The feed on this week's post is for the RQS Wedding Cake Auto. The FB And Bruce Banner got 1 tsp of BAS Coconut powder and 2 tsp of molasses. The Wedding Cake also got a small top dressing of 2 tbsp of craft blend a buildaflower. Im not too sure on what's going on with the wedding cake but im letting it ride out.

All appeared well with this Lady until yesterday 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I noticed a small discoloured patch on one of the top buds, it had the start of what appeared to be bud rot 😿 Asked a couple of mates their opinion and we’ve all come to the same conclusion. I’ve checked the rest of the plant and can’t see any signs of any more. She’s meant to be coming down in 7 days, but that may have to be pushed forward. I’ve bought some more fans (5 to be precise) they should arrive today, so hopefully that should help. I’ve needed to upgrade my fans for a while, wish I’d sorted it out sooner. Week 7 Veg Report 🌿✨ Hey Grow Fam! 🌱 Week 7 of veg is here, and let me tell you, the grow room is buzzing with life! Each of the girls is showing off her unique personality, and I’m especially stoked about the Papaya Zoap—she’s really coming into her own! The scrog net is nearly filled out just how I wanted it, and I can feel we’re so close to flipping to flower. The anticipation is real! 😁 But before we get to flowering, let’s take a dive into something that makes this grow so smooth—ThinkGrow LED drivers and cables. ThinkGrow LED Drivers – Plugging Into Success 💡🔗 This week, I had a chance to work deeper with the ThinkGrow LED system, and honestly, it’s like a dream come true for efficiency. I’ve been using the TLD-4 Four Spectrum Control Channels Model One LED Driver, and let me break down how it works. The drivers attach directly to the bars—super sleek and no extra bulk. And, the connections? It’s a matter of matching the male and female connectors on the TDC-2 Daisy Chain Cord. It’s like a simple puzzle that snaps together perfectly. The TDC-4 cord takes it to the next level, connecting the top bars to the ICL-300 Inner-Canopy LED Bar, giving complete control and balance across every layer of my canopy. Why is this important? The driver-to-bar connection ensures that each LED bar is operating optimally, and the daisy-chain system makes it effortless to manage multiple bars without a ton of wires everywhere. She was topped for the last time, 16 apical summits were born 😎. She has been under x2 MarsHydro PAR38 LED bulbs for a week, but I think she didn't like those. She developed some burnt spots, my guess is that IKEA bulbs are safer than MarsHydro ones. Plus, I'm getting sick of those pink-ish lights. I sold my x2 COBs to buy x3 LM301B PCB boards (QB-style, in my opinion one of the best ways to go nowadays). Otherwise she looks great, I'm having hard times trying to keep everything symmetrical but this will be easier as soon as I plug my new quantumboards in the tent. Stay tuned folks 👋

~ DUTCH PASSION / SUPER SATIVA SEED CLUB FAST FLOWER 'TESTER' A and 'TESTER' B ~ Well cannafam, here we go again on another growing adventure together! This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/1- Week Three of veg is here for the pair of 'Testers' from SSSC/Dutch Passion Seeds. Both 'Testers' continue to do exceptionally well despite temp's in the greenhouse reaching just over 90℉ at the peak of the day. Both continue to show great vigor, color and are both constantly 'praying'! 5/3- Watering both continues every 2-3 days depending on what the plants want. Both girls are looking like champs! 5/5- Today I watered both with 8oz. of well water, to which I added 1 tsp. of Uncle Willies Worm Tea Concentrate. 5/6- Well fam, the Third week of veg is in the rear view mirror for these two beautiful 'Testers' from SSSC and Dutch Passion. Unfortunately, I have to go out of state for 7-10 days because of a family emergency, so I won't have pic's for next week. I will have a family member looking after the plants in the greenhouse to make sure all survive until I return! day71: she looks fine, we have 2 weeks more :) day72: 2500 ppm is a level that can be considered toxic for many species. This species exhibits a truly unusual feeding habit. Sometimes I get into trouble because it contradicts general feeding idea. But DWC cultivation is not something that can be done by old habbits or toughts. The plant clearly shows what it wants. 2500 ppm 5.8 stable. day73: She is happy I am too:D day74: She drunk 8lt. yesterday ppm raised to 3500 and ofcourse ph dropped to 4.7. I fixed it to 2200ppm and 5.8 ph. day75: so stable day76: without any drama :D

Day 25: I was crying while doing LST😭... Hope they will be fine...😞 Day 27: new LED Panel Light has been added. And they look fine👍 So I shall be honest with you mates - I'd like to live there 😊 just add Netflix and fridge😎

Day 172. Some strains ended up frosty, smelly and nuggy, so I already have 76 g from first Strawberry, rest should bring some buds too, couple plants will go untrimmed to my friends as presents, one was already given away ... Think I will have like 300 g easy, and my friends got same amount as presents. Not a bad project, with loads of issues, happily almost no care was given or needed, so I count it as a result achieved : 1. I know that Hermie is bringing other hermies. 2. UK weather is only for autos, that lesson should be learnt long time ago, but I still hope to find mold resilient strain... No updates or other strain harvests will be done, have no time to play ... Hey everybody! Kaiydaan, Kaiydan, Kaiydaan. I have no idea what's going on with this gal, she isn't doing to much of anything. Unlike, Freeman who's just flourishing, showing all shades of pinks and purples and swell calyxes. Anyone got any advice on Kaiydaan? I'm watering pH'd tap water. I tried to indicate that in "Nutrients", but the Diary made a Frown Face at 0 nutrients. Aug. 26, 2021, Thursday. I watered Kaiydaan and Freeman. Aug. 27, 2021, Friday. Freeman is doing well no issues. Kaiydaan, I just don't know. Her calyxes are not swelling, they're growing in and what seems to be dying off a bit. Her leaves are dead, dry, brittle and yellow. I don't know she is a complete nightmare compared to "Freeman" Maybe I'm reading to much into it and Kaiydaan is going through a natural fade. Any ideas? Aug. 29, 2021, Sunday. Nothing new to report. Day 78: I checked the trichomes today and I'm pretty sure I saw cloudy ones. Hard to say even with the microscope, but I decided to wait at least until tomorrow before flushing. So I fed them today with the same solution as the previous week. Day 79: I saw more than one cloudy trichomes this morning so the final flush was given. This should, SHOULD, now be a smooth ride until the end. The buds are stacked, packed with trichomes and... damn that smell! Day 80: Nothing to read Day 81: Nothing to read Day 82: First watering since the flush with tap water, nothing else to read. Day 83: Nothing to read Day 84: I don't think they'll all be ready at the same time. I think they'll go in clockwise order starting with the bottom left one.
