Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and getting chunky. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

So the end of 3 and entering week 4 these girls are a little sad today as been working on finishing their little grow space which hopefully they'll settle into over the next few days. I have tried too upload images but no luck keeps saying resizing no matter where I upload from 🙄 The girls are taking off and I can see the difference in growth allthough they've been unsettled past few days 🌱 Still loving the aptus range and so am I its keeping these girls healthy even the topped girl hasnt really reacted too being topped 🌱👌 I will be doing some hst/lst with the other 2 this week as neglected them slightly as having the fastbuds testers all potted up into new shoes. This will be top dress and lollipop week. They’re all healthy and lush. Day 16. Went ahead and lollipopped and top dressed. 3 tbs of power bloom 284 and some honey. Each pot got about 2 liters of top water. Moved the trellis up to later have some stability but probably done tucking.

Buds are still packing on both girls. New pistils still shooting out with no orange hairs showing yet. Im thinking this is going be be a longer finish, may go to 14/15 weeks if necessary. Going out of town for work, topped up the res with adding micro and bloom.

Week five!!!! Ok guys, So I waited way too long to flip LMFAO. I hope I have made it through most of the stretch and as you can see I may be able to get the lights 8 more inches up to the ceiling in an emergency but let's hope it doesn't get to that point. I have reduced the Base nutrients and added 2 additives. A big problem I noticed today 13 Jan was that the water pump was moving hella slow. I had to wait a long time to add each nutrient so that I didn't just burn the first plant in the system. I have 2 pumps in the mail though so we are good. Humidity will spikes maybe 3x but I always bring it back to 50% RH. For the next round, I'm going to have to be really aggressive with my training techniques. these things just get huge so fast and I wasn't ready for a 10-week flower cycle. oh due to the pump issue don't trust the TDS amount this week. I'm sure you could ballpark it and I know my system will never go over 1k TDS with everything I'm running currently.

Decided that this week ive probably went a bit big on the 3 gal pots after reviewing other grows (Whoops, not the worst problem to have) so I invested in another tent to split the girls up. Im hoping this will improve the air flow later in the grow, well until I decided that it looked a bit sparse and started some 1 gal ladies away. Anyway im a massive idiot and burned the GG4, ive learnt the lesson of monkey see doesnt mean monkey should do. Anyway we'll get into that. Sun 5/6 Got myself drip trays for all the pots, which will be help keep the tents a bit tidier when the watering intensifies. Also picked up a soil moisture/pH meter, from further reading soil pH is going to be important (Foreshadowing here.....) Both GG4/Explorer watered today (Not measured, stupid) as meter suggested soil moisture was low. Fed around where I suspect root mass will be and moistened edges of pots. Ariel/Cindy not fed today as both soil surfaces were moist. Im concerened about little Ariel, but im holding out for here. GG4 = 6CM // Explorer = 3.75CM // Ariel = 1CM // Cindy = 1.5CM Mon 6/6 AM Cindy/Ariel surface sprayed as was dry. GG4/Explorer left untouched as they're moist. PM All plants sprayed until surface moist, warm day today and I struggle keeping the humidity high within the tents so the surface seems to dry rapidly on the seedlings. New tent should arrive tomorrow! Tues 7/6 AM Tent arrived and set up with GG4/Explorer Transfered. This tent has a MarsHydro 100W in. GG4/Explorer fed with 400ML water + 0.15ML Bio-Grow, having reviewed many other auto grows it seems that they're giving growth nutes early doors. I must be doing something wrong here so planning to slowly introduce Bio-Grow. Ariel/Cindy left alone as theyre looking ok. Well as ok as Ariel can look :S PM GG4 leaves are showing slight yellowing (That foreshadowing we we're on about), shit. Wonder if it could be light burn from the new light? Ive upped the light distance and will monitor. Wed 8/6 GG4 further development of yellowing with some browning now showing. Surely if it was light stress I would have seen a small improvement, but perhaps im being too hasty. Planning on waiting another day and seeing where we see any improvement. No feed for GG4/Explorer Spray feed for Cindy/Ariel Thurs 9/6 GG4/Explorer fed 150ML of just water as both are looking dry and feeling light to lift. Still no improvement on yellowing/browning of leaves however new growth is progressing so im not too concerned? Will need to ask wiser heads for advice relating to this. Further research is leading me to think ive nute burned it. MY water pH is coming out around 7.1 as well which wont be helping. pH down ordered as im sure ill need it anyway. Ariel seems to be recovering slightly now all be it pale on new growth, will monitor this little one further and see what happens. More seeds ordered so if shes not going to grow big I might slot her in a 1 gal and stick something different in the 3 gal. Thoughts? Fri 10/6 GG4 well and truely upset with me however only 2 leaves showing significant issues, however this is starting to spread. Posted a question and answers are reflecting that I have A) Too high pH water B) Have fed nutes far too early. Live and learn. Advice seems to show that around 6.2 will be a good range to shoot for. pH down didnt arrive today so will hold fire on any further feedings which works nice as all are moist enough. Have LST'd the GG4. Sat 11/6 Officially 2 weeks today. Whilst im disappointed in myself with the GG4 I suppose its normal to make mistake in something new so trying to not be too hard on myself. Ive got pH down and have fed both GG4(350ml)/Explorer(150) respectively with 6.2pH water. Hopefully this will be the start of the turn around a learning moment within a new hobby. I really appreciate the kind words from those that have already posted and of course any further advice would be massively appreciated. Week 6 - Transition to Flower (First Bloom Week) The Donutz squad has officially entered the bloom phase, kicking off the first week of flower in style. The upgrade to 7L pots has gone smoothly, and the plants are thriving in their new space. Monday marked the start of the flowering cycle, and everything is set up for an efficient and productive Sea of Green. Setup Adjustments: Canopy Leveling: The taller plants in the front row are left as-is, while the shorter ones in the back have been placed on top of the empty 3.7L pots. This ensures an even canopy for maximum light distribution. Defoliation: Everything under the net that wouldn’t develop into usable bud — based on past experience — has been trimmed away. The focus is now entirely on the top canopy and cola production. Nutrients & Care: Flowering Nutrients: Greenhouse Feeding Bloom is in play, with 30g applied per 7L pot (following the recommended 3-5g per liter). This should carry the plants through the stretch phase and provide a strong start for flower development. Watering: Still cruising with reverse osmosis (RO) water, keeping things clean and steady. Light Intensity: Slowly ramping up the light week by week to avoid shocking the plants, aiming for full intensity once they’ve settled into the flowering phase. Plans for the Stretch & Beyond: A second net is ready to go for after the stretch, ensuring the canopy remains supported and those fat nugs don’t collapse under their own weight. Continued monitoring of canopy height and plant health as they shift their energy into flowering. Observations: The Donutz are responding well to the flowering transition, with no visible stress. The even canopy and clean lollipop structure are setting the stage for optimal bud production. Everything is lining up perfectly for a strong flowering run. Por aca les dejo el proceso, sigo nutriendo solo con agua, pero en estos días usare solo RECHARGE para así darle un toquecito adicional. Me gusta ese producto, me ha hido muy bien con el. Siguen creciendo los masos de moñas, se tornan cada vez mas color vino, rojizo. contentas, olorosas, frutoso... les comento que es como cuando te pasan una barra de STARBURST POR LA NARIZ... JAJAJA! 😇 disculpen la analogía, pero literal es como les comunico. MUUUy contento ésta navidad con los resultados. Seguimos creciendo, deseando que les valla mejor, un abrazo... BUENOS HUMOS!

This lady looks absolutely gorgeous, she's got big beautiful leaves, I cannot wait to transplant this lady and make her become a beautiful fat bush! Let's do this! Hi all! Not all that much to report. Flowering in going well with the girls producing more and more crystal looking trichomes and steady bud growth. There is definitely a noticably more pungeant smell every day and I get lovely wafts of gas in the mid afternoon air after the tent lights turn on. I have just been continuing the feeds of water and liquid seaweed. The girls are drinking more often (now about 5 litres each every couple of days) but it may also be due to the hot weather lately. I did amend my topsoil again with my nutrient amendment mix as I had noticed Pheno 1 was looking a little light in her usual strong dark green. As you can see she has responded well and has some more colour in those cheeks. Ive made another video for you all to enjoy (at least i think so!) and included a pic of my feeding/potting station. Its an old Tea Trolley made by either my great grand father or great great grandfather. I love this trolley and its had a lot of use but I cant say its ever been used for its intended purpose! 😂 Feel free to drop me any questions or a like on the diary if the mood grabs you 😏. Week 2 and the girls are looking more yellow and funky than I like. I also think the Baox clones may have died. So far the plants looking the best are the Cherry, Blackberry (one of them) and the baby NYC Diesel. I'm pretty sure my soil is just way too hot. I tried flushing it through, but that just seemed to lead to general overwatering issues. I'm planning on transplanting to larger pots with more neutral soil this weekend and hope that will help straighten things out.
