It seems like she needed to be closer to the light so I moved her a closer. She is growing very tall and fast. I water her once every two days or when I see the soil is dry. :)

This week was busy.. feeding, training, defoliation, trying to figure out how I was going to handle the branches now that they're outside of the bag. This is what happens when you wing it. Worked out well though!

Testing for Connoisseur genetics Outback haze #1 7th March 2022 Welcome to week 23 😀 Both of these ladies are looking fantastic as they progress into the blooming stage 💪 Absolute monster on the left is my favourite of the two but the other isn't too bad either . Neither have needed any feeds with the soil providing plenty of nutrition at this stage. 100% sativa's or in this case haze are fairly low maintenence when it comes to feeding . chuck in some manure or something ( I am using guano ) and they will happily grow along nicely . Did you know that Connoisseur genetics are looking for new testers for their newest strains?? to be considered you just need to have had a few diaries with harvests Thanks once again for stopping by 👍 *****Major Update 10th March ***** Plant two developed ball sacks along with her pistils so unfortunately I had to pull her out and destroy the plant. I know some people might think I could have tried removing the sacs and giving the plant a chance . But I am trying to make myself some F1 hybrids and do not want any Hermies anywhere near my females . Now because this strain has Thai genetics there is always that chance they throw "nanners" but usually later in flower so for this one to show itself right on the start of flowering is enough for me to pull it , burn it with fire . Or in this case I'm gonna let the sun solarise it and then it'll be mulched with other plant materials from my garden.

Our Lavender is a recent creation by Seeds Mafia that we are cultivating with love and is starting to get serious. autoflowering like this. She is very well and very fit. We started with growth fertilizers that we give in small doses together with the rooting agent throughout the vegetative phase. Another thank you to RQS for providing the genetics. She was a fun plant to grow, and watch her cola's forever get bigger and bigger! Thanks to all that follow, like and comment. I'm extremely grateful for everyone's input 👊✌️🤙 Once she was down, her fan leaves were cut off and each branch was hung in the drying box and left to dry for 8 days. It was left in a cool dark place to slow drying time. Once the outer leaves were dry her buds were given a close trim and jarred for curing. I put a 62% Integra Boost pack inside each jar to ensure the humidity is stable during curing, although it's not crucial. The jar is burped once a day for a few days and then left approx a week inbetween the next couple of openings. After 3 weeks or so, you don't have to worry about burping if you wish to store for a while, or you can tuck right in like I do! Because I have 4 seperate quarters for other plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 sections in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. If you multiply by 4, it gives you the average amount for a full tent worth. Happy growing! 🦊

eek 1 Flower – Light Shift, Energy Shift: The Sundae Driver Flip Begins The light has changed. The rhythm has changed. And so begins the next phase of our journey with these two beautiful Sundae Driver phenos—F2 and F3, strong, structured, and ready for the path ahead. Light Flip: 11/13 Schedule This week marks the official light flip, we’ve moved from 18/6 to 11 hours ON, 13 hours OFF. This is more than a timer tweak, it’s an intentional signal to the plants. It tells them: “It’s time to shift your energy. It’s time to bloom.” Why 11/13 and not the classic 12/12? From past experience, this slightly reduced light period tends to: • Encourage faster onset of flowering • Mimic natural seasonal changes more closely • Push plants gently but clearly into the bloom phase • Slightly reduce internodal stretching, depending on strain It’s a subtle technique for growers who want to bring their genetics into flower with intention, not just automation. ⸻ Current Plant Stats Both Sundae Driver phenos are looking phenomenal: • F2 (Pheno #2): 7 to 8 solid nodes, well-structured branching • F3 (Pheno #3): 6 to 7 nodes, evenly spaced, healthy top growth • Height: ~40 cm each • Structure: Symmetrical, thriving, ready to stretch They’re not showing pistils yet—no visible pre-flowers, no white hairs, but that’s expected. It’s Week 1 Flower by light schedule, not by physiology. The hormonal shift has just begun. ⸻ Nutrient Shift – From Start to Top This week also marks a change in the feed program. We’re saying goodbye to Aptus Start Booster and welcoming Top Booster into the rotation. • Why the switch? Because the plants are transitioning from root-zone stimulation to pre-flower induction. • Top Booster is designed to: • Initiate floral development • Begin the phosphorus-potassium push • Provide trace elements aligned with bloom-stage signaling We’re using the same measurements as Start Booster, no shock, no surge. Just a clean hand-off, keeping the biological engine running smooth. Current Feed Includes: • Aptus Regulator • Aptus CalMag Boost • Aptus All-in-One Liquid • Aptus Top Booster (new this week) ⸻ Environmental Stats – Pushing the Edge, Managing the Heat • PPFD: 760 µmol/m²/s – Measured on the TrolMaster MBS-PAR sensor, dialed in • Temp: 31°C – Yes, a bit high, but the girls aren’t complaining • Humidity: 50% • VPD: 2.23 – High, but within tolerance while waiting for AC upgrade We’re riding the edge this week. It’s warm, it’s dry, but the plants are thriving, showing no signs of stress. Their resilience is a testament to your setup, your genetics, and your love. ⸻ Looking Ahead – What to Expect We’re now in the hormonal build-up phase. The girls are about to stretch, about to signal floral commitment. Here’s what we might see by next week: • First white pistils • Stretch kicking in • Top growth pushing harder than lower nodes • Nutrient demands subtly shifting—watch potassium and magnesium uptake What not to expect yet: • Buds • Resin • Drastic shape changes That comes soon—but not quite yet. ⸻ Closing Thoughts – A Sunday Drive Into Bloom This isn’t just a new phase, it’s a new pace. The grow has shifted gears, and you can feel it in the rhythm of the room. Light is shorter. Energy is tighter. But the intention is louder than ever. The Sundae Driver girls are leading us gently into bloom, graceful, balanced, and full of promise. Thank you for following along. She is truckin right along. I love this stage of flower when little buddlets are all over her. If the genetics of fast buds are all like this, I may have found a new autoflower place, I do want to try some memphosto genetics though. I'm always hearing and seeing those big plants they throw out. Not many picture's this week got busy and had to play catch up.

1/11 - debating Scrog or no Scrog. I think it will be more trouble than just training with the rubber wire 1/12 - can't keep my hands off, but exercised moderation. I restrained 2 of the shoots off of the biggest top, im letting the others grow out so I can get a better grip. The stems are getting so fat!! 1/14 - feeding today 2L distilled water 1060ppm 5.9pH 72.5*F GROW 3g Kelp 0.25g Cal/Mag 0.54g ominA 0.55g Microbes Grow Stage 2g Enzymes 0.14g 1/15 - She's starting be to a really big bush! I need her to grow out a bit so I can let her grow up and then move to flower. Update: worked on spreading out all of the tops to the edges of the pot. She is perfect! 1/16 - shss back to full bush after l trained her last night. Forming up exactly the way I was hoping. She will be massive short stack 1/17 - did a decent defoliation of some of the larger fan leaves blocking light and air opening up the smaller tops. I also bound the main tops further out to the edges of the pot. She is definitely going to be massive!! feeding today 2L distilled water 1090ppm 6.0pH 69*F GROW 3.15g Kelp 0.21g Cal/Mag 0.56g ominA 0.55g Microbes Grow Stage 2.02g Enzymes 0.13g Update: she already recovered most of the canopy 4 hours after the dedoliation!

Started with new fertilizer, just to end the cycle. Concentration of 1200 ppm Some leaves degradation can be seen. Watering has intensified. Flushed both with 5 liters of tap water.

I do not know how it happened but it did… She has decided she want to reveg herself. I hope you can see what I mean, if you compare week 18 and this 23rd week. She’s now bush and showing off her new growth, I am caught between defoliation or letting her grow wild and uninterrupted, the problem lies with blocking other new growth from getting enough sunlight, I remember change her position to try get both sides growing at an equal rate but all I did is made the one lacking to be the one leading in growth. Loving her scent, fruity sweet, though has a slight hint of diesel.

Week 6 flower. Not much to report with this one. Growing very slow, little buds, smell musky and not very nice but improving, very frosty and getting frostier. Watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Day 36 flower I turned off Blumat drip and will water with the watering wand from here on out. Just another potential runaway dripper so I eliminated the risk. I will just build another reliable system with a timer and use the Blumat outside. Thanks for the view! Have a great week!
