WTF... that things confused ASF or something... just dont herm on me... WG finish is right around the corner.. a few weeks... hang in there GC... hang in there... ive been topping off with 80% strength nutes and RO water, and the EC has remained pretty consistent. may bump em up one more time for WG next week to help fatten her up some. right before we dial it all back for the end. WG already looking pretty frosty, and the weatherman is predicting some more in the next weeks. *edit* added a night vid to show my WG defol struggles. Its easier to see why the foliage looks so thick and it needs a trim when lights on when you see lights off.. We're down to a few fans towards the bottom to help out down there. Rest are connected to bud sites, and are limited. May need to add a small fan blowing up WG skirt soon. ============================================================================================= Day 61- nothing really to report. tried to kill the ice probe, and put frozen 1L bottle (in 12hr rotations) to see how it performed. i think 61.2 is a little too cold for my liking, and one morning i woke the temp was over 71.. the roots are messing with the flow and the water isnt getting chilled as much with the probe. problem ive been facing for the last week or so. ice probe back in, and warming up the tent with its exhaust again.. should fab up a duct system for a 3d printer... ideas... tinkercad here we go.. ============================================================================================= Day 62- kinda feel bad for leaving GC out of the shot yesterday. Since she's riding along in this experiment... added her back today. WG is starting to phase 2. Her finish is coming within the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing. Maybe 4? We'll see what tricomes say when the time gets closer. ============================================================================================= Been offered a cut off a custom strain that looks and tastes AMAZING! i know i may have mentioned pink runtz or amnesia lemon next... but i dont think i can pass up this opportunity.. will mention more about it, its name, etc etc when the time gets nearer.. this week i realized that my two black sugars were sitting below the white widow and bruce banner so i raised them using some art canvases/old video game boxes. now all the plants are receiving about the same amount of light and hopefully this issue won’t affect yield too much since i corrected it before week 6 ended (since buds fatten up the most between weeks 4-6)

May 15th We’ve had some tough winds. She handled it very well actually. Her stem bulked. Added a layer of coco on top to help with winds and to choke up on her stem May 25th she's small and bushy

Almost done. I'm waiting for some amber trichomes , tropicanna cookies amazing smell hard rock buds, gorilla cookies, also 🍓 gorilla. Purple punch sample taste sweet and hits hard in seconds . Amazing strains

Starting week 3 with a plain watering at 6.31. All plants recovered well from topping and are starting to grow much faster. Looking healthy and strong! Planning on some light lower defoliation early this week to get the bottom leaves off the soil. Still very short and bushy. 08/05/2020 - Watered at 6.31 all conditions remaining stable. (Pics) 08/06/2020 - Defoliated the bottom 3 sets of fan leaves. 08/06/2020 - Used green twist ties to begin LST the main branches (Pics) 08/06/2020 - Watered at 6.51 with added nutrients 7 ml between 2L. 08/08/2020 - Took a few more leaves from 3 of the 4 and adjusted tie downs, left 1 alone as she seemed unimpressed with the first defoliation. 08/10/2020 - Watered at 6.49 with added nutrients. 5 ml per 2L. 08/11/2020 - Final transplant into 7 gallon pots, All 4 had solid root growth and were starting to be root bound. I'm glad I did not wait any longer. 08/11/2020 - Watered post transplant with Plain water at 6.43 Used 4L between 4 plants.

Day 86 A life cycle is about to reach an end. Knowing that i am the one whos gonna chop and blaze her up is kinda sad or maybe because Im high. It is wht it is though. It is just time Day 91 The photo girls still developing. Seems like they are gonna be ready in weeks. The top colas seem less frosty compared to the lower buds though.

Last 3 days till the chop. Getting put into 36 hours of darkness prior to harvest. Trichomes are where I want them to be.

End of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. 1-2 weeks left before I chop these girls down. All my girls are loving the new light and so am I! Highly recommend. Only things to report on is, I’m still flushing, my buds are getting denser, and also they’re starting to turn purple! This is my first plant to actually turn purple and I grew a plant just before these two that’s were supposed to be purple, but never did change colors. Fun fact: my favorite bud to smoke all time is purp diesel, so this is great for myself! Well, see you guys on the next update. Happy Growing! ✌️🏾

Hello world! Another week of growing season in my garden. The dark phoenix feels great, I continue to train it on the minelineinig system, as you can see I left 3 processes from each branch that will bloom in the future. Plants love the training and the food that the GHS team provided. I make defoliation every 3rd day. I will go the vegetation until this Friday, then 12/12.

Hello my grower friends. As @xii_xii_mrgreen suggested me, I am sharing with you the recipe for Marrakech butter. It's cannabis butter made with all the leftover waist, curing, and leftover grinders. Each time a leaf is filled with resin, I put it aside. After a few sessions, I have enough to make ganja butter. For this tour there are cultural leftovers loaded with THC and almost as much CBD. It is also a good technique to fully use plants grown outdoors that have more leaves than indoors. Ingredients and utensils I live in an area that produces a lot of butter. I chose the best: echiré butter. https://www. echirelebeurredefrance. fr/ I saw some at Harrods, KDW and Corte Ingles. I only visit the top floor of these stores. Otherwise, choose a good, greasy, yellow butter. Gauze or compresses filter the mixture finely so as not to find small pieces of grass in the butter. This recipe is only valid for real butter and does not work with vegetable butter. Preparation Before rolling the recipe you can boil your ganja for 5 minutes to “clean” it if it is dusty. It must then be dried for at least 2 days. I do not do this so as not to degrade the good stuff and when cooling the impurities remain at the bottom in the juice, the butter is on top. Recipe THC and CBD are activated by decarboxylating ganja. You have to put everything in the grinder first, there are other faster techniques, but the grinder produces a fine cut. I used a bigger one than in the photo. Place everything on a wire rack with baking paper for 40 minutes at 110°C in the oven. It smells great, watch out for your neighbors. At this stage you can set some aside to season your pizza. Estimate the quantity compared to what you put into a hit. It is not necessarily a good idea to put it in a simmering dish because it changes the taste a lot. I melt 4 times the weight of the butter leaves in 4 times the weight of the butter in water. So here for 35g of leaves I melt 140g rounded to 150g of butter in 600g of water in a stainless steel saucepan. Heat until the butter. Add the leaves and mix gently. Cover a tiny amount of broth. The water stays below and should not completely evaporate. This is very important otherwise the butter or the leaves are burnt. It is necessary that the grease begins to isolate on the surface. It takes between 2 am and 3 am. It smells much less good than in the oven and disgusting, which is why I do not recommend putting it in stewed dishes. Allow to cool to room temperature. When the soup is lukewarm it must be filtered. To facilitate demolding, I recommend that you put plastic film at the bottom of a fully concave bowl, put gauze or compresses to refine the filtration. It's also easier to press the rest of the leaves. The fats will float on the cooking juices. When the bowl is cold, put it in the fridge. The next day unmold. I got 92g of Marrakech butter. Potency should be tested on an empty stomach and adjusted in small quantities every hour. Use Butter is ready and can be consumed immediately. It is perfectly digestible but the taste is not very good. In the form of butter, the best is to spread it on bread with a slice of smoked salmon on top, a few drops of lemon and serve a glass of chablis. Very good also spread on bread to accompany oysters. Probably its green, grassy taste is reminiscent of seaweed. It loses some of its flavor mixed with chocolate and spread. You can melt a little bit of it in the tomato sauce of your pasta or the soysauce of your rice especially if you eat fish: soysauce water nuoc mam 30 seconds in the microwave, melt only after a little butter in the hot sauce and pour over your rice. You can use it in all hot or cold culinary preparations in place of regular butter if you don't use it all, cut it into individually wrapped portions in cling film and put all of these portions in a freezer bag in the freezer.
