New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! Day 70 - 2cm taller this week. Flowering stretch all but finished. Flowers are forming fast. The pungent smell is not too strong at this moment.

This week I decided to start feeding her some nutes. She went through some serious lollipopping aswell 😳..😆!! So she basically received a bloom booster ( 1: 12:12 ), I also added some potassium booster ( 0:0:35 ). I think she loves her nutes alot! She gave me a good stretch and formed much more bud sites which has me all excited 😊..

Harvested the Z-Up yesterday on the 13.08.2025. Germinated 27.04.2025, so it tookl 108 days. Couldve been even more but i wanted to make space for ne next run. If i do this genetics again, i will probably lolipop more than i did in this run (couldnt really get in the branches in the tent). She stretched quite a bit and developed some nice Headbuds all around. Its drying right now in the tent on some cardboard. The next run going the oreoz(Kannabia) cut i have from previous run, with Permanent marker (cap junky) and Candy Store (Ethos Genetics) Peace.

Все семечки проросли, с 1 была проблема, но все таки вылезла, всхожесть 100%. Достаточно слабые ветки у растений, но за счет того что они буквально порвали мой бокс, держали друг друга :))) В этом цикле использовал наши русские удобрения от Simplex и Plantators. Так же использовал микоризу BigFoot в виде чая давал раз в неделю, и подключал так же Delta 9. Цикл от семечки до полного харвеста с сушкой занял ровно 3 месяца. Я очень доволен результатом. Hey y'all week 8 in 3 days and things seems to be going not half bad. There's yellowing going on and I think that's due to me not checking my runoff and not correcting but they are in ranges of 6.4 to 6.8 ehhhh I know. But won't let that happen again. Besides that have you seen the frost on these lady's so far, especially for Pheno 1 she is super frosty and has a nice 🍇 🍋 smell that keeps getting better by the week. Pheno 2 smells like lemon citrus and Pheno 3 has a nice 🧀 🍇 smell going for her. Pheno 4 on the other hand is very subtle at the moment but I'll keep my fingers crossed. Ich habe die Lampe auf 80% Leistung gestellt und ende Woche zwei gegossen, die Pflanzen haben jetzt einen schönen schub gemacht und sind gut gewachsen. Die Blätter sind nun auch deutlich ausgeprägter. Update Tag 5 (Week 3): Ich habe die drei 10 Liter Stofftöpfe für die Pflanzen vorbereitet, dazu habe ich das Living Soil mit einer 10% Mischung angesetzt. Das Living Soil muss jetzt Dunkel und feucht bis zu 10 Tage stehen um sich um Topf gut zu verteilen. Mischung: 6L BioBizz Light Mix 3L BioBizz CoCo Mix 1L Florganics Paar Haferflocken 1.3 L Wasser Zudem habe ich mir die Pfanzen angeschaut und diese getopped sowie kleine Blätter unten am Stiel entfernt und nur die großen Triebe stehen lassen und gegossen.

As of day 14, the Blackberry Kush is still exhibiting it's abnormal leaf growth. I've only ever seen this on another genetically purple strain, so I am curious if there is a connection. If anyone has seen similar issues in their own plants let me know! It's growth hasn't been too bad, and I am sure it's going to continue to take off over the next week! I usually top my plants between day 14 and 21, so i am hoping it is growing vigorously enough to prevent any stunting. I haven't seen any adverse effects from temporarily switching to my plentiful dry cal-mag, so I am happy about that so far! I am still adding a similar EC worth of Cal mag (.5) so it's good to have dialed in a rough equivalent. I hope everyone is staying safe, and happy growing! 👍🌱 Day 15: the leaf growth continues to be very screwy, and even if it's at least partially a genetic issue I continue to triple check all my practices and parameters. The PH drifts up mildly in my reservoirs between cleaning/remixing of nutrients, but it is going from roughly a 5.8 up to a 6.2 (at worst) with no change in the EC/PPM. Between the lack of EC drift and lack of smell, I don't think there are any major bacterial issues. The outflow PH is also acceptable (5.8) and the outflow EC is around .2-.3 above inflow, which is also acceptable. I dug into the coco a little bit, and the medium is not oversaturated with water (it is always a bit "fluffy" with good drainage and never compacted) and the roots are white and healthy. With the healthy vigorous growth of the other Blackberry in the same conditions, it brings me back to this being at least partially a genetic issue. I looked through grow questions of other diaries for similar leaf issues, and it seemed that most were either blueberry or blackberry strains from a range of breeders. This could be purely a coincidence, but it does make me wonder. The grows with similar issues seemed to otherwise have no commonalities in how they were grown. I am going to keep trying my best with this plant regardless, so I hope it pulls through alright! Day 17: being very careful with my PH and keeping it a bit lower, to rule it out as a possible cause of the twisted leaves and less vigorous growth. I am keeping it between 5.5 and 6 for the time being to make sure there is no lock out of micro elements like boron. As per the comments, I am being more accurate be using a pH pen as opposed to drops which I may have misjudges. I topped the plant, which is definitely a risk! But I am hoping for some healthier leaves to come in, and the plant hasn't stunted so far! It has grown the number of nodes it should have for its age, it just not as filled in and lush as I would like it to be. Day 19: I have been monitoring PH especially carefully, taking a few measurements per day and keeping it between 5.6 and 5.8 (a little on the low side). The runoff is consistently under 6 as well. EC and other conditions have stayed where they should be as well. I reduced any PH drift by running the air pump for the res 24/7, instead of just for mixing and before fertigations to rule that out. But I haven't seen any overall improvements for the leaves so I am reverting back to my theory of a genetic issue with this particular plant. It's growing larger and it's stems are thickening, so I'm just going to keep it growing as well as I possibly can and see what it yields!

Week 10 starting, was planning to chop after 9 weeks but still not there yet. Flushing starting tomorrow and watching trichomes daily. Well see how week 10 finishes.

Alimentacao das Royal Cheeses (21/07/2021) - usei 3L para as duas: BioGrow - 1,8 ml ; BioHeaven - 2 ml; Activera - 1ml; CalMag - 0,3 ml; E.C = 0,37 /pH = 6,3 - Na próxima semana irei adicionar o BioBloom Alimentação da Royal Gorilla #2 (21/07/2021) - 1,5L BioGrow - 1 ml; BioHeaven - 1ml; Activera - 1ml; CalMag - 0,5 ml; E.C = 0,41 / pH 6,3 Embora o seu desenvolvimento esteja um pouco estranho, ja apareceram os primeiros pistilios. Os ramos da planta parecem fracos quando tentei fazer LST apenas com as maos, por isso nao irei realizar qualquer treino nesta, vou deixar crescer naturalmente para ver no que dá.
