Side branches are still growing strong and reaching for the top of the canopy. Increased light intensity also as she is getting bigger and bushy with leaves now. She has increased her feed amounts this week and eating more now. She is happiest when her pot is dry and her leaves are up and praying. Heavy leaf strip and removed some lower nodes mid week. Letting her focus on growing the top nodes by removing lower points. Opened up the middle nice now and she is looking like a cannabis plant😀 Keep an eye on nitrogen though as she is green. She was getting choked out on the lower growth so removing some and letting the light in, the rest of the of sites should help her fatten up. Little more detail....... May 23/20, Day 43 - 3L feed - VeloKelp & Rezin & L.Wt & Sensyzime @ 1.5ml = 150ppm and 6.1pH - she is setting her buds but her leaves still look dark. - keeping ppm lower at 150. - main top reaching up more today. - Flower light switch turned on and raised the lights to increase intensity now. May 24/20 - Day 44 - Dry out day - Only two girls in the tent today so she should react well. - (GSC plants not flipping and moved to veg tent so made room in flower tent.) May 25/20 - Day 45 - fed twice today - 7:30am feed: 2L Sensyzime, Piranha, Rhino Skin, Rezin @ 1.5ml/L = 335ppm and 5.9 pH. - 8:30pm feed: Vitathrive & Velokelp @ 1.5ml/L = 350ppm and 5.8pH - heavy leaf strip today. May 26/20 - Day 46 - dry out day. - keep an eye on the girl because the last time the girl dried out she reacted well - noticed the inner growth is slightly brown around the edges. Buds/pistols are not very tall. Light should help with this. - still only two girls in the tent. May 27/20 - Day 47 - 3L feed: Mass&Terp @ 3ml/L, Rezin&LWt&Vita @ 1.5ml/L, CalMag&Rhino&Piran&D.F. @ 1ml/L = 1250ppm & 6.0pH - added more water to reduce ppm to 1080.........1250 a little high right now. - she was ready to be fed.....eating a little more now. - Her hairs are getting longer and reaching out more now......light helps😀 May 28/20 - Day 48 - 2L feed: Mass @ 4ml/L, Vita & Sensyzime @ 2ml/L, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml/L = 1350ppm - little high so added water reduce ppm 1100 - She is taller and today and really looking nice. - She definitely likes it when her pot dries out. May 29/20 - Day 49 - dry out day - letting her be....she is happy😀 That wraps up another week. It has been great because she is really taking shape now and looking like the little girl I had in my mind👌

Hey hey growmies! another longer week, as I wanted to show these girls bouncing back from some problems I ran into with my Kratky experiment. about halfway through the week my plants started drooping and showing signs of overwatering, my guess is either the plant outgrew her air roots or the reservoir was too hot, inhibiting the plants ability to take up oxygen. either way, a quick peek at the roots showed some very healthy looking noodles, so I decided to not take any chances and come up with a solution that would solve both those problems. I took a 3 litre container, put a coat of primer and black paint on it to keep light out, then a layer of plumbers tape to bounce some of the grow lights off of the container, theoretically keeping the heat out, some other things I could have done was paint it white, or put some wall insulation around it. I could have also kept my jars and tried some troubleshooting, fill them less and more often. but I am happy with the roots created by Kratky, that's the nice thing about that system, it forces the roots to grow more horizontally, the roots have now created a sturdy foundation for low stress training and are perfect for placing into DWC. so that's what I did, I added a tiny pump and air stone, and for now both plants will sit in this tiny container, The Runtz will be moved to the tent as soon as possible, hopefully before these girl's roots get entangled, If that does happen, I will have to trim back some of the Runtz roots, I don't want to hurt the autoflower. now you've likely wondered what is up with the host of deficiencies the plants are showing, honestly that's just neglect on my part. I can tell there's damage from overwatering, pH fluctuations and even some lockouts. I am more on top of it now, the pH is more stable, the plants are getting oxygen and will recover plenty before flower. Plus I get to show off how hardy ruderalis is, look at the auto-flower compared to the photo period, she barely cares about the high temps, pH fluctuations all she appears to want is more food, so I have increased the ec to 1 ms, but most importantly, ill keep the pH in a range where they can actually take up the nutrients now That's it for now Growmies, Thanks for checking out my diary. was originally going to do scrog, I realised I'm not going to have quite enough room for a full scrog so I'm thinking about some sort of mix between scrog and sog. If anyone has any suggestions and ideas please let me know. Thanks.

------------------------- | BLUEBERRY HARVEST | ------------------------- After two sunny days it is harvest time !! - Finally, 16 days of flush - At first thought, the trimming would be easier compared to my previous plants, but when removing more leaves, more buds appearing too hahaha so it took like 4 hours or more..It is not the most accuurate trimming but i had not much time that day, i removed all the leaves and branches after weighting it all.. Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. Tropicanna Glookies is starting to turn purple. Wedding Cake is fattening up FAST More photos later this afternoon mid light cycle. *Update* Big bulk phase is 100% on right now. Wedding Cake is thicker than a tall can of beer in 4-5 nugs easily. Tropicanna Glookies is sweating out trichomes and getting super sticky while slowly turning purple Great things await for these 2 ladies over the next 20 days. *Update* 2 close up shots of some purpling on the Tropicanna Glookies. ----- Day 44 ----- Here's a video. slow easy day of nothing ----- Day 45 ----- I see a tiny bit of yellowing at edges, nothing serious. I don't have to feed every 2 days now anyways its slowed to 3. I top off the ones near turgor pressure loss levels ( I check my whole hand down side of pot for moisture now) with tap water when needed today. Tomorrow will be feeding ~1000ppm most likely due to using Diamond Nectar chelating nutrients with large amounts of blackstrap molasses when combined and left in the reservoir before use. This seems to drop the detectable ppm even though it retains a high level of nutrient content... with Cal/mag (1-0-0) and KoolBloom Powder which is like a 0-30-40 its wildly powerful. Back right Tropicanna smells like Pineapple Sour Patch Kids without the sour. Its insane. I wish I had smell o' vision for you folks right now. Wedding Cake is like sugary sweet but weed esque... earthy esque type of thing. Not the Tropicanna... Shits fruity like kool-aid. Nugs are getting humongous and its pretty fun to watch it fill in, I had a low level anxiety of it never "Filling" in... but yea it's day 45 and look at Big Bertha... nearly dwarfing my fat ass arm... wild shit. Feel like these ladies have at least another 14~ days on the lower end. Wedding Cake should finish a week after Tropicanna... Trying to grab Wedding Cake "indica" tendencies and max them by going for 40-50% amber, 60-50% cloudy trichomes with under 2% (like literally 1-3 clear per 60X magnifying pic) clear trichomes. Tropicanna only 20% ish amber until clear is only about 20% of trichome and cloudy makes up roughly 60% of total trichome finishing... ----- Day 46 ----- Easy day Fed 1050ppm @ 6.4ph 13 Liters only. I want the root zones to dry out more and quicker, less chance of mold and other root rot issues. Cutting watering/feeding in half now but will be feeding prob twice as much. Buds are fattening FAST and are turning purple. Looks like I got the purple pheno Wedding Cake. Woot. ----- Day 47 ----- Easy day Buds are gettin freaky. Really poppin out now. It's quite awesome to see. **Update** *** HEIGHT CHANGE EXPLAINED! *** Took the Tropicanna's off the pot risers I DIY'd and brought them to the floor. Gives light in between the 2 plants at the side and also helps remove any light burn on the tropicanna, as I have been noticing a very slight tinting of too much light in the central part of the tent. Plants look incredible, tiny bit of tip burn but im not too worried, I'm feeding 1000-1200 ppm at the moment. Speaking of which, fed some tap water, 500ml each, they were dry enough to warrant a turgor pressure loss top up. Feeding tomorrow. The Wedding Cake on the left is throwing out paintbrushes thick of pistils, it's quite insane. Gonna be a hell of a plant around day 63!!! Que pasa familia, aquí andamos que vamos actualizar una semana más Fumándonos un troncho de haribo con Rosin de Le Xupet Negre . Mientras tanto os comento ya en la recta final de estas Red Cookies Gelato, siendo sinceros están muy pepinas y bien resinadas, los cogollos van muy tricomados y están súper hinchados, pero comento también que la variedad no es del todo estable, es algo complicada tienes que estar pendiente de ellas cada día observar que no salga un macho porque de 100 plantas habrán salido 3 machos y alguna hermafrodita , son frágiles. Fue mi primer proyecto de cruce que aún así dentro de ser el primero a salido demasiado bien porque no esperaba ni resultados positivos pero ahí están y toda la gente que la probó, todos los que se molestaron en conocerla o interesarse por ella se agradece ,porque todos habláis muy bien de ella aún siendo así de frágil, se agradece y valora mucho vuestra opinión, Fieras. Voy hacer estrés hídrico, cada vez regaré menos cantidad para que no se mueran las plantas pero si dejen de comer de las raíces de la parte de abajo, aparte van amarilleando las hojas más rápido y mientras terminan de madurar. Hasta aquí es toda la semana y casi todo el cultivo como quien dice, así que buenos humos y hasta la semana que viene 💨💨💨

Fat, Fat Buds! 😍

The seeds had 100% germ rate and started all very strong and they are all emerging from the soil at an even pace with no stragglers. The plants are just popping out the soil today. I’m excited to grow these new fast buds fem strains. They are breaking out into a different market with the fem seeds. They had the one drop of fem seeds but now these new ones are a whole different story I’m excited. I know they will do great.

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

Hey guys :-) All of them except the lemongrass already have their heads sticking out of their stone wool cubes :-) . I'll give the lemongrass a few more days to develop, otherwise I'll add fresh seeds again :-) . The ones that started to take root were repotted in 0.5 l pots with a mix of Canna bio and Canna coco.
