BAD APPLE WEEK 5 | DIRTY BIRD GENETICS

In the last week the water was freshly mixed with Canna Flush and an Ec of 0.4 in order to completely use up the nutrients in the last few days 👍. You can see it on the beautiful autumn yellow leaves :-). Before harvesting, the lights were turned off completely for 48 hours. After everything was neatly trimmed by hand, the buds were put into the drying tent, where they are allowed to dry for the first 8-12 days at a humidity of 62% before they ferment with 62% boveda packs in jars. After another 3-4 weeks in the glasses, the 58% boveda packs come in for the final touch :-). Of course, the final update comes from the fermented end product 👍. Let’s touch on the two potential strategies for next steps: 1. Flipping to 12/12 for a Short Period: This would allow me to determine sex quickly, but it can stress the plants slightly. 2. Cloning: Creating clones and flipping them instead is a great way to preserve the integrity of the main plants while identifying males and females without disrupting their growth cycle. Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! I'm like 5 days late with this update so I have had to pin videos that I took the same week while I was communicating with TRYHARD so ignore any dialogue that's out of context they aren't diary logs they are simply correspondence between myself And TRY, oh and sorry about my language I'm common as muck me. The pictures are just random pics I took that week as oppose to my usual more organised method but hey ho I'll do a more tidy job next week. The week went swimmingly barring some nitrogen deff on the lowers which I initially put down to the hot weather drying the pots too quickly and causing nute lockout with the salt buildup so I flushed then gave them a nice feed after they dried the pot at which point I noticed the most heavily afflicted by the N deff were also the quickest drinkers and had lower EC on the runoff so I have been giving them a slightly stronger feed than the others and it seems to have solved everything so I'm happy with that. Bud development is nice, frost is nice, terps are through the roof right now..... Zkittlez ones are really stinking of lime and candy bubblegum Punch ones are stinking berry berry nice! 2/7: Did a thorough feeding today, and also foliar fed with Microlife Maximum Blooms. Added humic acid. 2/12: Fed today..no time for anything else..

This beautiful OG strain is such a diamond. I LOVE HER. super strong aroma, very OG, sticky flowers, very dense and compact. What else can I ask for. This strain is such a masterpiece. Definitely looking forward to grow her again. And the best is that she's 100% organic grown without any pks or any shit like that. Just Silicium flash by biotabs which contains a lot of nutrients npk and bug shit and also the soil has been prepared with Florians organic living soil. Which contains different strains of mycorrizae and endomycorryzhae. Also contains fulvic and humic acids it's such a super foof for plants that make them perform to it's full potential without adding any chemicals NPK. I only 💦 and watch the magic happen. Rückblick der letzten zwei Wochen –Turbulenter Start und wichtige Lektionen Die letzten zwei Wochen waren alles andere als ein Spaziergang, aber meine Pflanzen haben sich tapfer geschlagen, und ich habe eine Menge dabei gelernt. Der Start war holprig, hauptsächlich wegen einer defekten Luftpumpe, meiner langen Arbeitszeiten und der notwendigen Grundreinigung der Anlage. Die erste Woche: Der Kampf ums Überleben und die große Reinigung Die erste Woche war echt kritisch. Ich war viel in der Arbeit, und genau da ist meine Luftpumpe ausgefallen. Diese Pumpe ist eigentlich dafür da, meine Nährlösung mit Sauerstoff zu versorgen – lebenswichtig für die Wurzeln! Ohne sie bestand die Gefahr von Wurzelfäule. Die Pflanzen sahen gestresst aus, ein paar Blätter waren welk oder leicht gelblich. Das war ein klarer Hinweis auf den Sauerstoffmangel. Aufgrund dieser Probleme und um sicherzustellen, dass keine weiteren Komplikationen auftreten, habe ich die gesamte Bewässerungsanlage grundgereinigt. Das war zwar zeitaufwendig, aber absolut notwendig, um alte Nährstoffreste oder Ablagerungen zu entfernen, die die Funktion beeinträchtigen könnten. Das hat mir gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, die Technik immer im Blick zu haben und regelmäßig zu warten. Dazu kam, dass ich durch die Arbeit kaum Zeit hatte, die Beleuchtung optimal einzustellen. Das hat anfangs auch zu etwas ungleichmäßigem Wachstum geführt. Die zweite Woche: Erholung und Stabilisierung – mit Klimaanlage! In der zweiten Woche konnte ich endlich eingreifen. Nachdem die Luftpumpe repariert und die Lichtverhältnisse angepasst waren, haben sich die Pflanzen sichtbar erholt. Das Wachstum nahm wieder Fahrt auf, und die Blätter wurden wieder kräftig grün. Es war eine Erleichterung zu sehen, wie widerstandsfähig sie sind! Aufgrund der aktuellen Hitze verwende ich jetzt zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage. Damit halte ich die Raumtemperatur konstant bei etwa 27 Grad Celsius, was für die Pflanzen im Moment optimal ist. Das hilft enorm, ein stabiles Klima zu gewährleisten und Stress durch hohe Temperaturen zu vermeiden. Ich habe gelernt, dass man auch bei Zeitdruck die wichtigsten Kontrollen nicht vernachlässigen darf und schnell auf Probleme reagieren muss. Die gründliche Reinigung war hier ein entscheidender Schritt. Trotz des holprigen Starts bin ich optimistisch für die Zukunft. Die Pflanzen haben sich trotz der Widrigkeiten gut erholt und entwickeln sich jetzt stabil. Die anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben mich definitiv aufmerksamer und proaktiver gemacht.

Día 108 (16/09) Tras el flush las plantas muestran tímidamente nuevos pistilos blancos! 😍 Hoy no es necesario regar! Día 109 (17/09) Me he encontrado a OnionOG #1 y a Purple Punsh completamente sedientas! Con las hojas caídas! Riego con 1,25 litros de H2O a cada una de ellas (el resto no necesitan riego) Día 110 (18/09) Riego con 500 ml H2O Las plantas con el bloqueo empiezan a mostrar nuevos pistilos, sobre todo en las partes inferiores Día 111 (19/09) Riego con 250 / 500 ml H2O Se vuelven a formar pistilos blancos en todas las plantas que han sufrido el bloqueo! 😍💥 OnionOG #1 va como un cohete formando y apilando flores 💪 🚀 😍 Día 112 (20/09) Día lluvioso. Riego ligero 250 ml H2O Día 113 (21/09) Otro día lluvioso. Riego ligero con 250 ml Día 114 (22/09) Detecto algunas moscas blancas apoderándose de las plantas y decido hacer una aplicación foliar de piretrinas (Spruzit a 15 ml / l) Riego con 1 Litro de Té Floración de Lurpe Solutions. another week has passed and it is growing and thriving excellently. there has been a lot of sunshine and occasionally the necessary rain from above.

Hello fellow growers I hope all is doing well today is day 41 and as you can see I have done some defoliation of the larger leaves.. my Lamb's bread won't be done for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and I'm waiting on that tent to transfer to put her in the flower.. next week I'm going to put her from the 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon with mother Earth performance soil and flip her to flower and see what happens.. I'd love to keep your organic the whole way through but if need be I have what I need to bring her from any deficiencies that may come like not enough phosphorus or potassium which is more than likely what's going to end up happening .. I'm thinking of going the route of Roots organic soil with Roots organic terp tea bloom from now on with maybe some recharge once or twice if anybody has any thoughts or input or suggestions I would really appreciate it as I've only been growing for around 8 months now.. hope all is well with everyone and big shout out to seedsman for giving me the opportunity to run their genetics and show off what they have.. Day 56 Veg from Seed Crazy what a scrog method could do in just 1 week 🔥 Definitely going to preform this method again in my future grows. Today was the last day of veg I prep my reservoir for flowering stage (nutrients mix with 5Gal spring water) and flip my lights to 12/12 Also collected a few clones from each plant giving me the opportunity for a mother plant or 2 then have a full run in the near future ⛽️
