Growth is super, despite having splitting and getting a break where I topped due to something falling on the plant. I quickly patched her up with some electrical tape and a cable tie and she recovered within a day! Super resilient plant. She's starting to smell and putting out a few pistils already at the end of week 1 flower!

Day 42 / Week 6 Flower begins today - 22/12/2021. EC - EC has been a little high, rising to as high as 1.9 overnight after approx 16hrs since last feed. Inflow is 1.3 and will probably remain there or even be backed off slightly to 1.2 until the plants show they require more as if it keeps rising I will have to lower the EC slightly. I believe it is the Ultimate PK sending the EC higher as that is the only thing that has changed. Still giving less than half of what mills suggest and the girls don’t seem to mind, if anything they are getting slightly overfed as above suggests. Multifeeding - I am currently feeding every 4 hours, 2 hours after lights on and 2 hours before lights off for a total for 3 x per day, 2l per plant per feed. Always with 20% or greater runoff. Defoliation - I am still only removing about 7-10 leaves per plant every 4 or 5 days if they are beginning to cover or shade bud sites below. If they are not causing issues, I won’t remove them as I don’t want to cause any unnecessary stress at this stage. “LST” - The string is still attached from the “LST”, it does not seem to be affecting the plant and is keeping centre of the plants exposed pretty well so I’m trying to just keep the string on. As the weeks go on, if the branches require support instead of tying down, I will tie them up the frame of the tent probably. Both girls buds are beginning to fatten up, especially along the main branches are becoming more developed and more colours are coming on MOP 2 which is the more purple and prettier of the two phenos (for now). Even the lower stuff on both girls is a lot larger than the last time so I’m happy already as I’d imagine the tops will be even larger and there is still approx 3 weeks / 21 days remaining. Can’t wait to see how much more these progress in the coming weeks. 🙏🏻🤙🏻💚

day 9 for a few days I have seen Dr. Thunder have N issues. I put about 4-5 cups of old discarded coffee grounds that has been saved for 5-6 months, into my 5 gal water bucket, along with air stones etc. My water ph has been significantly low (6ph)from around day 7 to 11(writing this day 12). day 12 video, water is back to 7. Been giving Dr. Thunder Bloodmeal now into watering. I personally would like a darker green. All females showing 4/4.

Week 6/7? Effortless grow. Got the plants alternating on ACInfinity Self watering pots. These things are the best. Saving my butt when I'm unsure when to water, plants only take in what they need when they need it. Will be flipping to flower next week. Waiting on the rest of the 4x4 to fill out. Going to top dress 50/50 of gaia green all purpose and the power bloom before the 12/12 switch. Also plan to defoliate a bit as well. Taking some snips in the event we find a fast flowering finisher or something extra piffy from the Holy Communion pack.

🌿 Week 7 Veg Report: Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco 🌿 Hello, Grow Fam! We’re now into Week 7 of this exciting adventure with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco ladies, and what a week it’s been! The theme for this week? Patience and appreciation. These girls continue to grow at their own pace, each one showcasing their unique traits and incredible beauty. Week Recap: Slow and Steady Wins the Race The girls are still on the slower side in terms of growth, but that’s part of their charm. Each leaf is a masterpiece, more intricate and stunning than the last. Their prayer posture remains consistent—a true testament to their health and contentment in their environment. They may be taking their time, but their vitality and uniqueness shine through every step of the way. Environmental Conditions: Keeping Things Balanced This week has been about maintaining a steady environment despite the natural slowdown in growth due to cooler temperatures. • Temps: Daytime 18–20°C, nighttime 14–16°C. It’s a bit chillier than usual, but these resilient ladies are adapting beautifully. • Humidity: Stable at 65%, ensuring the girls remain hydrated and comfortable. • Airflow: Gentle but constant to keep the space fresh and prevent any stagnant air pockets. Feeding Program: Aptus Holland Perfection Feeding remains consistent, and the girls are loving the organic-mineral lineup from Aptus Holland. Here’s what’s in their mix this week: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L – To strengthen cell walls and increase stress resistance. • CalMag Boost: 0.25 ml/L – For robust development and prevention of deficiencies. • StartBooster: 0.25 ml/L – Enhances early vegetative growth and root systems. The switch to All-in-One Pellets last week has eliminated the need for liquid All-in-One, and the girls seem to be thriving with this natural, slow-release food source. Watering: A Gnat-Free Approach This week, I continued with bottom watering. Filling the trays and letting the soil absorb the water has been a game-changer—not just for healthy root development but also as a part of the war against gnats. Paired with yellow sticky traps, this strategy has kept pests in check while ensuring the roots get all the hydration they need. Growth Observations: Slow but Stunning • Structure: The slow growth might test patience, but the payoff is worth it. The compact, vibrant structure of each plant is breathtaking. • Leaves: Dark green, uniquely shaped, and full of character. Each girl is like an artist’s brushstroke—no two alike. • Praying Posture: Their leaves reach for the skies like they’re soaking up every ounce of light. Still no cloning or flipping to 12/12 yet, as I want them to grow a bit more before making any big moves. Next week, I’ll decide whether to flip them for a brief period to determine sex or wait until cloning is feasible. Photography Spotlight: Capturing the Details This week, I took some time to immortalize their beauty with my Sony A6000 and Nikon DSLR cameras. The intricate details of their leaves, captured through different lenses, reveal their individuality. 📸 Photography Tip: • Cameras like my Sony and Nikon bring out fine details you’d never see with a phone camera. The larger sensors, interchangeable lenses, and manual controls allow for stunning clarity and depth. • Macro lenses, in particular, are fantastic for close-ups, like capturing water droplets or vein details in leaves. The difference between these and even the best phone cameras (like the latest iPhone) is night and day when it comes to quality and creative control. Looking Ahead: What’s Next? As we move into Week 8, I’m hoping for an uptick in growth speed, but I’m perfectly content to let these beauties take their time. The journey is just as rewarding as the destination, and these girls are proof of that. Shout Outs & Gratitude A massive thank you to: • Terpyz Genetics for these exceptional mutant seeds. • Aptus Holland for their top-tier nutrient lineup. • Future of Grow (FOG) for lighting that keeps these ladies praying. • Pro-Mix Soil for providing the perfect growing medium. • TrolMaster for environmental controls that make my life so much easier. • Grow Diaries for the platform to share this incredible journey. • And, of course, all of YOU—followers, supporters, and even the haters—for being part of this adventure. Your feedback, encouragement, and interaction mean the world to me. 🌟 If you’re curious about the journey, feel free to check out my Instagram and YouTube for behind-the-scenes content, photos, and more! 🌿 Lava Cake – Week 4 VEG | Queen Energy & Full Ecosystem Build 🌿 Both Lava Cake phenos are thriving post-transplant—zero signs of stress, branching vigorously, and growing like there’s no tomorrow, they’re glowing like true queens under the summer sun. 👑 ⸻ 🌱 Growth Highlights • Structure: Lateral branches coming in fast and healthy • Leaves: Deep green, thick, full of life—new sets coming in strong • Resilience: No transplant shock observed; they’re in full takeoff mode • Training: Not started yet, but their shape is ideal for light training soon ⸻ 💧 Nutrient Profile Current feeding recipe (per liter of water): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml Supports nutrient flow, strengthens cell walls, anti-stress defense. • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml Helping frame formation and boosting photosynthetic power. • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml Serving as the balanced nutrient base. • Aptus Start Booster – 0.2 ml Still enhancing root expansion and early leaf vigor. We’re still watering from below, by filling the tray and letting the substrate absorb from the bottom up, encouraging strong root systems and oxygen-rich zones in the upper soil. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Overview • Room Temp: 27°C • Humidity: 57.4% • CO₂: 632 ppm • Water Temp: 18.5°C • pH: 5.83 • EC: 1.01 Everything monitored in real time via the TrolMaster Ecosystem, providing precision control and remote access, yes, even while we’re in the bathroom. 😉 ⸻ 💡 Lights & Zones We’ve now expanded our setup into the 8x8 tent, and the Lava Cakes are sharing space with their sisters across two dedicated zones: • Future of Grow – Black Series 600: Full-spectrum power delivering compact, colorful growth. • ThinkGrow Model Ones: Smart spectrum and PPFD control, perfectly synced with the TrolMaster system. Both lighting zones are tuned for veg—intensity dialed in, and spectrum tuned for lush photosynthesis. ⸻ 🌬️ Airflow & Filtration • Exhaust: Two 6” inline fans with carbon filters for odor and purity • TrolMaster Aerofan 6” (controlled by Tent-X controller) • Spider Farmer 6” Inline (controlled by GGS Controller) • Intake: One 6” active intake with filter This full cycle keeps airflow fresh, clean, and optimized, essential for plant metabolism and VPD balance. 💡 Why carbon filters even now? Because purity matters. Even in early veg, it keeps the air crisp and microbial risks low. Plus, stealth mode always on. 🔇 ⸻ 📈 Sensors in Action We’re dialing in with: • CO₂ sensor (live ppm tracking) • Humidity/Temp sensor • PPFD sensor for light mapping and consistency These tools allow us to optimize every square meter of canopy, ensuring no girl is left behind. ⸻ 🌿 Looking Ahead • Light training coming soon • Roots will now fully colonize the 11L Amnesia fabric pots • Expect explosive top and side growth • Canopy management will begin as needed • More studio photo sessions—before the girls outgrow the door! 📸 ⸻ 🧠 Final Notes This is a very special run. The Lava Cakes are being treated like royalty—from tailored nutrients to cutting-edge control systems. The goal: maximum quality, transparency, and education every step of the way. We’re not just growing plants, we’re growing understanding, one leaf at a time. Thank you so much for following our journey. So this plant is the slowest growing of all my plants. It's received all the same feedings and nuets my other plants have, but just refuses to actually grow. lol It's bushed out and kind of quit growing. I'm going to keep it around and hope it snaps out of it, I'm not in a huge rush anyways. It got a feeding of liquid seaweed, black strap molasses, and some URB in R/O water this past week. Just kind of plan to keep it off to the side and let it do it's thing.

SOOOOO sorry guys!! I’ve been slacking on this diary ive been doing so much work on the new grow room and been pretty busy with this beautiful harvest I just chopped 😍 Buttt The WET BETTIES have been doing amazing you can totally tell the difference in the pheno’s 2 of the girls are growing super tall and lengthy while the other 4 are staying short and bushy! About 2 and a half weeks ago I topped them and kept doing so until I had about 16 top sights I’ve been letting them grow after that so those tops can turn to colas ! This is the last week or so of Veg for these girls before turning to flower and getting to see those beautiful buds from this exotic strain! I’ll be moving them into 5 gallon fabric pots this weekend so they have all the room they need to stretch out their little roots. I’m super excited and can’t wait to show you guys the next batch of seeds we’re growing!! #GarciasGarden @exoticgenetix P.S. I know you guys see some of the leaves on one of the phenos are light around the edges and dark in the middle .thankfully was able to fix the deficiency and get her healthy as a horse 🌹

Weekly update on these wonderful girls. They've progressed beautifully, especially considering the day time temps have been in the mid 90's. Not seeing any signs of deficiencies and spraying once a week of either Athena's IPM and stack or PureCrop1 for pest management. So far since being transplanted they've only been fed well water. I'll probably start some Grow A & B nutes and calmag this week. All in all Happy Growing.

5/28 It poured yesterday so i dodnt bring the girls outside. Seedlings are transplanted into gallon pots. Once the fill that they'll go in final homes. I brought the plants out on this overcast day to harden them off. They're under the cover of the barn though placed by the open door. I've been putting in some work. Once this rain stops I have a couple things to do on the cage then I'll put the bags in the spots I have mapped out and mix my soil and fill the bags. The next day I typically transplant and add the first layer of supports. I have more pictures but not enough time to download them. 5/29 wow this site sucks. I have already done and saved this shit but its not here. Good thing I copy and pasted from grow with Jane. Only thing that sucks is I can't upload videos. It's not working here anyway so.... Watered and used about 3 gaterade bottles total. I may have messed up and watered the event horizon to much. They seem to be getting rootbound. Plants are doing well though with the transition. They are still hardening off. Tomorrow I plan to position and fill the bags with soil and if able I'll transplant them in the next few days. I want to make sure they're hardened off. Low tonight is 49 but it's 50s after that so I should be good. I'm hoping this video will load. Very stressful to do this shit over and over. 5/30 Plants have spent all day in tje Cafe and are coming in for the night. I finished mixing soil and filling the grow bags. They are ready for transplant. Weather is looking good so if plants respond well to this mild weather they will be transplanted with first set of supports added either tomm or the next day. Depends on plants response today (so far they're doing great) on whether I transplant tomorrow or the day after. I am sore as hell. Pictures are having trouble uploading and I'm not even gonna try to upload the video I took. 5/31 Plants have been taking a few days of full sun and they're doing fine. I'm planning on transplanting this afternoon. I had to water today. I weighed the pots and some were in tje 1200's grams which is dry. I'll update as I work. I have some errands to run then I'm putting the girls in their final homes. EDIT: WIND WAS RIDICULOUS! I TRANSPLANTED 3 OF THE HEALTJY GMO'S. WHEN I GOT BACK PLANTS WERE RIGHT SIDEWAYS FROM THE WIND. I WENT WITH INTUITION AND TRANSPLANTED 3 GMO'S. OTHER BAGS ARE READY. THE REST OF THE PLANTS WILL GO OUT TOMORROW MORNING. THE SMALL SUPPORTS I HAD DIDNT DO SHIT. I HAD TO ADD TOMATO CAGES AND TOE THE STALK TO THE TOMATO CAGE. SUCKS I COULDNT GET THEM ALL IN BUT BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. TRANSPLANTS WENT REAL SMOOTH. KNOCK ON WOOD. I TJ8NK THE OTHERS WILL TOO. THEY'RE READY FOR A NEW 6/1 Finished transplanting everything. Easiest transplant I've had so far. 4 gmo 1 toasted toffy 1 sherb pie and 2 event horizon. Everything is in 20 gal smart pots. One gmo is in a 30 gal smart pot. The medium is 1/3 of each roots organic 707, fox farm happy frog and fox farm ocean forest. Used mykos when transplanting. Wind gusts were coming from everywhere direction so I couldn't put a tarp up to block it. I bought "grow cages" which are kind of like tomato cages. The wind is so strong it blows the plants right against the cage. Oh well. I hope it works out. I'll check on them a little later and see how they're doing. 6/2 It was 45 degrees this morning. Nice out now. Plants are doing good. A couple gmos are drooping but it was cold. One gmo looked as good as ever! Sherb pie and toasted toffy are totally unaffected. In this new area plants get a lot of direct sun. Slight tacking on the gmos in the front. The event horizons really needed that transplant. Grow cages seem to be working out well. 6/3 I Watered the garden this morning as its been 75-80 out. I only used a gallon of water for the 8 clones. I'm not sure if I watered enough when I transplanted or not. Some plants have some burns from the intense direct sunlight. Plants could've used a bit more hardening but they'll be fine. A few of them seem great and have no real signs of stress dispute 25mph wind gusts and 15 mph constant wind and this hot sun. I should go check on my plants again this evening but I figure they'll be alright until morning. I've had an incredibly busy day and they were fine at noontime. I'm going to consult my other diaries and see what I did watering volume wise. I've for some videos but they take FOREVER to upload. EDIT: Looked at last year's diary and it was rainy as fuck and I took way more time hardening the plants. I've had more going on in life which has effected that. Went over at 3pm and gave the plants 3 more gallons of water. Bags were light and soil was dry af. Granted I added soil after it settled but still. I watered one gallon this morning so I figured 3 more gallons would make it a half gallon a plant. Planning to increase to a gallon each if they do OK. Its supposed to thunder storm tomorrow so hipfully we will get some rain. I removed one leaf that was bleached but there are a few others. The weather is beautiful but we've gotten zero rain. In hindsight perhaps I should've given the plants an extra gallon at least.
