This was an easy and productive run. The 2 plants grew up in an overcrowded environment, and as a result, they did stretch a lot. Nodes were spaced but this wasn't a real issue since they both produced a decent weight. Fun/Strange fact: the TOPped one produced 77 grams and the FIMmed one produced 84 grams, very close results with two different methods. I took a clone of the FIMmed one, and it's already 50cm tall, almost ready to flower. The buds are compact and solid as a rock, the earthy taste is hard to describe but 100% unique and yummy. I'm totally in love with this strain!

1 plant, the smallest and bushiest is just showing gender, so it's about 1 week behind the others. 1 plant is in between and showed gender about 3/4 days ago. The rest is more or less in the same stage, about 1 week ahead. So what I am probably going to do is harvest the latest plant a bit early, to avoid cutting the others too late, since I must chop them all the same day, due to smell and drying possibilities. Ec is now at 1.3 and everything looks OK. Just 2 plants seem to have a small problem with nutrition (due to ec change and the stage they are in) and/or moisture, since I watered them a bit too much the last days. Their leaves partly have a green which looks a bit too light. But I will check and see wether they will stick to the nutrition, or if I should change again, but intuition says, they will adapt as they get into blooming. I also removed more leaves and I think now I am done doing so, maybe just a bit here and there the next few days. Now I obviously get more and more excited to see them budding....... If one would ask right now I would say....... The small and bushy pheno is not really worth growing indoors, but maybe it will teach me different. Update day34 I am worried about the big plant, because she seems to have a deficiency. Really crazy, thinking how much they get fed....... I bought algamic and cal/mag, hoping this will do good, because it's too long to go to just ignore it. I used it yesterday and it will see. If this won't help I may have to think about giving her even more nutrients, which to me would be kind of crazy, since ec is at about 1.4.

The buds are forming! Changed to a nicer light recently, light is great, although my mars hydro 600w did me justice. This new one I got of amazon for under $100 is 1000 watt led and crushing it. It has increased temps significantly which is a bit tough for me to control given my tent is in a closet. Also it is starting to getting less humid outside, so I reduced airflow in the tent to keep the humidity at 50. I have a small humidifier coming soon (oddly a Corporate work gift lol).

I am happy to announce a new beginning! Ladies still drink a lot of water, 3,4 L every 48 hours. Main cola flowers are getting big, side colas less but still 2 weeks to go so hopefully they will continue. The lady in the front, plant and buds have another aspect then the other 2. All of them are cherry cola. Also had some issues with her during veg phase and she began flowering earlier.

Dropped RQS Diesel Automatic this week, she has not sprouted out of the soil yet, but its only been 4 days. I expect her to pop in the next 24-48 hours. I'll add new pics once she sprouts. Planning a slightly different strategy with this girl. no HST, only LST, and FIM'ing instead of topping. Looking forward to watching what happens. She is front-center in the group pics. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. By the way, I never had any germination problems with seeds from other breeders. (I don’t want to bad mouth any breeders, but the seeds that didn’t germinate came from a popular breeder/advertiser that is most commonly known by 4 letters). Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge and Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I also rotate each plant 90 degrees every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans here are to do LST bending only, no HST this time. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. I will also be doing some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Welcome to week 8 day 44 I built a grow table so I can make all my nutrients Solutions and store all my seeds right in the grow room. the girls are doing very well and i love my new grow table

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.
