Leaf scaring getting worse but seems to have stopped progressing. Buds look amazing and can't complain about tricome production.

So This week was the same as the last really, It seems all I have to do is sit back and watch these ladies do their thing! Ive not gone full on with the bloom supplements or PK yet as only 2/5 of the GG are seriously flowering. The other 3/5 GG are now Finally showing some signs of flower and some tops are starting to build and lowers producing more pistils each day! The Stardawgs continue to explode, even some friends who were sceptical about the performance of the Quantum board LED's have been flow away by the results. All of the buds seem to be building dramatically top to bottom which no shortage of frost! Macro shots on the way!!

The beautiful girl has started growing right now. I haven't fertilized her yet. I've done some topping and removed the small leaves, She's feeling great 💚

She actually grew ANOTHER 31cm this week! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola will be above the lights in a couple of days 😂 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 She is also looking quite bushy, I'm guessing this is a result of the earlier FIMing/topping on multiple sites. This may also have lengthened her veg time, but that's ok. I like to grow monsters 😁 😜 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... I wouldn't make it any other way :) If even ONE of you reading this diary finds it helpful to reference for ANYTHING.....even if its "what not to do" ill consider it a success ! This week the alpha plant needed some training but boy did she stretch! I had to defoliate them both but a lot less on the omega plant she's been such a pleasure to watch grow because, up until now I haven't done anything but give her water sunlight and nutrients.

Day 14, some supercropping Day 15 .. it’s under control 😂🤣 Day 19 lights almost maxed to tent height unless I zip tie led to the top ceiling frame, last bit of monster cropping. Lost 2 top nugs to physical led burn but it’s ok. Everything is fine. Still going very hard on soluble N, and Pk along with b+, fishsh!t, microbial mass, humic acid. Carbs every day with organic booster

She is a beautiful short plant bushy, buds are sticky and showing that purple color very vibrantly with that white layer of crystals. The buds are very dense and solid with some swelling left to do. This is possibly her last feed before flush however she has been hungry and continues to take the nutrients.

9/1 Update: Welcome back to my garden! Thanks for following me on this 16 strain photoperiod SOG grow adventure! If you're just joining us. We have 18 photoperiod seedlings in the tent. 16 of them will go into 12"X12" square pots in a 4x4 sea of green. I plan to top once just above the third node. I will also allow the 2 shoots from the second node to grow with the top two to form 4 main colas. The Gorilla x Cookies sprouted 8/26! STILL nothing from Jenny Kush. Weak-sauce! The garden is happy and healthy! I am going to transplant this upcoming weekend into 6" x 6" square pots so they have room to stretch their legs and build a nice foundation before going into bloom. With Jenny seemingly out if the running, we have 17 seedlings and 2 of them are regular seeds. Hopefully at least one of the two will be female. I am going to say both will be little ladies! If we have an extra female she will veg a bit longer to go on the other side of the 4'x8' bloom tent. That's all I have to report today! Thanks for stopping by my garden! ALOT HAPPENED THAT WAS NOT PHOTOGRAPHED. I was in a wreck in November that totaled my vehicle and injured me. In January I took on a new business endeavor whilst working full time 60+. Between the two I let the plant die from dehydration. I walked in one day she was browned all over. Not a green leaf in sight. Wilted beyond belief. She looked to the untrained disbelieving eye dead. I cut the lights down to 20% & kept a vigilant eye in her watering her as she needed. It took 3 weeks of this before a single sprig of green shot forth from this battered plant. Only half of the entire plant came back to life the other half eventually got trimmed back to encourage new lateral shoots . . That was the idea. . Although nothing EVER grew on one entire half of the plant. So I regrew out the plant by babying . This is indeed the exact same plant however everything you see is brand new. The plant has been being trained to grow over in the directions of the areas that Cellie’s cellular vascular system was permanently damaged as a result of my non existent watering schedule. Shes looking full these days but I can’t help but bite my finger at the lovely and healthy growth pattern I squandered and took for granted. I firmly believe if I didn’t have to spend the better part of 2 months on what I called “Recovery” after losing AN ENTIRE HALF OF MY PLANT to bring this plant back to 1. Life & 2. Vigor that she’d have filled out the 5x5 . I’m going to do a heavy defoliation to expose growth sites. I of course wanna fill out as much of this tent as possible as soon as possible to see if we can push the quantity boundaries of harvest. Sorry for the inconsistency I’m going to do my best to see this through

and another week in flowering stage now very visible in flowering stage. all nutrients are in ger section if not other mentioned all by manufactures instructions.

The trichomes towards the end of this week had started to go slightly cloudy so I decided not to feed and to start the flushing process instead. I flushed the medium with a couple of litres of water per plant until I got a good amount of run off. I think I may have not back off the nuets enough on the few last feeds as the majority of the leafs on all 4 plants are still quiet dark green in colour with no yellowing. I did a good amount of defoliation at the start of week to try and get as much light to the lower areas as possible. The buds are still developing ok I think they feel dense, they won’t be massive buds but I am hopeful for a decent yield overall. The smell is strong but the carbon filter is working great. Happy growing so far 🤞🏻

some kind of mushrooms growing makes me happy knowing the microbial life down there is flourishing, still no visible slowing down in stacking and frost production.

In week 8 iv come to the sad realization that nearly all of the plants are at different stages of development. Dispite all the seeds being germinated at the same time. So iv had to take them off the wilma systems and am feeding them manually and there all on different diets. Which is an absolute headache especially as there is 16 plants to tend too. I think iv bit off abit more than I can chew for my first grow I maybe should have started with a couple of plants. I think the large wilma setups are designed for clones really so you know they are all going to progress and eat the same amount at once. It's not for autos . There all looking healthy though:)

Fed nutes at 6.3 pH. Runoff was close to 7 pH. Other than that they look like they're doing well. Very sticky and very fragrant. The leaves of the CBD Blue Shark are a nice dark shiny green. The Wedding Cake is lighter. The profiles of both are starting to come out in the flowers. The CBD Blue Shark has these long, dramatic white pistils. The Wedding Cake is starting to show its creamy colouration with red hairs mixing in with the white and looking very delicious. The smell is incredible in there now. Fruity and creamy and delicious.
