D57/FD29 - Thing going grand with the Cookies so far (enjoying growing these Cookie Based Strains). Smell from it is divine! Touch a stem and its a lovely citrus smell left on you for ages! Noted in a previous comment, like a perfect sweetness, fresh lemonade. You'd wear it as an aftershave alright even!!! :P They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at what would be recommended strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea this late in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geeklight also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant too and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator (and hopefully UVB Tube) and great to see them honouring the Warranty. RHC Seems to be flowering nicely as can been seen from the pics. Stacking well, buds coming along. Slight pinkish tip to the pistils on some buds but not the shocking pink as you'd see in the sales pics...hopefully it goes there though! Also noticing a bit of an early frost on a few flowers...like real good frost! And this is only day 1 of week 5 (I know, I do this diary arse about face)!!! Hoping Geeklight get this driver control board and longer cables to me quick so as I can get the driver out of the tent as I'd really like to get the UVB in there to frost them up in a week or 2!!! May only be getting about 9" clearance though so dunno, could be dangerous!!! 12" is the lowest recommended...but then, I could do the 15 min burst lighting (On 15, off 45 min every hour) so lower the risk of burn but get them more exposure (but lowers the lifetime of the tube). They get UVA from the LED's on the light at the moment for a 1/3 of the day and have been since early veg so should be hardened to it by now!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! this plant got so stressed out. shes had a wonky light schedule alot of her life. i had just gotten her used to the indoor light schedule and i increased the light intensity. when doing so, it reset the timer on the app. i still prefer mechanical lol. anyways she them got blasted for like 20 hours and then i changed fhe light schedule so her lights on is at night, which then again stretched her schedule weird. i did happen to take a nice cutting though. 7/20 yesterday i noticed a few smaller bugs in fhe top soil. Then today, a damn wolf spider crawled out of the flower pot. I didnt end up killing them because theyre probs there for the other bugs 👍🤷🏽‍♂️

Fast Buds StarDawg Day 25 from sprout Light: ViparSpectra XS2000 dialed in at 75% watering every other day to every 2 days Im very happy thus far with Stardawg. In week 3 she has really filled out nicely with nice fat leaves. I have decided to minimally train her as well as the FB WG that I also have growing in the 4x4. I had a long week and a lot happened in the garden. The plants were growing too slow and their leaves were closing like they were trying to protect themselves, some of the leaves ends were dropping downwards, purple stems and I also had tecnical problems; the GoGro ( auto feeding equipment ) valve didn't work and I ended up with a flood twice, which brought a few freaking little flies, and the lights were disconnected for 7 hours on sunday morning by accident. To solve this issues I had help from the folks here and some research online, I raised my lights up because it was cooking the plants, i adjusted the ppm giving more food to stop the leaves tip dropping, got Calmeg for the purple stems, pest control spray, I fixed the valve a gave a pretty good cleaning with Clorox in the tent. There were good things too. I did fimming technic to make the plants shorter and to get a more even canopy to get more ligh to them and more flowers. The girls are doing great, they are 4 feet taller now. I learned more about how they work and how to take care of them thanks to some free online books and lots of youtube. It has been hard work with lots of hours of dedication. I'm loving it. Thanks people from here. Thanks GrowBoss.

She's got at least 10 good bud sites and I never even FIM'd her.👍 MONDAY: I spun her around and foliar fed her a few times TUESDAY: I fed her about 3/4 gallon and started her on Open Sesame and Tiger Bloom. Foliar fed a few times and tweaked the timers again.. WEDNESDAY: I foliar fed a few times and rotated her, then took some photos. She's starting to stretch now.👍 THURSDAY: I foliar fed her a few times and rotated her. FRIDAY: I watered her with about a half-gallon including boomerang, bud candy, terpinator, kelp me kelp you, calimagic, and armor si. I foliar fed her several times and rotated her 180 degrees.

Just feeding the botanicare pure blend pro grow now , her soil ppm has been pretty steady on the one lady. he lighter color bigger girl has been super hungry . She's gonna be a monster the nodes swelled up to support some monster branches. Can't wait to see how they fill out. Gotta water them later so I'll snap some photos of the stalk and limbs just to show how bulky they have gotten. But they are looking great , been stupid easy so far just keeping the soul free of salt building up aswell as trying my best to not over fertilize .. (nitrogen is pretty high I've noticed the darker green on the other girls. Besides the smaller plant it's PH is low from the automatic watering thing im trying out) Really trying to get more time so I could be alil more detailed. New growers ask about my water routine but it's hard for me to explain atm . Gonna work on it and see of I can do these any better. If ur reading these and have any kind of input please comment and let me know. I'm always looking for constructive criticism/ feedback.. But I appreciate anyone's time checking my mess out lol. Hello everyone hope you staying cool Cause the weather is over 100 degree and everything is drying and dying. We really need some rain! Anyone with the heat wave I trying keep this gals water up. The biggest one drink water like no tomorrow, well both of them. I give them a tea liquid compost 3.11.11 of organic fertilizers. Just to keep up with the flowering stages she using up a lot nutritions and I’m glad that I was on top of my game with these outdoors grow. Not bad for novice first timer. My family love them. I’m keep in the sun as thst will help with resins production and the bees are doing a fine job pollen them.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days.
