I failed so badly on the LST with this girl. Me and Sour Diesel are having a rough start. I nearly killed her on my very first grow, and this time I neglect to properly do her training. It's ok, I'm trying, she knows it, and she is going to be in the next grow. Nothing worth something is ever easy. We got this SD <3

Shes actually already pre flowering the bud sites are already purple so I'm super excited to see how dark this one gets. I've seen this variety almost turn black it's so dark purple. My Runtz plant is finally taking off! It took a little while to get going, but it's growing really well now. The leaves are a dark, rich green and have a really unique, wild shape to them – long, pointy, and unlike anything else in the garden. Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

And here we are in full swing. We have only reached day 19 and our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid is truly very very competitive. It grows well, regularly, the internodal distance seems average but we're waiting for another couple of floors to rise, as you can see for a day 19 we're in great shape... Day 83: After being in the dark for like 4-7 days, they where ready to harvest. All plants getting cut by the machine, big buds are cut by hand. I never weight wet buds because that doesnt make any sence. I will update soon on how much it is dry weight. My friend helped me with the harvest since it takes many hours of work. I have many buds that are as big or bigger as my hand. Quallity so far looks promising even thought there are shitty buds as well, but thats normal and oke. They have been cut freshly so I won't lose much weight when cutting. This will happen when cutting dry buds. The remaining small leafs on the wet buds will dry in with the buds and will be barely visible. More info soon.

This is more Indica dominate, small bushy plant with lots of lower growth I did not lollypop this as well as I should have. The buds are surprisingly dense and a light mint green in color. I will try this again as I feel the strain has a high potential for rosin production. solid THC levels for an auto.

Germination (4-6 to 16-6) Melonade Runtz Feminized - Dutch Passion. Genetics: Melonade (Lemon Z x Lemon Tree) x Runtz. 20-25% THC, 50% Indica, 50% Sativa. Flowering time: 9-10 weeks. Aroma and Flavor: Pungent, lemon and tropical fruits with creamy, pastry-like notes. Effects: Powerful, euphoric high with a strong narcotic-like effect, suitable for experienced users. 4-6 Today i put the seed into a wet coffee filter to germinate. 6-6 After 48 i checked on the seed and the root grew really long! A bit longer to my liking so i should have checked sooner. I put the seed in a 0.5L pot filled with some Plagron Lightmix, it stays in the dark till she is above the ground. I made a feed with 0.5 gr Calcium and 0.2 ml Rootstimulator per liter. EC: 0.4 PH: 5.8, and watered the pot a bit. 7-6 After 24 hours she is above the ground and i removed the plastic foil covering the pot. 8-6 Temperature: 19.5 to 24.1 degrees Humidity: 41% to 70% Watering: 20 ml. 9-6 Temperature: 18.8 to 23.4 degrees Humidity: 62% to 74% 10-6 Temperature: 19.4 to 23.9 degrees Humidity: 60% to 74% 11-6 Temperature: 19.4 to 25.2 degrees Humidity: 43% to 71% Watering: 25 ml. 12-6 Temperature: 21.2 to 25.4 degrees Humidity: 44% to 60% 13-6 Temperature: 22.2 to 25.9 degrees Humidity: 44% to 71% Watering: 15 ml. 14-6 Watering: 40 ml. A week later and today is the last day of the germination phase. She is a bit of a stretcher, as she is growing taller then the other plants in the pre-grow cabin.

******************************************************************** START OF WEEK Went to the grow store and wound up with an AC Infinity EVO6. It should be a nice light for the future, and when my warranty replacement comes back, assuming that won't be an issue, it'll be nice to have a decent back-up. That's the bright side, but I am a little bummed about laying down the cash with ten to 14 days left. That part is the kick in the nutes. Fine, moving on. As for the grow, it's plowing forward. These plants are doing all the things we want them to do right now. They're getting fat, they're getting sticky, and the fade is fading away. Some branches may call for some last minute support, but for now the sucked-in tent walls will continue to suffice. The feed is still at 1100ppm and pk boosted, but the plan is to finish this week around 750. ******************************************************************** END OF WEEK Day 63 of flowering has arrived. I've backed off the nutrients. We're now sitting at 850ppm with about 6-8 gallons in the system remaining. This should equate to a Thursday refill with no feed, and then a Saturday or Sunday chop. VPD has been running a touch high this week, but that's not a concern. It's staying in the ideal range for most of the lights on period, and then trailing up in the last few hours to around 1.7-1.8. No biggie. The new light is really nice, but it runs hotter than the combo of the S22 and S44 (500W total), and that's with the EVO6 driver outside of the tent. This also isn't a big deal. The max tent temp is around 84, and before that wouldn't get past 82. Not a huge difference, and potentially better for the plants with the additional heat. I've got two CO2 mushroom bags in there, so more temp should mean more production at that level. I'm excited for this grow to finish and I'm looking forward to sampling the variety. I'm definitely using half, if not more, to make bubble hash. I'm probably just going to run it all together, as opposed to having runs for each pheno. I'll sample the tops independently, and smash rosin by pheno, but I'm not sold on isolating the hash. Seems like triple the work, but I've got a week to make further considerations, so we'll see. This will be my last grow until I sell this place and move into my next place. I'm going to miss growing. It's brought me a ton of peace by giving me something to anticipate, study, and take pride in. It's such an enjoyable hobby. I'll miss it in the time being, but I'm grateful that I won't need to step foot inside of a dispensary in 2024. Big win there! Everyone should grow their own.

4x4 #1 | Plants are starting to stack bud formations, in week 5 flower 4x4 #2 | Plants are starting to show pistils this week & a active stretch, in week 2 flower Gyat is very easily managed and both phenotypes are looking great, even the 'finicky' plant Scat Queen is a herm, I'm still going to run them.. they look good other than. The pheno in week 5 flower smells really good and overall structure is nice but is seeding and I'm seeing the 2nd pheno starting to show similar traits.. this experiment shows it's just not a stable cross from Elev8. Did some shuffling & added a smaller plant, Sherbie Truffle by Detroit Seed Co in the front right next to Gyat to the left -it is a few weeks behind the others but will fill the space nice.
