The Blackberry auto by Fastbuds has been a thrilling plant to grow. Starting off as a tri-cotyledon seedling, she's been a rush from the start. When she came out mutated I didn't even know if I wanted to keep her; I asked the growdiaries.com community for help. After speaking with a few experts I decided to keep it and see what would happen.. Since then she has developed thick healthy stocks stalks and dark leaves with ripe purple flowers bursting out between them add every node. Using a home mix super soil with Promis Organic as the base, I decided to feed compost extracts laced with Golden Tree & CalMag which helped kick this girl into over drive and push out these dense sticky buds. I'm expecting around 3 ounces from her and it's day 73 since she popped out of the soil. She has a sweet aroma and is completely covered in trichomes. Drying/ Curing process: - she will be hung upside down by the main stock until she is dry (8-12 days) - My humidity will be set to 55 - 60 % and my temps will range from 65-70 degrees F - Will store in Glas Mason jars with 2-way Boveda humidty packs. These are a lifesaver for new growers. They will keep the humidity in the jar at 62%. - after 2 weeks I'll throw down a mad sesh Thanks to everyone who offered me tips and help when I needed it. D71/FD43 - Sooo...its all gone a bit to dick this week! So, as noted before, Oscillating RAM fans keep blowing on me. Just stop dead and haven't got a chance to get down the 90miles to get them replaced again. Well, noticed a few leaves that looked like they may be a bit light coloured...only 1 or 2, at the top buds which is strange and not really an N deficiency...so I looked more closely....4 buds with the dreaded fur on them!!! Fucking Bud Rot!!! Ones closest to the door that would get the biggest temp differential (So the weirdest humidity) and no air really getting round them!!! Talk about a SICKNER! This grow just seems to be blighted (literally) with something new every 3 weeks!!! So, had to chop a few tops and now going to be on the defensive for the next few weeks. We're not yet ripe and *hoping* as these had the least air movement round them, the spores didn't get about the place!!! Worst as well is the height of all the plants...cant get the UVB bulb in there for fear of burning them but that would potentially sterilise the fungus (I'd usually be using a 10K finisher this week but with the change to LED...) so now to work out what to do. Also didn't help that I didn't put the lid on my tank right last night doing a check and think i pumped about 10L of water about the place!!! Yip, today was a disaster!!! So, apart from that, I've dropped the Silicon and changed to TNC bactorr for my root inoculant (Out of great white). Apart from that, happy growing all!!! 💪

Pleasure to grow. Low maintenance in super soil setup in 5 gal cloth pot. Stayed small and compact but frosted up early and heavily. No deficiencies, steady growth, no training needed. Even minimal LST (which I did not do), would surely increase yield but I was more focused on quality and letting it do its thing. Genetically, it was determined to grow a perfect little canopy while not taking up much space, about as low maintenance as you can get on a plant imo. Running autos is still a limited thing for me, I like the idea of having keeper clones of photos as this is all for personal medical use, but this plant was fun to grow, true to form and stable as heck. I have a few seeds left and I’ll definitely save them for an outdoor run down the line

So introduced a scrog net into my grow tent this week and tied some high growing stalks down a little so the others can try and reach there height! Whether I’ve added the net to late is a different question and answer!! My first grow so still learning as I grow haha! Temps been good and they look like there flowering heavier each week which is a bonus! Still unsure on the flush system when harvest is nearing!

Very healthy looking seedling, starting to grow very fast, she's got a great size for 14 days only and I think I'll transplant her in a couple of days more when she is 17 days or so like the other ones in this run, they grow extremely fast under the tsl2000 by mars hydro, very happy with the results I'm achieving in terms of growth, I hope the same in flower! I have Transplanted this lady into her definitive 11l pot on February 6th which is her day 17 since she was planted, she's 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this 2x4 run, she's looking very healthy and strong, let's see how she keeps developing herself!

Day 77. Today I will harvest. This one did not get much attention, she was left to over stretch during veg and not the best feeding schedule in flower, however her buds are the most frosty I have grown thus far. Today was the 1st time i checked her trichomes and i saw some ambers, thats why i decide to take her down. Her smell is very sweet like apple pie. I will have to grow her again. I can't wait to taste her.

I think the stretch is nearly done, they could have filled out a little better but overall I’m pretty pleased, this is the fewest I’ve run in here and to have it this even and filled out im pleased. If low temps stunt growth we will find out soon, these had a brief stint in the mid 70’s toward the end of veg but they’ve been experiencing sub 50 degree nights for basically the whole run. Anyways, flowers are coming in, probably towards the end of next month, but who knows, they’re never simple. Thanks for checking this out!

This week i gave no nutrients (except flawless finish) and watered twice as much as i did during the grow. Will be cutting on the 30th of December. Got the PPM down to 220 on the 27th before so i was 450-500. I hope the plants won’t taste bad.

Update of the garden

Added the first screen into the tent. Decided to kick Big Mumma out because she just wasn't growing any taller and the other plants were really over growing her. For the new setup I used kitty litter trays and mesh to sit the plants on - each plant gets its own tray so I can track runoff EC individually and I cut little flaps in the mesh so I can wet vac the runoff. With this setup I shouldn't need to move the plants out of the tent until harvest. For the scrog I just tied some builders rope around the poles of the tent and tied the trellis netting off with training wire. I've been manipulating the growth just to try and fill out the whole screen, I also gave them a good haircut because I plan on flipping them soon, don't want them to outgrow the tent.

End of day 42 flower. Her buds are definitely packing on more weight now. Flower time for her is 55 days so it almost time for chop chop. Probably start flushing around day 50.

F29 beginning of 4th week of flowering SD3 - initially sweet orange then engine grease SD2 - initially sharp vaseline then engine grease mixed with kerosine.I personally like SD2 more. Even with the stunted growth. SD3 is getting yellow from the bottom and i dont know what to do. I had thrips so i sprinkled diatomaceus earth on top of the soil and rubbed some on the fan leaves and stems. Sorry for the reddish pics
