Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. CRAZY NIGHT (Continued) And not only is Frontdesk girl steaming mad that NX hit it and quit it (apparently she was looking to make him breakfast and then introduce himn to the family!!!), she brought along her rather large brother! Frontdeskgirl sees the Stephanies, they see her, large brother see NX's eyes and everyone puts 2 and 2 together. Stphanie 1 was the first to smack NX accross the face, followed by S2 with a kick to the shin, more from S1, S2 with the assist, NX starts hobbling away. But no! Now Frontdesk girl has made it to the group and shes swinging at EVERYONE!!!! Luckily myself and the others in our group were safely out of arms reach and were able to witness this spectacle alongside the curious morning Montreal onlookers. The stephas start fighting back with FDG, and the brother starts to chase my brother!!! Now in most situations, my brother would get backup, bit there was just too muych going on to watch, the big dude obviously had a bum knee, and my bro had a head start and an athletic build. So, there we were, bags dumped outside the hotel, a classy fight on the sidewalk in front of us, my brother running away into the sunrise, and a whole day of events planned. I picked up my shit, my bros shit, my buddies did the same, and we noped the fuck out of there., leaving the girls to figure that shit out themselves. Never saw the Stephanies again. To this day they could still be in Montreal, who knows. My bro is still alive, and I will never know what happened to Frontdeskgirl. DIARY STUFF CHOPPED IT!!! Its huge, it stinks, and I cant wait to show you the harvest and cure photos. Im a big fan of this strain, and I hope it makes it to the FB roster!!!! It is 8 weeks in now . This colas are packing up some weights , but i'm not so happy about the density of the bud , they seem very airy to me .This might happen because the pheno looks so Sativa dominant . Everything seems fine but i still can't really wrap my head around the nute burn . I tried lowering my nute concentration ( 800 ppm ) but she doesn't seem to be happy anyways . The ppm in the reservoir still kicks up as high as 1800ppm and the ph drops to 5.3 - 5.5 . So this week i flushed her and going to feed her at 500ppm . This is so weird because she is so huge i thought she would appreciate lots of feeding but she hates the nute. She continue drinking 3-4 L of water per day but as i stated the ppm in the reservoir is so high , so i can conclude that she doesn't want to take in the food i'm feeding to her . I don't see crazy amount of trichomes but i wouldn't complain since this is my first grow . The trichs are turning more milky and some of the colas hairs are browning .I expect her to be flowering for at least 2 - 3 weeks before harvesting .

### Day 22 ### Jeej, the last week of vege! She looks to respond pretty well to the LST, I see nice new growth everywhere. She is also very dence as shown in the video up above. I hope she will get a mayor stretch when starting to flower. I'm already very proud of how this little plant is turning out. 😁🌱 Also ordered some biobizz top max and bio heaven to boost flowering when it happens. ### Day 23 ### Decided to add more LST, a lot more LST (like 7 wires extra in addition to the 2 initial ones)! 😂 Was a little hard because of the density, but it worked out. I think only one budsight does not have access to direct light. I just could not get it in the right place, oh well, there looks to be enough others 😋. Hope she is not stressed too much, some of the bends are pretty hard, but she is still flexible. After reviewing the photos again I realized that I'm growing her in kind of a spiral. ### Day 24 ### Started the day by tucking the bigger leafs underneath the small ones who need more light. She looks happier now! Also watered her 0.6l with nutrients, the soil was becoming pretty dry and it was 3 days ago since her last watering. ### Day 25 ### Pretty uneventful day. She is still liking the LST, like a lot! Readjusted the LST and tucked the bigger leaves under. There is only one part of new growth I'm concerned about! It is in the middle of the top view picture, so it is from a few nodes before, but looks terrible in comparison to the rest of the plant. Like it was eaten by something. Hopefully she will rebound from this. ### Day 26 ### I put some cardboard in a V shape in front of the intake fan to defuse the airflow more. Now the new growth that had problems yesterday looks a little better, the brown red-ish is fading away. Windburn is a real thing apparently 😲 Did a lot of LST again today, trying to stay ahead of the growth. ### Day 28 ### The last day of week 4. Did some more heavy LST to make sure all potential budsights get enough light. The growth that was struggling a few days ago is doing a lot better and seems to be recovering.

This is covered with trichomes smell nice and looks verry happy starting to stacking on those buds now colas looks like sativa spears not long now few more weeks

Melon Gum is not doing so good. I got root rot and she is struggling to finish. It's summer here and really hot. It's hard to keep water temps down. She will likely finish. Just not in all she could do. With a mix of stress about nutrients and drops she can recover... seems that after changing to a MarsHydro 120w change a lot and after 4 dsys she love it

Week5 The week is over and all looks fine. Both ladies are preparing to bloom and are growing. Orange Sherbet is now 28 cm tall. Bruce Banner has caught up a lot this week and is at 25 cm. For 1 liter of water there was 0.5 ml of silicate;; 0.5 ml of Calmag;; 2 ml of BioNova BN-Zym, 2 ml of BioNova TheMissingLink;; 2 ml of BioNova Auto complete fertilizer and 1 ml of 100% organic algae juice. Ph 6.0-6.3 23°C

Last watering before 8 Vaca. End of April should be peak harvest time

So flushed for a week now and harvested all but one plant! Personally think I timed harvest time on a few plants wrong as they seem quite dark! Also picking at fan leaves very late on certainly didn’t help on two of the plants but overall for my first grow quite pleasing but know a lot can be improved on for my next grow! Personally also added canna pk13/14 to late into flowering time Harvest 2 x sensi skunk fem 1 x auto gsc 1 x auto bcn Remaining sensi skunk plant is currently in darkness for 72 hours before being harvested!

In dieser Woche habe ich Hesi Coco auf 4ml/l erhöht. Dazu kam das erste mal PK13/14 mit der Minimalmenge. Die Pflanzen vertragen es gut und treiben die Buds gut aus. Morgen werden sie zum ersten mal geflusht. Vorher lasse ich Sie komplett austrocknen und habe Sie 3 Tage nicht gefüttert. Die Temperatur und RLF waren in der ganzen Woche wie gewünscht. Die Leistung der HID steht aktuell auf 550 Watt. Licht gibt es also mehr als genug. Vor 4 Tagen habe ich Sie erneut hart entlaubt, dies stecken die Ladies gut weg und bilden sehr sehr schnell neue Blätter. Das Wachstum stellt sich langsam ein und die Endhöhe ist ungefähr erreicht. Ein bisschen höher hatten sie wachsen dürfen.... nach Umstellung auf Blüte 12/12 sind die Pflanzen also 300 % gewachsen, dies ist denke ich für eine sativa normal. Die Internodien sind stellenweise weit auseinander, ich hoffe Sie wachsen zu.

Tag 72: Die letzte Blütewoche hat begonnen. Die beiden Pflanzen sehen ganz gut aus, sie riechen auf jedenfalls stark. Der Geruch hält sich lange. Was auf eine gut feuchte in den Blüten schließt aber nicht muffig sondern sehr aromatisch.

Week 26: September 20 2020 - September 26 2020 Great week, no issues, no complaints. Buds are getting fatter and the smell is really starting to come off of them. Fertilized for the last time on Friday and will begin flushing with water until harvest. Blue Dream looks like she can come down now but trichomes are still milky with very little amber. Keeping a close eye on her but I think 2-3 weeks more at most before she's chopped. Girl Scout Cookies is an absolute beast! She got some wild colors from the cold snap last week and she looks awesome. I got some dead leaves I could pull, but they all look awesome with the reds, purples and greens. Buds are dense too! The pictures and videos don't do them justice. The fan leaves have long stems so they're hiding the buds, but if you pull them back, each cola is huge and gets bigger almost daily. Trichomes are starting to come in more heavily, and pistils are just starting to turn red. Purple Kush is starting to put on weight and has really shaped up in the last couple weeks. Surprised she's still so green compared to the purple in Girl Scouts, but it could just be the phenotype. She's definitely the furthest back of the two and may stay out a little longer. Overall, I'm extremely impressed and happy with my results this year. Decent weather in the forecast for the month of October. Looks like we're on the road to a pretty sweet harvest. 2 week update, Really like the way she's stacking nice really dense smelly nugs not foxtailing even though the temps got really high at one point, my og kush is a mess she is massive fat nugs covered in fox tails 😅 had to let her lie down a little as she got way too big for her grow space, been a long haul with this auto but I'm sure the extended grow time is due to the LST, I'm going to check tricombes again in 5 days if everything looks right she will get a nice 10ltr flush and a further 4 days of no liquid 🤞

Once again, we are cruising through week three there’s nothing to do but water one dry and keep their favor bop music playing

Week 7 we can see the beauty behind exotic genetics creation. Strawberry candy terps present heavily at this point.

Overall, the garden is doing great. Had a scare with the WW with letting it dry out a little but it looks like its going to be fine. The pistils are starting to change color and leaves are starting to lose color but the buds are fattening up. I can't wait to see how they all turn out.
