Esta delicada sativa asiática ha cumplido 12 semanas de vida y ya comienza a mostrar las pre flores, ha completado la segunda semana en horario 12/12h con un estiramiento de 9cm... esta semana probablemente haga un cambio importante en las luces de la carpa de cultivo, en cuanto compruebe que todas las plantas están centradas en la formación de flores y paren de estirarse. Muy buena la evolución de esta semana, la planta claramente esta preparada para hacer crecer grandes flores, la masa foliar se expande y grandes ramas sobresalen orgullosas, el metabolismo está disparado, he ido aumentando la cantidad de agua de riego conforme la planta lo ha ido pidiendo, esta temporada estoy siendo más paciente y precavido con la cantidad de humedad en maceta que en otras temporadas, para intentar desarrollar las raíces lo más posible, cuando acabe los cultivos comprobaré como fue el desarrollo radicular, sólo a partir de ahora es cuando voy a inundar el sustrato con el máximo de humedad que tengo asignado para esta maceta, durante todo el cultivo hago riegos de precisión, pues peso diariamente las macetas y sólo riego cuando llego a ciertos niveles de consumo, la idea es mantener el sustrato oxigenado y lo más suelto posible durante las semanas de crecimiento vegetativo para favorecer la movilidad de las raíces. Esta semana dos riegos suaves y estimulantes, estoy preparando la planta para entrar en el gran juego de la flor, en cuanto pare el estiramiento comienzo con riegos más concentrados y específicos para la etapa de floración... sin contemplaciones! Con el último riego hice un aporte de una mezcla de enmiendas secas al sustrato, en ese mismo riego incluí melaza para dar energía extra a los Microorganismos y que comiencen a comer el aporte extra de materia orgánica. Esta temporada estoy limitando el uso de melaza en riegos, hasta ahora la usaba en todos y en cada uno de los riegos, desde el inicio hasta el final de los cultivos. pero esta temporada he usado la melaza sólo en las primeras semanas de cultivo para potenciar la proliferación de la Microbiología en el sustrato y la expansión de las raíces, y desde hace dos semanas dejé de añadir melaza cuando las plantas han tenido un volumen importante, ahora, del aporte de azúcares para dar energía a los MM se encargará la propia planta, no es que haya observado anomalías evidentes por el uso continuado de la melaza, pero no quiero influir en el sabor ni en los aromas originales de las plantas. Y mirando hacia los cultivos del 2025 y siguientes, he preparado unos litros de dos nuevos Bio Fertilizantes basados en frutas, minerales y etc., éstos los tendré en fermentación anaeróbica hasta las temporadas del 2025... hacer es comprender! Smells beyond good and definitely got me high before it cured so it is good with me. I let it dry for 10 days then chopped. The Total weight after was 2.5 ounces, this plant took some beatings I will let all the stems grow out next round, I want everything lol.

Transplanted into medium size pots :) they seem to have taken transplant just fine. The smell is also really nice given their small size.

Week3 sunce germination and I'mloving how they are evolving they are all back on the run and happy as hell🤭😁😅 week 3 day 17 veg and the roots on this cuties are fantastic, they all look kind of the same, super happy with them so far. week 3 day 17 veg And TP1 got her second pair of leaves and she is willing to catch up with the rest , the rest they are way ahed and all on the write track 😅❤️ week 3 day 18 veg and it looks like CS3 wants to pass CS1 but still same same and CS1 still the most beautiful one 😅 week 3 day 18 veg TP1 going for her secont pair 🤩 week 3 day 18veg Transplant day since they all have ok roots 😅 i moved TP1 with the others so the she doesn’t fell left behind 😅✌️ Now they will stay in this pots until fabric one to flower, but baby steeps for now i’m going to give them some food 😅 week 3 day 20 veg. And they are loving the new pot and feedings, TP1 continues to run after they’re sisters with are all going for tiny brunches (all of them) the queen still CS1 but the rest is caching up 😜😅🤩 week 3 day 21 veg. And a lot happened lol during the day yesterday i lost one of my improved leds so today i had to teke one of m zeus from flower tent( its almost done its ok 😜) and improvise a corner half under a table with only one bar connected to the driver , and I’m running it st 25% this will have to work out for a week mb a little longer lets see 😜😅 week 3 day 21 veg. Girls evolving great, CS1 still the queen, faster growing, amazing leaves great roots , it looks like a keeper, CS3 and CS2 they have some mutant leaves , so I’m yet to see how they evolve, but they are not keepers since i’m phenohunting so i will keep only the most perfect ones to clone. week 3 day 21 veg. Growing well so far. This week I added some LST to encourage outward growth. Things started to get a little wonky towards the end of the week bit once she starts to stretch out i think she will look a little neater.

Week 6 and these girls got a scrog net added. As the plants are getting extremely heavy. Started to unfold an open up eagle spread style. So had to lend a helping hand. They got a scrog net added an the untrained plant got tied up from tents upper support bars an lower branches got some support also from the net. So far everything is going smoothly. The e680s light is putting in that work work

[ Information ] For all information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Week 4 update! 🌱 Week 3 is done, and the ladies are now three weeks into their flowering phase. So far, everything has gone really well. However, one bud and the plants in the front showed slight signs of potassium overfertilization, which likely caused a calcium uptake issue and led to minor necrosis. No worries, though – today I completely flushed the entire system and replaced it with a fresh solution. With this reset, everything should be back on track 💪💧. On top of that, I decided to bring out an old Cree& Osram LED lamp as a booster. This will provide the two smaller front plants with more light intensity so they can metabolize the higher nutrient levels more effectively 💡🌿. Everything is looking great so far! We moved on to the second week. The root has already reached the end of the pot. I am amazed by the root development. I did not expect such a big root and I think it could have been transplanted a little earlier. On the twelfth day, he moved to a 22.7 L pot.

This poor, sad little girl. I feel bad for neglecting her earlier on. But hopefully she will live up to her namesake and persevere! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents...
