A Excited Welcome 🏆 I have just added this extra week in my diary as I have so many great photos of my beautiful Watermelon Auto girl from RQS which I must recommend growing as she is a stunner with large buds that smell delicious.😊 This girl is now defently finished and I'm getting ready to chop her down she has gone past and I would recommend giving her a good 10-12 weeks as it's not until late that all her colours and smell comes out. I'm now not watering her for a couple of days then into the dark for another couple of days fortunately she hasn't many leaves to trim she's all bud. I'm sad she's done but excited to smoke. A couple of ladies died through the bad weather conditions in the Netherland in May. (candy Kush, Fat Banana, Green gelato). I learned a wise lesson. Be more patient. Once the seedlings started to sprout I already put them outside. If I just took some more time to let them grow a bit. before I put them in the final destination. This would have saved me a lot of headache.

I wish I would of taken pics of them before I trimmed them up because they were a massive bush!!! At this point im satisfied with the number of potential cola's and size of the branches. I can already see preflowers coming from some of the nodes which is crazy because i've never seen any of plants in history doing this. Its also the first time i've taken veg past 3-4 weeks but mainlining does extend the veg time some. Today i've switched to 12/12 so next week will be the first update of flowering!!! quite excited to finally get to this stage.

Start of week 3 is going very well. Plants look super healthy and have responded well the some LST. Watering every other day and feeding with FoxFarm Big Bloom twice a week.

The plant is thriving as it enters its 11th week of flowering. The buds have developed beautifully, and they’re giving off a sweet, lemony aroma that fills the grow space. It’s a scent that’s both refreshing and promising, making me excited for the final product. At this stage, everything looks great, and I’ve decided to start flushing the plant with clear water only. This should help remove any residual nutrients and ensure a smoother, cleaner smoke. I’m planning to continue flushing for the next one to two weeks before harvesting. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this plant turns out. The buds are dense and sticky, and if the smell is any indication, the end result should be amazing. Can’t wait to see how she finishes!

Week 6 - Transition to Flower (First Bloom Week) The Donutz squad has officially entered the bloom phase, kicking off the first week of flower in style. The upgrade to 7L pots has gone smoothly, and the plants are thriving in their new space. Monday marked the start of the flowering cycle, and everything is set up for an efficient and productive Sea of Green. Setup Adjustments: Canopy Leveling: The taller plants in the front row are left as-is, while the shorter ones in the back have been placed on top of the empty 3.7L pots. This ensures an even canopy for maximum light distribution. Defoliation: Everything under the net that wouldn’t develop into usable bud — based on past experience — has been trimmed away. The focus is now entirely on the top canopy and cola production. Nutrients & Care: Flowering Nutrients: Greenhouse Feeding Bloom is in play, with 30g applied per 7L pot (following the recommended 3-5g per liter). This should carry the plants through the stretch phase and provide a strong start for flower development. Watering: Still cruising with reverse osmosis (RO) water, keeping things clean and steady. Light Intensity: Slowly ramping up the light week by week to avoid shocking the plants, aiming for full intensity once they’ve settled into the flowering phase. Plans for the Stretch & Beyond: A second net is ready to go for after the stretch, ensuring the canopy remains supported and those fat nugs don’t collapse under their own weight. Continued monitoring of canopy height and plant health as they shift their energy into flowering. Observations: The Donutz are responding well to the flowering transition, with no visible stress. The even canopy and clean lollipop structure are setting the stage for optimal bud production. Everything is lining up perfectly for a strong flowering run. The Donutz are about to shine, and the tent is poised to deliver a heavy, uniform harvest. The Florida Gang energy is real — time to watch the nugs stack!

Sorry for the huge delay, I wanted to update this earlier but COVID-19 happened everywhere and many things happened where I live. Nonetheless, I have all the photos and I'll be finishing this diary soon. The smell of both of my babies was quite, quite strong. It even made me feel very dizzy every time I checked them. During the week the leaves from Pistachio started to turn yellow while the ones from Matcha finally started to show signs of the excesses and burn, the mistakes I made earlier started to become more and more apparent so it was only a matter of time. Also, everytime a leaf started to die I removed it as soon as possible... but that might become more evident at the time lapse I uploaded! This was the last week of flower for Pistachio, and I'll leave Matcha a couple more days with some direct light on her (I want her pistils to mature a bit more), but next week is finally the week when I cut them. Trichomes on both plants are ready! 😲 Thanks for reading!

The final Week, before harvest! She has some massive towering buds! 2.5 gallons of water is lasting this plant 5-6 days before drying out, and ready for more.. She was harvested instead of being watered!

Week 16 is starting off nice and strong. Lady is starting to look super frosty, and more hairs are starting to turn orange. Bumped the nutrients back up and will continue feeding accordingly. Starting to put off some nice cakey odors now.

This week has been great.I'm glad that I was able to pull the plant when I needed to. The weather out here isn't always the best coming towards the end of October. How ever i handle it the best we can. What ive learned to do is wet trim before hang dry. Heres some phots of these glossing nugs. Iknkw ill lose a bitin water weight but im happy none the less. Fire 🔥 This has been a great grow, I learned a lot from Growing out here in new mexico. It was amazing to be able to train these plants 4 into one using training techniques. We were flushing at this point, aiming for a Day 60-64 harvest. Was super impressed with Ayahuasca Purple and LSD genetics for our environment. The Cookies Kush could have used a few more weeks to reach her full potential but still put off decent weight nonetheless. Shoutout Barney's Farms for putting out high quality, affordable genetics! Respect.
