Aug 24: biggest of the four plants this year, and seems to be doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: have been watering in the morning with warmed water and that seems to help. Small kettle takes a while to boil but 2 L in a 5 gallon pail will warm up pretty cold water left out overnight. Lazy compost tea again today. I’ve held off for a couple weeks on the tea thinking that I didn’t want to over do N, but now’s the time for a little tea tuneup. Aug 27: all four plants look happier the day after another lazy compost tea. The yellow on the new growth has been pretty persistent on the Gelato throughout this grow, but she’s notably greener today. Now down to 14 h daylight, and still using the 730 nm far red light every night at dusk. Aug 28: still growing taller. Aug 30: this plant is get quite big for her intentionally smallish 5 gallon pot which will hopefully encourage her to finish faster.

Week 9 Hi everyone 😁 I am very pleased how girls are developing in recent days. Aroma is very fruity and a bit gasy. Sort of riped mango / pineapple. They are so frosty alraady and buds are developing very well. Was little bit worried that last week defoliation may stunt girls too much but really this strain showing no signs of any stress. The way things are looking these girls may be ready for harvest in about 2 weeks😁 Will keep updating progress of this week every couple days. Have a great week everyone 🍀✌️ 18/09 Day 57 Started watering with approx. of 2.5 ltr of solution until runoff per pot and this should last for 2 days. Girls like this magic mixture very much 😁 21/09 Day 60 Cant belive it's only 2 months since planting seeds. Everything is going well. Thankfully no issues at all. Slow develop girl "Nuna" it's way behind the other 2 girls soon to be ladies "Luna" and "Sweet Mary Jane". but I'm glad that I have kept her as her flowers are small but frosty and she will be perfect for some cannabutter or bubble hash. Other 2 girls as all see they are absolutely gorgeous. Buds are gaining weight and that frost OMG love it. Will get some close up pics of trichomes over the weekend. 23/09 Day 62 Still lots of white pistils and currently trichomes level at 2-5% amber and rest are clear and milky. My personal preference for harvest 60-80% amber so will keep feeding with nutrients for few more days and will keep monitoring trichomes before switching to only water. 24/09 Day 63 End of week 9 Not much work this week. All been going great. Buds are now very sticky and they are smelling very fruity sort of lemony, zesty, apples and mangos. Thank you all for all the support, comments and likes. Day 50: Wow these girls are loving their repot. I moved them up to their final 50L pots now so no more disturbing those roots. They were starting to circle just as I re-potted so I think i hit it perfectly . They have been so easy to work with so far and took to their training so well. I am going to begin tying down for their final setting now I have the growth tips and choices of where they go. I am going to strip out a little leaf too and also make sure I take out any potential popcorn larf. FFT1 is certainly the smaller of the group but her squat nature gives her a nice thick stem to hold weight. No issues with her at all. FFT5 sits in the middle for her growth size. She is also looking very healthy and her Mega crop start has given her a beautiful colour on her leaves. She looks sativa in her structure for node distance so I think a stern tie down will be needed to keep her in check. FFT7 is by far the biggest of the group and also has the most actual growth within her. The many heads will need some serious thought as to who goes on to be a champion and who becomes the mulch sacrifice. She has some big fans developing and will need some space to bloom I reckon. Easy week, girls have been doing pretty good. The cronk nutrients are a bit of a learning curve. Very potent stuff, I have been working my way up and am still at 1/2 recommended dose. Noticed some yellowing starting on the bottom leaves, have started to increase nutrient dose, hopefully no burn. VPD has been good, they are just chugging along. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

They have been getting water every two days and that seems to be an issue so I bought an auto watering drip system to install next week. This girl has the biggest comeback outta all of them. Has continued to do well and has responded very well to the topping. Finally some decent growth!! 19cm this week and she got a lot bushier. Not in flowering yet but that's ok, she needs to grow more ideally. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. The air stone clogging up a week and some ago stopped this plant in its tracks when rot set in. Another lesson learned to change air stone mid way in grow. Especially for photoperiods. She still has some bud on her. I switched her to water and she is ripening. She grew well under the Spider Farmer SE5000 light, in a New Level Hydro bucket.
