Welcome to Friday- Start of week 4 veg. Today I adjusted the ph in the reservoirs from 6.3 to 6.0. Ppm under 800 so no added water. Damaged leaf seems to be from a magnesium deficiency, so I’m foliar feeding and bottom feeding with a mixture of CalMag. Doesn’t seem to be getting worse. My foliar feed consists of 5ml/g of CalMag, 30ml/g of seaweed extract, ro water and ph’d to 6.0. Daily Light Integral at 35. Lamp is 18 inches above and dimmed. Extra scrog net has been purchased in case I decide to run two levels of screens. Lowered the SCROG screen and wove branches laterally to encourage filling up the screen. Saturday: raised the lamp by 2” to 18” above the tops. Adjusted dimmer targeting a 30 DLI. -Checked nutrient reservoirs and ph is 6.2 and ppm at 780. Added .5ml of ph down to each reservoir to bring reservoir ph down to 5.9. Not topping off today. -Foliar fed at lights off, also sprayed for bugs using Captain Jacks. Sunday: defoliated below the screen and removed inward facing fan leaves that were blocking bud sites. Lowered ph in reservoirs from 6.4 to 6.0. Adjusted fans so they run faster under higher temperatures. Monday: REPLACED NUTRIENT SOLUTION. First replacement in two weeks. New solution ml/g is Micro (6), Bloom (9), seaweed (30), 3% hydrogen peroxide (10) CalMag (3). 6.1 ph and 1200 ppm. Drained reservoirs and added new mixture. Added RO water to drop total ppm below 900.Plant looking good. Tuesday: scrog net canopy filling in. Supercropped a few branches and wove branches under nets. Switched all lighting to 12/12 for flower, so tomorrow will be the first week of “flower” as I post here.

Day 9 above soil: The Dreamgirls have been slow and steady this week but at least steady.lol They are the smallest of the strains in general size and there is a noticeable difference. They are not concerning me at all just a lot smaller at this stage. All the factors are identical within the crop so I am sure they will take off soon enough. They had a small feed today too so hopefully will start fattening out

The white residue is from Epsom salt foliar spray... Hydroponic buds (Banana Daddy) are getting noticeably denser than soil (Pluto Runtz)

now we wait for the enlargement of buds ... the plant has remained low and compact ...... the branches and the trunk are very resistant and hard, unfortunately it has yielded a thread that held it and the plant has grown a bit ' strange, but the scent is not at all .... I think the plant will give me definitely less than what I'm used to (over 50 gr)

Accidentally "topped" her by hard LST... Way she goes. I top dressed this week with 50/50 Gaia green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4... 😊😊 Things seem to be looking great! Can't wait for flower to come on hard!

Dear diary, Week 7 has brought us closer to flower. Despite some variations in their development, they continue to progress steadily. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 46: Provided a feeding session with a nutrient strength of 1.64ms and a pH level of 5.7. After tying down the tops yesterday, the plants exhibited upward growth again. To maintain uniformity, I re-tied down G.C #2, allowing the other plants to catch up in length. ⏰ Day 47: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.6. This also is the day that marks the final topping session, bringing the total number of tops to 16 for each plant. The plants have responded well to the previous training, and I'm eager to observe their continued growth with the mainlining technique. ⏰ Day 48: I provided the plants with a feeding containing a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.7. ⏰ Day 49: During the evening feeding session, I maintained a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.6. Additionally, I removed another set of fan leaves to optimize light distribution among the tops. ⏰ Day 50: The plants received a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and a pH level of 5.8 ⏰ Day 51: During the evening feeding session I provided the plants with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. ⏰ Day 52: Administered a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. To ensure optimal light exposure for all the tops, I removed the last set of old fan leaves and did some more low-stress training on G.C #2 and minor adjustments on #3 to align their heights more closely with the other plants in the tent.

Both plants are looking good. Trichomes still not completely cloudy but giving nothing but PH water so that as soon as trichomes are right they can be harvested.

OBJECTIVE -Same nutrients /pH last week SUBJECTIVE -Adding 3-5 gallons daily -PPM Increasing? CONVERSATION Coming down to our last couple weeks, some amber trichomes forming on the leaves. Some branches have such heavy buds they're starting to fall over and require support. Every week we think they'll stop getting bigger but they prove us wrong everytime. The mutant plant has the largest buds but is developing the trichomes the slowest so far. Hopefully well reach 3lbs.

No problems to report this week. Gelato smelling amazing. Strong frosty bud growth in all strains. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks of development.

Lots of bloom spots are popping up everywhere! The smell is getting intense. Smells like lemons/citrus fruits, very sour but earthy. Day 36 preflower stage, should see buds forming within the next several days or so. WE ARE AT WAR!!!! Applied a pouch of nematodes to every pot to kill the fungus gnat at its larval stage. Which has been gnawing on my roots! Increased the sticky traps to trap the flying f*<|{£rs. Will reapply more nematodes in 10 days to kill the next generation. Then hopefully that’ll be all! Don’t overwater folks. Fungus gnats suck! Hopefully last hiccup of the grow. Cheers everyone. Good luck on your grows. Day 41 and I’d say we’re officially in flower. Seein those hairs real good now. We’re still experiencing a rather annoying fungus gnat infestation which has really stunted these ladies. This is entirely my own doing by more than likely overwatering them, creating the problem. Sighs… lower stems grew considerably, which has me optimistic as to the potential yield. I won’t know till stretch is over to gauge my yield. Hopefully Fastbuds amazing genetics can help me fix my f up. 🤞 Day 45 and were on our second round of treatment with nematode packs. I have moved the grow lights up substantially as to hopefully help with the discoloration of my leaves. I believe it to be light stress from the lightening around the edges and some brown tips. Some of them are curled upwards so thst could also be nutrient burn. I have asked a question about it to hopefully get the help of someone more experienced than iam. Good luck growing my friends🍻 Day 48 I ripped open my nematodes packs and mixed in the first couple inches. The top few inches of soil are now aerated better. Hopefully things will improve. Seem to look better since I moved the light up. Stretch ladies… stretch watering at 6.0 to hopefully lower the ph of my girls. I could do the viniger method? Or sulfur. Our sweet lady survived a week of raind and intense wind, the golden rope you see was helping the buds to stay still and to help save branches from breaking. The lady is super sugary and sticky right now, but the buds seem like they are not gonna thicken more than that. This plant has been stressed multiple times during her lifetime, from broken branches to light overdose, she has been kept away from direct sunlight since than, so this is the cause we attribute to this slower growth. Our biggest doubt is about harvest time. The buds do not seem big at all, but they look very orange and the breed's harvest is said to be in mid October, so we should start flushing! While I think we should wait untill the last week of the month, F. says i's almost time for drying. 😵😲 Looking at some pics of last year's harvest I am afraid this lady is not going to produce as much as we tought, maybe because this is our first experience with so many nutrients. Hope someone can help about harvest and buds overall look 😬😬

The new developing growth is green so everything seems to be going well. I’m gonna give it another week and then I’ll defoliate. So far so good. having a little trouble reversing the wrath rock, candy icy cuts. but I’m not worried. I have backups of the mothers and I have backups of those backups so I’ll definitely still be able to take another shot after seeing the results from this grow ….
