Towards the end of the harvest, mold developed due to high temperature and humidity. I lost about 30% of my harvest. The buds did not fully mature. Despite all the setbacks, we managed to get a harvest.

Umm, a strange week in growville. I dropped the additional light I added about 7 weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I was bleaching the plant and subsequent to removal of the extra light I now have about an extra inch of growth in each main stem! Definitely suggests I was overdoing it 'proper newbie style'. The new growth is a much deeper green compared the the blanched leaves below. Oh well, live and learn.

Gold sativa has been growing good. I am changing solution about once every 4 days. Which it is a gallon at a time so no biggie really. I am growing her in a New Level Hydro bucket, under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light. She is one of four in this run with other strains. Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

Week 13 december - 19 december

Gave her an almost MegaDose today. Since the last time I uploaded 12 days ago she was watered MegaDose of 80mL nutes in 2 gal of pure compost blend tea concentrate . After that she was given a half a gallon of regular water , followed by a half dose feeding of 40mL in 2 gallons upwards to today where I gave her 60mL in 1 gallon. Got 9 inches of growing left until shes filled the tent to the brim . 12 days ago there were 12 inches . I’ve included a Timelapse video I’ve been creating since July 22 until Aug 21.

Keeping with week 3 schedule. Topped plants and installed net. Getting ready for the final 2 weeks of veg.

I’ve been experimenting with solar powered lights for an extended vegetative period…so far she looks extremely healthy…I Defoliated the lower branches and moulded her also.

We started the 8th week of flowering, the time of harvest is approaching, this last week we will use flawless finish to clean the plants of nutrients before cutting them. Possibly a week of flowering extra would be good, but in this case I will cut them after 8 weeks. I transplanted everything over the past 3 or 4 days and am just giving them some time to break in their new shoes before I flip them. I got a new bottle of calmag I think the one I was using was old it's been on the shelf for a while. The heat is still a little lower than I would like and now with the bigger pots humidity has gone way up.

Combined the cop of water and paper towel method then planted the sprouts in root root cubes

Diesel Automatic is doing OK, growing slowly and still with the mosaic pattern on the leave. @James from RQS took a look and said: I would say that you might have a potassium deficiency on your plants. the deficiency might be caused by an excess of fertilizers and nutrients. Excess salt is especially common as it tends to build up in the growing medium. Nutrient lockout is a very common cause of most deficiencies. When the pH of the soil is too low, it makes the medium too acidic. This causes stress in the root zone and prevents the uptake of potassium. Pretty simple first week! Seed took 3 nights for the taproot to pop and it was planted in its final pot on day 4. On day 6, it finally popped through the soil and on day 7 the little sprout is starting to grow up. There is a small piece of seed casing left attached. Going to leave it for a day or two. If it doesn't fall off, I'll do it myself. Thanks for stopping by! 🥦

The plant really started going off at this point, I also did some LST and it appears to have helped promote the growth of the other branches. Also gave the plant a half dosage of Fox Farms Grow Big at 10 ml/g every other watering for now. The weather kinda dipped a bit this week, this brought it down to the low 70's at many points often but I brought the plant inside for this thanksgiving weekend. Very excited about the next steps!
