Start of week 8 (day 50). Started the week off with a little recharge&water. I had to rig up some branch supports to compensate for compounding nugs. I'm pretty sure a pack of papers is a standard measurement? I've been struggling to get out of bed from knee pain (awaiting my 3rd surgery). And really not sleeping at all. Her color is looking better (my camera makes the plant look a little more lime green than it actually is) but with the amount of N going in there she should be much darker imo...we decided to go ahead and flower her anyway..we go thru and remove any large fan leaves, small/lower growth beforehand ....she has been receiving bloom nutrients for almost 2 weeks by this point and we have a spot already cleared for her 😻

I am not sure what the deal is with the Chibans. They look mutant to me maybe due to pollination. There is so much crystal forming up on them and they still look beautiful. Plant 1 is huge with big colas that are fragrant and very very sticky to the touch. Plant 2 looks the most normal as far as bud structure to me. She has not got the same flattened of tops but instead are more cone like . Also very very crystal heavy Clones 1 and 2 look like monsters to me. Their buds are bulbous and fat with a very flat round top and quite a bit larger then golf balls! I have never seen bud look like this but then I have never had pollination issues and watched the plants quite as much as I am at the moment. We will keep going with them and see what we get. I hope for some smokable bud and also some Sherbert banana seeds maybe🤪👍👍. Thanks for looking. Stay safe. Grow well.🌱🌱

I really enjoyed this strain and I’m very glad I was able to see it through until the end. I wanted to harvest 9 days ago or so, but got advice from a lot of fellow growers who told me to remain patient and ignore all wishful thinking. The average time from seed to harvest for this plant is 70-80 days, I managed to harvest on day 87. The smell is loud and she looks beautiful. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to get these genetics again in the future. Completely satisfied with using this strain as an introduction into growing.

All the plants are building buds. Gave them a little beastie bloomz. I cut them off the maxigro today since the leaf tips are burning. Other than that everything is going smooth.

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. DISCLAIMER START As already stated in previous week comments my EC reading was totally off, this includes CF. It showed about 1500µS/cm when it was actually about 3000µS/cm. I did not calibrate the EC probe since I've bought it and used it 18 months ago, because I thought EC calibration is not really necessary, I was wrong. correct EC/CF values are from 2025-04-01 on wards. (no april fools joke) DISCLAIMER END Moved the plant from the 120x120cm tent to my usually used 120x60cm tent since the plant will not grow bigger anymore, that is also when I noticed the false EC value due to the monitoring setup in the 120x60cm tent showing the high value after I moved solution from one tent to the other, which I double checked with EC calibration solution. Drastically reduced EC from previously about 3000µS/cm to ~2000µS/cm Plant is growing just fine now but the damage is done, looking back at week 2 when I did "1700µS/cm" which pretty much equaled real 3400µS/cm it is kind of crazy that it even did as good as it did, would have imagined worse with a value this high. This also rules all genetic, light etc. etc. possibilites out for me, I was pretty sure the error was on my end that I missed something and I am very confident to say it was the super high EC value. I already set up a new system in the 120x120cm tent and will transplant the small "Permanent Jealousy XL Auto" seen in the timelapse in to that some-when next week, a "Red Gorilla Girl XL Auto" is also going to go in there but as seen in the timelapse these seeds kinda don't want to, the first didn't do much beyond sprouting and the second one is also super fragile and slow, stay tuned for that diary.
