Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine for one more week then I'll flush for a week before cutting her down. The 2 Blackberry's I cut down last week were kind of scrawny, but I did smoke one of the main cola buds and it was tastier than I expected, very fruity. It also got me HIGH AF!! I'm looking forward to how this last one finishes up. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. You do not need to alternate between metal halides (for growth) and sodiums (for flowering). That is an oversimplification of the plant's light requirements. You may do this if you like--it certainly won't hurt--but I firmly believe that the gains are just not great enough to justify the cost of the extra MH lamp.” -Read Spear

Day 22 - Everything is going well so far. I redid the LST today and got about 6 nodes to the light. She is growing fast and quite healthy so I'm happy👍☮️. Day 25 - She has made a full recovery from the nitrogen deficiency! I'm now giving her a little bit of Top-Max to help stimulate the flower phase 🌸. Day 28 - Everything is moving alone nicely! I tied her branches down again today. She responds very well to LST. Her leaves are nice big indica leaves and are a perfect green color.

Buds are gaining more mass every day. She seems to have around 7-10 days to finish. Slowly loosing colors and transitioning to Autumn colors.

Taking a little longer than expected got other girls in the tent anyway so it's no problem waiting as long as they need the white widow is a few days behind the grape ape and it's mad how much a fee days difference

395g from 2 autoflowers and boy is it the FUNK. My house smells like the strongest OG kush imaginable from p2 and p1 is already starting to get extremely citrus smelling in its jars. Great job mephisto.

At cruising altitude now. Moved the nutrients to full bloom mix and just keeping the PH even. Defoliated only a bit to keep as many buds exposed to direct light as I can. Around mid-week everyone’s crystals showed up to finally catch up to Pinex1. Pinex 1 is much further in bud development and I can tell she is going to be a fat one. Pinex 2 is a vigorous grower. I happened to take 2 clones from her and both are rooted and happy. She had the fattest stems and I can never seem to give her enough nutrients. Her leaves are a lighter green and clearly want the light. I’m interested to see if I want to make another grow from the clones or not. Pineapple Skunk is a very attractive plant. The leaves are dark green and the buds are bright white. Now that the crystals are coming in there is even more white and they just look awesome. The buds are starting to fill in more. I hope they get really fat by the end of flower but hard to imagine anything catching up to Pinex1.

it's been a very good week 💚 I feel a little bad for this plant cause it's getting a little squished by the other two but I'm ddfinetly not complaining😅🌱. started giving 5l of water per plant every 5 days. runoff shows that they are not over or under fed :) and pH is about 6.3. very very very happy with this grow 💚 Barney's farm amazing as always

The grow was fairly straightforward and no complications. Veg was fast amd stalks were the thickest to date, I was impressed. Flower was a beautiful show, colors were dark and pretty, got to love that. Buds frosted up immensely amd after the trim still looked frosty. Smell was also a beautiful fragrance, the nose does not work so good amd to be honest mybe its me too. Cant really say amd don't want to make shit up. I will leave this up to a friend and will update later with the smoke report. I have to say this was a great and very satisfying grow. I'm not really sure if I am getting better or ot is the strain. I did change a bunch of things up. I topped at the fourth node this time, probably should have did some more topping too. Will work on that on later grows. During flower I did not let the pots get too dry, maybe 40 or 50%. I also started using a smaller area and now in a tent. Temperatures were also a bit higher, I think the Silicate helped the plan throught this. Flower I had low humidity, consistantly around 38%. Started using a PH pen part way through, just after flower started. This also seemed to help and being it was accurate. I PH'd runoff, never had to make much adjustments thought. Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of the second week since the beginning of the vegetation. In a week, it grew 6 cm and began to form places where flowers will begin to appear. Sometimes it's surprising how quickly plants develop and grow if they have good conditions. Since it's the middle of summer, the temperatures are still high, but for now I don't see that it doesn't suit them. Sometimes it is over 31 degrees in the grow box. I make sure that the soil does not dry out, so I increased the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertiliser and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 14, I increased the power of the led lights to 60%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 04/08/2024 - Day 11. Watering. I prepared 6 liters of water, added the previously mentioned nutrients and with that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 07/08/2024 - Day 14. After taking the photos, I watered all three plants on the farm in the same way as three days earlier. Purple Lemonade - Day 14. - 13 cm That's all from me for this week, see you soon.
