Journal de culture - Semaine 3 de croissance La plante a bien repris sa vigueur cette semaine, développant une belle masse racinaire, ce qui est très encourageant. Elle continue de se développer et je m’efforce de la maintenir la plus basse possible en utilisant des techniques de Low Stress Training. J’ai essayé le pinching, qui consiste à pincer légèrement les extrémités des branches pour les courber. Cela permet de rediriger les hormones de croissance vers les parties inférieures, ce qui maximise le développement des pousses. J’ai également effectué une légère défoliation en enlevant quelques grandes feuilles superflues. Pour le reste, je surveille principalement le pH. J’essaie de le maintenir autour de 5.8, mais avec les tampons présents dans les produits Terra Aquatica, il remonte régulièrement à 6.2. Je me demande si ce pH légèrement élevé pourrait être à l’origine d’un problème de coloration des feuilles, car la plante semble présenter une légère carence malgré la présence de tous les nutriments nécessaires. Je fais attention à ne pas ajouter trop d’acide afin de ne pas surcharger la solution nutritive. Globalement, la plante est en bonne santé et continue de bien évoluer. Je pense passer en floraison d’ici une ou deux semaines maximum. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une variété Jack Herer, qui a tendance à beaucoup s’étirer en floraison, je préfère la maintenir encore un peu en croissance pour travailler tranquillement avec les techniques de Low Stress Training et la défoliation. On verra son évolution la semaine prochaine ! 🇺🇸 Grow Diary - Week 3 of Veg The plant has regained its vigor this week, developing a strong root mass, which is great. It keeps growing, and I’m trying to keep it as low as possible using Low Stress Training techniques. I’ve been trying pinching, which involves lightly pinching the tips of the branches to bend them. This redirects the growth hormones to the lower parts, maximizing the development of new shoots. I’ve also done a bit of light defoliation by removing some large, unnecessary leaves. Other than that, I’m mainly monitoring the pH. I’m trying to keep it as close to 5.8 as possible, but the buffers in the Terra Aquatica products keep raising it to 6.2. I’m wondering if this slightly higher pH might be causing some discoloration on the leaves—it feels like a deficiency, even though all the necessary nutrients are present. I’m cautious about adding too much acid to avoid overloading the nutrient solution. Overall, the plant is healthy and continues to grow well. I’m thinking about switching to flowering in a week or two at most. Since this is a Jack Herer strain, which tends to stretch a lot during flowering, I want to keep it in veg a bit longer while working with Low Stress Training and defoliation. D85/FD57 - As per last weeks update, no real change in the SCP. Pistils peaching up so ripening beginning. The Cull of the Cookies has brought down the humidity by 10-15% in the tent so hopefully that will lend itself to saving these girls from "The Cheese"!!! Couple of really decent colas in there so I would be heartbroken binning bud like I did with the cookies!!! With the work last night culling the Cookies, I was lazy tonight, just did an add back (Didnt clean the ilma out like I do every week). Put in at normal ratio's but as the base water was EC0.7 (Rather than 0.2), the same recipe took me up to 1.5 (I should have adjusted but seeing as I dont know whats out, i'd rather give enough of whats needed and just dilute through the week (even if daily!!!). Expecting water consumption to drop now with the cookies halved in size and now just waiting on the ripening! Anyway, happy growing all!!! 💪

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Girls feel fine

This is by far the largest indoor plant I have ever had!! I'm super excited. And because I am so convinced of Hydro, I bought an RDWC system. This will be used in the next grow The PH always rises to 6.2, I bring it down to 5.8 every 48 hours Otherwise it really just keeps growing. It takes significantly longer than Dutch Passion stated. It also doesn't get 20H light but "only" 12H. I think these are the last days of the flowering phase. I slowly shut down the EC. It will also sometimes be below 16 degrees. I am very excited to harvest this plant!

The struggle is real for her but she is pressing on. Not much growth this week but I look forward with a positive mind.

SUNDAY 6/23: I floated a single Zkittlez bean today to try in my Summer outdoor grow. Once it sprouts I'll sprinkle it with great white and plant it in a rockwool cube. Once I see a good amount of roots sticking out I'll sprinkle the roots with mycotrex and plant it in a 3 gallon pot that's already prepared with startrex and silicium. I'm also gonna be using biotabs, orgatrex, bactrex, mycotrex, boom boom spray, PK booster compost tee, bud candy, and terpinator in this grow. I've got a new outdoor faucet timer that I'll have run a soaker hose for 10 minutes at a time, several times per day through the hottest part of the Summer. (105f-110f), and she will be located in a fairly shady spot,. Hopefully baked Zkittlez are as good as the regular kind...😁 MONDAY: I figured what the hell and floated a second Zkittlez bean today...I've got the space, and I really like candy... TUESDAY: The first one sprouted into an inch-long seedling overnight, so I dipped the taproot into Great White, and put some more down the hole before planting it. The second one sunk. For stealth purposes, simplicity in transfer, and to give the seedlings an advantage, I've decided to transfer the rockwool-cubed seedlings from the dome to some 6" pots (1/2 gallon) that I've prepared with startrex and silicium flash. I'll grow the seedlings under my 2000w blurple light for a couple of weeks before taking them outside. I should be able to carry all of them in a big box out to the site without injuring them. This will give me time to start sneaking the big pots out to the site. I'll pre-mix the startrex and silicium flash on-site and add the mycrotrex when I transplant them to the 3 gallon pots and give them a good douching with bactrex and orgatrex to get them started well. My soil has been recharging for several months with tons of good stuff added (earthworm castings, bat guano, azomite, biochar, bokashi, nectar for the godz one-shot and myco), plus I'll be growing them with the biotabs line of products, so they will have a good chance. I figure that I'll probably fix up their first batch of PK booster compost tea right away and douche them with it in their first week outdoors. Every little thing I can do to help them strengthen for the oncoming heat they'll experience...probably some extra kelp too... FRIDAY: Still only one of them has emerged, but it looks good so far. FRIDAY 7/5: Still just the one..giving up on the other. Week 2 begins Sunday.

next time i have to veg more then 4 weeks to increase yield. it finishes quickly and big yield for the short veg time. im also very happy with the optic 4 wich made the buds dense from top to bottom. i might upgrade to cocos or hydro next grow, or maybe both ;)

Very happy with how this lady has performed, amazing quality buds, very sticky and dense flower with a concrete smell that I love so much, which is that kind of fruity sweet flavor that this lady is able to produce, it's been a beautiful journey, I'm gonna enjoy a lot this flowers. Very recomended guys!

Heavy defoliation under the canopy and then a couple of days recovery time before I stripped the big fan leaves from above the canopy to prevent the bud sites getting shaded out. Nice airy open canopy now. With this strain in particular you cant take the defoliation to far especially under the LED it seems, tons of growth happening under the LED's really impressed so far. If the buds grow with the same vigour as the vegetation then I am in for a personal best this run.
