Good week for this lovely lady. Her color has improved immensely and she's almost caught up in size to the Blueberry. Since they're settled in I took away the support hoops and will pack up the row cover. Yet again I think it did a fabulous job reducing stress from transplanting. I also added in some Calendula plants yesterday afternoon as they make good companions. It's gonna be a straight up partay in this garden bed😜 Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

There isn't much more to say about this fantastic strain. Hardy, easy to clone, quick to flower and absolutely delicious in every respect. It resists well to high temperatures, "accidental" over fertilization, and recovers soon after a period of drought. Easy and fast.

Well, after 6 weeks of veg and 1 week of flower, things are looking great! Gave them an extra boost of both bloom and veg to get them into stretch and bloom formation. Next feeding will concentrate more on bloom. Lowered temperatures by 5 degrees all round. It's now 25°-27°C throughout the day and down to 23° at night. Hoping to lower the temperature to 18° during the last week to bring any colours out.

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow! Please revisit to see full week content😊 Thank you all for such amazing support 😊🤗💜 So far everything is going great. No issues at all. Both girls started preflower on Tuesday and already I can see that they started stretching nicely. Scrog net will be installed by the end of this week. Week 5 13-19 Nov. 13/11 day 36 First runoff experience for girls. Loaded both pots with approx. 2.5 ltr each in 4 stages of 500-700ml. Runoff 100-150ml from each. Runoff PH 5.9. Nutrients for this watering were same as on previous week and added only calmag. Next watering possibly Friday but with new measurements. 14/11 day 37 Both 🍌💜👊 girls started preflower on same day. Xena is catching up quick to her larger sister and possibly soon they will be sharing this growing space 50/50 15-16/11 days 38-39 Just happy and healthy days 😁 nice steady growth. 17/11 day 40 Second watering for this week. 5.5l beetwen both. Runoff Ph 6.1 19/11 day 42 Most busiest day so far. Both girls got very bushy in last few days and they stretched enough to install scrog net. Before installing net applied selective defoliation on both girls. 8-10 fan leaves from each. It's the end of this amazing week 😁 Thank you all again for such a great support 🤗✌️💚

Fifth week of flowering

I got there new drip system installed, I took a video of it finishing out 3 gallons to the 6. They are all very healthy and growing really fast. It has been hot but they are absolutely unphased. I just have to water just about every day. I'm letting them feed off the soil and only giving them enhancers. Hopefully I'm laying the foundation for a big harvest. I will be starting them on Sensi Bloom A and B at small dose soon. One of my White Widow XXL Autos died so that opened a spot for an extra IB. Shes just getting above ground and no issues to report.

So far so fantastic for these little girls, they are well on their way and have had a great week. Our White Russian is in beautiful form, her growth is tight and though she is small there is much going on. Fractal is a tiny girl but she is stunning, this one is taking her time but she is in a groove. As for the Opium, she is healthy, happy, and ready to grow on.

3/11/2024: Start to week 7 flower. She is getting close to being done. Most of the pistols have turned orange, and the tricomes are getting mainly cloudy. Plan to give her another week or two in hopes she will swell a bit

This week will be day 56 on a very good grow. The girls seems to be happy in their environment . Both plant are growing at a fast rate . But the Power plant fem have been growing taller with no real pistol showing . The strawberry banana auto seems to grow wider. And is in an early flowering stage Still have some small amount of yellowing of leaf 🍁 tips on both plants nothing major . The strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 auto has a glorious smell coming from it now mmhmm it’s also not the same smell twice 🤷‍♂️ but it smells great . No major issue so far the girls seem to be going strong 💪 . Also been doing some light defoliating of fan leaves I may top the power plant she’s getting to tall . May need to do more defoliating on the strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 auto since the buds are coming in a lot more rapidly.

A-Day 95, B&C-Day 91🌱😎💨 A-was watching her closely this week. All tricomes were cloudy, with about 10% amber by Saturday. She is getting the chop! B-she has stacked some weight on this week! Her ring of buds around the pot have thickened up quite a bit. Her tricomes are mostly cloudy, some amber. She has some nice purples, and the leaves have just started to fade like A did. Clear signs she is nearing her short auto lifespan🤗 C-there are still some clear tricomes, maybe 10-15%, but most are cloudy, and about 5% are amber coloured, or on their way. I have been drastically reducing the nutrients, not entirely but close. Bringing it down to just PH’d water. I will be harvesting A, and then giving B and C a little more time. I have been setting up my new tent this past week, made some orders on Valentine’s Day with Spider Farmer! Got a great deal on an upgraded version of the SF4000, and 6”in-line/digital humidity and temperature controlled fan. Fan is here but light is still on the way 😢

20 неделя (8 неделя цветения) подошла к концу. Практически всю неделю поливал только чистой водой. Соответственно на листьях вылезла нехватка кальция, калия и фосфора. По листу большего ничего не даю. Снизил вчера на осушителе настройки, теперь на 35% влажность поставил. За последние сутки прямо много забирает влаги. 16 литров за день! Растения пить стали меньше, перевел их на дозировку по 1 литру в день на клон и на мать 3 литра. Но вот с пониженной влажностью стало заметно почва быстрее высыхать, сегодня стал лить снова 1,5 литра на клон и 4 литра на мать. Запах еще стал сильнее, но все в пределах нормы. Что-то похожее на сладкую вишневую-черничную жевачку. Трихомы через микроскоп 60х уже молочные. Вероятно следующая неделя будет последней. Даже по листьям видно, начали опускать их, они стали тоньше из-за нехватки элементов и светлее. Набухание шишек прекратилось, только постепенно темнеют стигмы. Некоторые нижние ветки под тяжестью тоже упали или согнулись, закрепить их уже гораздо сложнее. Решил не трогать, пусть так дозреют. Вот так поливаю в палатке, пластиковая трубка с воронкой, аккуратно подносишь между листьев до горшка и льешь )) После полива влажность повышается примерно на 1-2 часа. Потом осушитель выравнивает в сторону 35%. Стараюсь поливать раньше, чтобы к ночи уже испарения воды было меньше. Стало холоднее и теперь ночью у меня около 22 градусов! Днем 27-28.

Yesterday I discovered that, in order to change my timer, I didn't put the clock back onto it. Now they had 3 hours more light on the third day of flowering. Exactly the kind of oopsies this grow really doesn't need. But it happened and all back on a normal schedule, but I hope the OHS en GG4 aren't affected by it too much... One accidental re-vegging is more than enough for a year. Also, these sensitive strains can hermie on me for lesser reasons so from now on I'll be checking for male signs daily. The XTraKush is performing as advertised, with enormous stretch, these plants can go 10 ft up according to the breeder. So I'm tying them down and managing this to fill out the space. With all the stuff going on, this 'underdog' strain might even prove most resilient, when all is said and done. They seem to respond really well to the SP-3000 light and If you are in the market for a new light, consider this option from Mars Hydro.
