22.06.25 VW10 Did a good LST session,made some pics, and came to some conclusions and a small change of plans:
Originally planned for 8 mains — long, spaced colas and maybe a couple stronger “titans” if she wanted to go that way.
But she’s showing me something else, and I’m not here to fight her — just guide her.
Now after stretch, I’m keeping side shoots only if they: Fill real canopy gaps
Don’t crowd neighboring tops (minimum 15cm spacing)
Aren’t growing into walls or toward the next plant
Anything too close, too low, or heading into shade gets removed. No point forcing it.
Looks like I’ll finish with 14–16 solid tops, depending on how she settles.
I’m just trying to give each one enough light and space to stack properly.
No overcrowding, no larf — just letting her do her thing with a bit of structure.
Increased Tri Part Micro to 50ml as well.

Today starts week 4, and the first day of flowering!! The day has finally arrived, and my large (flowering) tent is packed! With these 4 additions, there are now 6 plants all together.
I defoliated the living daylights out of all four of my ladies today. I also cut off all the lower, small growths as well as the large bottom 2 branches to provide clearance near their bases. At this point I’m more interested in the ease of growing instead of volume at harvest. Their mother is big enough to give me a pretty good yield. The 4 of them will still be large enough.
I measured each one as well today, and their sizes are as follows:
#1 & #4 are both 21 inches tall. #2 is 22 inches tall, and #3 is 20 inches tall. They are all approximately 28 inches below the light at 100% power.
I fed each plant half a gallon of water today mixed with the early bloom step 1 level nutrients. I mixed 2 separate gallons containing the following:
CALiMAGic - 2 ml
FloraMicro - 5.7 ml
FloraGro - 6.6 ml
FloraBloom - 6.6 ml
Floralicious Plus - 1 ml
The pH was 6.2 in each of the two gallons and was not adjusted.
Runoff was sufficient for each plant, and the pH was as follows:
#’s 1 & 4 were both 5.8.
#2 was 6.2, and #3 was 5.7.
The tent temperature was 81F, and humidity was 66%.
Today has been a long day, and I’m tired! Happy growing everyone!

Stella’s Cuatro are all doing well. They all seem to have recuperated from their massive defoliation on the 18th. Right now they all seem to be naked since they haven’t started to develop any bud nodes yet, but I’m sure they’ll be beautiful eventually.
Today I mixed 2 more gallons of solution to feed each plant half a gallon of water with the early bloom nutrients. The nutrients are the same as the other day, so I’m not going to repeat them here.
Both gallons had an initial pH of 6.3, and we’re not adjusted.
Each plant had plenty of runoff as well. The runoff pH was as follows:
#1, 3, & 4 were all 5.8.
#2 was 6.1.
The tent was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%.
Not much else to say, except, happy growing everyone!

The stretch is on in full force with Stella’s Cuatro! Just since 6/18/22, only 5 days, #1 green 5.5 inches, and is now 26.5 inches tall. #2 grew 8 inches, and is now 30 inches tall. #3 grew 4 inches, and #4 grew 3 inches, and now they are both 24 inches tall.
I’m hoping that the stretch stops soon and that they don’t choke off the space I have left in the tent.
I mixed 2 more gallons of water with the early bloom nutrients. Each plant received 1/2 gallon, or 8 cups of the following:
CALiMAGic - 2 ml
FloraMicro - 5.7 ml
FloraGro - 6.6 ml
FloraBloom - 6.6 ml
Floralicious Plus - 2 ml
Liquid KoolBloom - 1 ml
The pH for both gallons was an equal 6.4. Each plant had sufficient runoff with pH’s as follows:
#1 & #4 were 5.9.
#2 was 6.2, and #3 was 5.8.
The tent temperature was 85.1F, with humidity at 51%.
Stella’s first 4 daughters are doing well, but I’ll be glad when they stop growing, and start producing some pistils, and bud.

She is 13 weeks old now and no where near being in flower stage.
I wonder how long it will take for her to flower

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great.
I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built.
Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day.

Since this was a first grow, I treated mostly as a learning experience. I had one other plant of the same strain two weeks behind this one. I was happy with the bud structure, nice and dense and they trimmed up nice. I never did get any plant aromas while it was growing. I'm posting this after I've dried and cured both plants. I didn't dry this one properly and the hay smell ended up pretty strong during dry and didn't go away enough during cure. So end result was pretty nugs that smelled a bit of hay and wasn't potent at all. My fault, I don't blame the genetics. I realize now I was underwatering and that better equipment equals better results.

End of week 4 and all is going well, had a slight calcium issue on a couple of leaves, but it was corrected and all is good again. This girl is responding well to the nutes, but my run-off is getting a little high, that should change when I cut out the Flora Micro and just feed calmag, Dnectar and KoolBoom for the next couple of weeks. Any comments or suggestions? Wish me luck.... just a few weeks to harvest now.

We plan to pre-flowering in next week. In this week we are stop topping in these girl. And make
160 cola per 1 plant and training with maintenance cut for Top bud every cola.
We use compost tea and craft organic fertilizer to take nutrient to soil and plant can use it for flowering stage.

Left tent is a week ahead. Fair amount of stretching this week.
This time I’m paying close attention to keep flower sites high up. My experiment with bottom lighting did not went so great. I had a record yield but the quality was really bad in about 30-35% of flowers. Weak density.
I’m definitely going to try again from the beginning but not this time.
I have to pay attention to not let any plant get to big of a dryback in veg. It really influences the later stretching and make the plant too compact in sensitive cultivars.

Excellent strain this black cherry punch by Pyramid, super sweet and fruity strain, very nice smell, powerful effect, very good for relaxing and sleeping at night after a nice dinner. High quality strain, my all 5 plants of black cherry punch smell exactly the same I'm glad I've grown this strain this year 🍒👊💯💎🇺🇲

APRIL 18TH 2024 - The 3rd batch of clones was taken yesterday and mother plants stripped back aggressively now that focus will be going toward the beds and clones. The generation 2 mom's are going to be vegged up and ready to produce our second harvest's set of clones. We have taken 3 batches of clones kept them in half gallon bags in each of the beds so we can pick the absolute best of each to transplant into the beds & proceed into the grow with. Next update will be of each individual diary! We got @Seedsman Purple Ghost Candy in this cycle by splitting the Exotic Animal bed half Purple Ghost Candy !
On the Kitty cat front, Barns finally got the courage to approach us over a few days, Maybe a week. We where finally able to pick her up and bring her inside, She has been a happy new member of the family ever since, Making that another successful rescue animal adopted from outside.

Things are really starting to look good. This plant has really stretched a lot for an Indica dominant plant.
The frost is starting to come on now. The tent smells quite nice when I first open it now.
Cooler internals are:

Can’t wait to see how she fills out over the course of the next week.

Welcome to week 8 🌱✨
The Girl Scout Cookies ladies are doing good so far. I did some more defoliation and lollipopping. I guess the stretch will be done soon. Unfortunately Salem and Morgana are still standing tall in the back. I still have no idea how to get those main stems out of the hotspot.
Edit: I installed an automatic watering system today. Indicidual treatment for every lady. Let’s see how they’ll like it. 🧙♂️
