Was going to try and do some LST clips the first week but ended up breaking the main stem of the one of the Critical girls and just said screw it, I’m gonna top then all now. Did a feeding (2 gallons total) of 1-5-1-3 with CalMag and the GH Trio. 12 hours after topping/feeding and they are all recovering nicely. Did a second feeding (2 gallons) of 1-5-1-3 with CalMag and the GH Trio midweek. So far no signs of nutrient lock or burnt tips. Couldn’t get home to do a third feeding. Going to be keeping the girls in veg for another week or two.

Seeds germinated in room temperature water for 36 hours in the dark.Planted today in 3 gal pots with a mix of happy frog and ocean forest soil.Used recharge in the first watering and now I wait for these 9 girls to be born .)

Great start for week 10 did some defoliation,they look so happy and healthy, I had issues with the plants they responded well to LST and defoliation. I make sure to remove some leaves here and there. The most important thing to me me in this stage is to make sure they have perfect airflow.

Hola cultivadores 🌊🌊🏄‍♂️ Una semana más ha pasado para esta chica, su primer semana asomándose a conocer el mundo real, donde los calores le dan duro pero se resiste abrazando al sol, apuntando con sus hojas al cielo. Así la encontré hoy, bajo el domo que usamos para mantener un ambiente húmedo y darle a sus raíces la posibilidad de expandirse entre el aireado sustrato. 💦♻️ El suelo parece estar bastante bien, cada vez que entierro los palillos chinos a partir de unos 4 cm por debajo de la superficie se mantiene húmedo pero no abundante. Sólo recibe 1 litro de agua cada dos días con una dosis de MicroVita®️ y algunas heces de cabra No mucho más que decir, solo que deseo ver ese fenotipo de duckfoot para disfrutarla en mi terraza, donde recibe aprox 7 horas de luz directa y otras 8 indirectamente. Intentaré no alimentar con minerales hasta la cuarta semana de floración ya que he planificado el sustrato 🤞🌱 Smokin' love Un saludo grande a esos seres que siempre están por ahí, haciendo crecer el mundo!

Pretty happy with progress so far , Running a ph of 6.5 and running bio diesel nutes everything seems to be in sink so far so happy with progress .Any advise and tips on growing autos much appreciated .

Not sure why the other seeds didn’t germinate. One of the other Bananacane’s started to but died off upon sprouting

Day 28 update: I think the light was too close to the plant, so I increased the distance to 50cm. It should help with the stretch of lower branches. Then I switched to Advanced Nutrients feed chart, adding 4ml/L of A+B formula and 2ml/L of other additives (for every liter in the reservoir). This made the ppm go crazy. Let’s see what happens, but I don’t like these unclear instructions. Ph Perfect keeps the ph stable for just a few hours, and they don’t say anything about ppm. Bad! Day 30 update: LST session + defoliation on fan leaves that were hiding lower branches. Day 32 update: transplanted to her final 20L AirPot (from a 5L one)! Added some michorrizhae as well where I placed the plant. Since I got a bigger pot, now it’s 250ml of solution every hour, instead of the previous 125ml. Day 34 update: immediately stopped using Advanced Nutrients feed chart (from their calculator) because I had that crazy 3100 ppm in the reservoir and noticed a small sign of overfeeding on a leaf in the top. I removed part of the solution and added tap water back until I got about 800 ppm. NOT HAPPY! Day 35: LST! Again

12/12/24 Short Facts: Watered: 1 x 2.4L, 1 x 2.5L, 1 x 2.5L — Total: 7.4L VPD @ 1.4 Light @ 70% (~700 to 950 PPFD) Stopped watering with fertilizers, only water, CalMag and Silicia Force --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve stopped watering with fertilizer because I’m planning to harvest her in the coming days. You can already see that she’s slowly dying. I hope she’ll put all her remaining energy into her flowers in these final days. I’m going to dry her, but only because there’s a new method I want to try. You can now place the harvested buds into a special plastic bag immediately after harvest. These bags are designed to let water out while preserving the terpenes almost completely intact. One of the German grow shops selling these bags tested different samples in a lab, and the results seem to support their claims. If it works, great! If not and the harvest ends up molding, I don’t mind. 98% of the harvest will already have to be trashed due to the legal limit.

Nov. 5 - start of week 6 and she’s Bushn like mad! The fim hasn’t developed as expected at the top growth tip but the undergrowth has sprung up markedly after some selective defo. She’s lookn great and should have some more photos and video up in the next couple days. She’s bursting out now and just trying to keep the growth height in check with her kush neighbour (cough - won’t happen and my money’s on the kush😉). Nov. 10 update - she’s still bushy as hell. Trimmed a fan leaf to uncover another tip, pulled down and spread out the others including the main stem. Keeping with the 3:1 nute vs. Calmag regimen and no signs of burn at all. LOOKn good!👍 Background This one is gonna be fimmed out and defo’d as a comparative to its manifolded kush sister. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft).
