2/5 is insanely big for day 35. It has many shoots and im debating whether or not i should lollipop this plant, what do you guys reckon? Flowering mode has really begun this week, extra shoot production stopped and more and more pistils are forming. The stretching has also stopped. I really think topping is the way to go for these genetics, with this short veg time. Or my LST is just bad and i should do it differently. Still watering 3L of water every 2/3 days. Let's see those buds form😍. Way to go RQS for this record holding autoflowering seed to harvest time.

Day 18 of flowering,fed(top dressed) 1/3 cup bud swell watered in with veganic special sauce,soil soaked up3/4 of a gallon before any runoff. Update 2/24/ 2018 Defoliation would have better results next Grow.!

I cleaned out the reservoir and switched from Veg to Bloom nutrients on day 36. My 35% Hydrogen Peroxide arrived, and that definitely makes a difference with keeping the reservoir cleaner longer, although I am still cleaning it maybe every 10 days or so, just a quick 2 min scrub with bleach/water, and then i run it through the pump and lines as well, then run plain water through it before hooking it all back up. The ONLY water I have used from my well this grow has been to clean my reservoir, everything else has come from my dehumidifer. I am now using some Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, AND some Liquid Kool Bloom. I am running an EC of about 1450. My runoff from Coco is coming in around 1490 EC. Not seeing any issues with the ladies, just worried I may have waited a little too long to switch from Veg to Bloom Nutes, although I was adding about 25% Bloom for the past week or so. I guess we will see here soon if she gets some bigger flowers. Thanks for checking me out, and Blaze On!

Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Can’t wait to see what we do this week ! Hopefully you all enjoy, and are ready for another great productive week ! The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

12/14/20 Today is Day 1 of veg but day 8 of life. For nutrient measurements, I will be using (ml/gal) as (g/gal) I have the light on 24/0 but will be switching to 18/6 when they are at a good size. Noticed a little burn on #4 and starting on #2 so I flushed substrate at 140ppm cropsalt veg a&b. Nutes: Veg A: 0.382g/gal Veg B: 0.257g/gal PPM: 140 Water temp: 64°F pH: 6.0 12/15/20 I elevated the light to be 10in-11in away from the surface of the leaves. I also added a heater to keep temps steady day n night. Plants are really taking off now and i decided to switch 12/12 yesterday. They have been super-cropped in the final veg week. Knuckles are forming on the stems as the lower nodes spurt upwards, cannabis is known for stretching most shortly after the switch. Most strains will remain growing a few weeks more before actual P-K uptake.
