The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. I am now flushing her with plain Brita filtered water PH'd with lime juice to lower her PH. I initially first flushed her with 42L of water and now I am flushing her once a day for 8 days and then I will put her in for darkness for 3 days and then I will harvest her and dry her for 9 days and then cure her for 28-48 days.

Buds continue to fatten and the smell is beautiful. Red pistils are starting to show from bottom buds. Some leaves are starting to get pale green. They are listening to Nirvana and Fugazi.

Start of week 10 and today I have noticed that she is looking a bit droopy so not sure what's happening ? I water her every other day woth roughly 1 to 1.5 litres and always check to make sure its dry before I go for the next round of watering, she has been lovely and healthy up to this point and 100% sure this is a photo not a auto so maybe thst might be the issue and she is crying out to be flipped on lights ?? Any suggestions welcome 😊

Moving pass the transition a little more this week and slowly switching to bud development. The feeding has been holding up and I've decided to top dress and just let them ride out on what they have available in the medium.

07/02/2019 Calyxs swelling and new pistils popping out everywhere smell is sweet candyish like not floral, and some feulienes as well.some leaves fading and defoiliating as needed. Did reservoir change and added overdrive, I will use week 5 and week 6, and then taper off on nutes week 7, 8, and flush on week 9 and then compare to my last harvest see if I did better. So this is a good experiment, lets see indoors how she will compare. —GERMINATION— My germination process always start by scarifying the seeds, i created a little tool for that. I just a little container with sandpaper walls. Shake gently for about 60 secs+, this allows for the water to penetrate better in the seed shell, once you soak. Then i soak overnight from 12 to 20 hours max. From there i either plant straight or use the paper towel method to see the tap root before. If you are a bit on the impatient side seen the tap root is advisable so you see some movement before planting. Lol! —ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS . QUICK ONE . INFO — Chose this strain because is basic and I have to travel for a month soon, and someone else is going to take care for this time. :) Most of our autoflowering feminized strains are easy to grow. Into week 8 - I think I've managed to time these well... yes, they've had 40C+ temps - but only in the really final weeks and I bunched them towards the wall so they got more shade and less of the infernal sunshine. Sometimes you can have too much of a good thing... the heat is good but it sends them crazy and stunts their growth really badly. Feed schedule is mostly the same except in the last 10 days I've skipped the feed on 2 nights because I wanted to make sure they've extracted all they can from the soil/water/nutrients. It's also a bit of an experiment to see if it pushed the calyxes to swell a (little) bit more? I've got some photos running alongside these and I might make a diary for them as well. The very last plant in the video above is the Sweet Seeds "Gorilla Girl XL" - amazing colours that the camera can't pick up properly. My pick of the bunch aesthetically, she exploded beautifully. The very first plant is the Barney's "Gorilla Glue" auto - this and one of the "Sweet Mimosa XL's" seem to be a week slower than the others. Still a lot more furry than finished :)

Hey yall! Thanks for tuning in this week. Had a great look under the microscope of my soil, I just ordered a camera for my scope so next week look forward to seeing and identifying some beneficial microbiology! Another round of compost tea, I added Kiwi 🥝 😋 Fermented Juice, to this round of tea. Also adding food for the bacteria (simple sugars) and for the fungi (complex carbs). I suggest using diverse food for increased biodiversity. The mycelium network is really established at this point. Which is why I highly recommend to keep reusing your soil, and the larger the pot size the better. I am in 10 gallons for now. Once I move into our house will be into living beds, 100 gallon + If you can't be in a bed, use 25 gallon. You will benefit in time. So at this point only using inputs I have made from organically grown plants, mostly grown in house. Anything else was wildcrafted, sustainably, so if I take something from nature I am replacing it with something else. Balance in all things. Added the fruit for pushing the flowers. Pistol hairs are growing. This strain is a sativa dominant, and thus my flowers are not as compact and "looser" than indica dominant strains I have always grown. Review on this sativa dominant cultivar is: harder to grow than most strains, longer flowering time is also a pain while increasing my costs with more days with the lights on. Getting COAs on the finished flowers and I will post on here, I am hoping for higher levels of THCv, let's get into the rare cannabinoids and higher terpenes!

I take it, my decision to defoliate before departing was the wisest thing to do, My Baby has grown and producing healthy buds. My efforts of LST have giving me 3stems which I would love to see it’s fruition, it got that classic Cheesy aroma that Lamb Breath is known for… my greenhouse has truly put impressed me, I thought I would not have vertical growth due not have a lot of air flow, but she grew, and now it’s flowering for 5 weeks now! I expect to harvest end of SEPTEMBER, cannot wait to taste the rainbow, I have not grown anything this good and pungent, this cycle is truly successful as things head to harvest.

Week 17

08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower It’s day 65 out of stated 64. We’re done? Nah lol. Trichs don’t agree, or didn’t a couple days ago. I’ll be checking them again today, but my guess is still a week or so to go. Nothing to update on really other than we’re going water only now and decreased light intensity to about 55%. Will update if anything changes. Update: 09/03/24. Euphoria is no longer with the living. She was taken last night and is hanging fully in a dark closet at 61/72 with a small fan for air movement. It’s pointed down and not blowing at her. I don’t have a way to wet weigh, I always just give dry weight so no point in doing the harvest update week yet. I will do that when she’s dry and ready to cure.

Día 28 de cultivo y día de trasplante a maceta de tela de 7l. He preparado un sustrato muy ligero a base de turbas, bocashi de pasto, tierra negra reutilizada y humus de lombriz con mucha perlita, vermiculita y zeolita, también arena de rio para mejorar el drenaje y finalmente 12g de arcilla caolín e Illita para mejorar el intercambio catiónico. Con respecto a los minerales en este cultivo los voy a añadir paulatinamente como aporte en superficie, los Microorganismos se encargarán de disolverlos y de esta manera añadiré el mineral según la etapa de cultivo. La plántula ha llegado con un buen cepellón de raíces, antes del trasplante he añadido auxinas en polvo en superficie, después he regado profusamente con agua de lluvia, miel y Microorganismos De Montaña Activados MMA, de esta manera con el sustrato húmedo el cepellón sale sin desmoronarse, además, la humedad pasará al sustrato circundante al cepellón por capilaridad, finalmente he regado por los bordes de la maceta con 500ml de solución. Como la plántula llegó con un tallo bastante alto, he enterrado parte de él, y para estimular el crecimiento de raíces adventicias he humedecido el tallo y espolvoreado mis auxinas caseras de frijol negro. A partir de ahora esperaré al menos 2 semanas para pasar la planta a floración, tengo curiosidad por ver la evolución de esta semilla polizón que encontré junto a otras tres en los cogollos de mi anterior cosecha.
