Tenth Week / 11.07.24 - 17.07.24 Week 10 was similar to the previous one, with steady progress and a few adjustments. 🌿 The Cookies Gelatos started showing signs of nutrient deficiency, drawing nutrients from the leaves. To address this, I increased the nutrient dosage by 0.5ml for all except CalMag, which I increased to 0.75ml per liter. 🌱 The plants seem to be responding well to the adjustment, and the buds are slowly swelling, especially on Apollo F1. Everything’s progressing nicely! 🌼🚀

I accidently snapped the main stem at the base during the first week of flower essentially super cropping her. Electrical tape and lint roller tape on the inside was used to hold the main stem up straight. she healed very well and then took off into a monster. I would have liked to take her further but she could not support her own weight and used that as a sign she was ready. At that point I had already been using electrical tape to hold the the steams together for the previous 2 weeks. Would be interesting to see how this strain would grow in my bigger 20 and 30 gal fabric pots as I struggled to keep up with organic dry amendments, especially calcium and magnesium, almost every watering calmag and lime dust was used for the last month of the grow. Currently harvesting 2 other think different strains and have been preparing 3 smaller pots for either some RQS Titans or a competition strain if I receive something in the post in the next 2/3 weeks. I have been growing for 5 years now from Chronic Nerve pain and I did not get past the flowering stage in my first grow, necessity is the mother of all drivers and if you want good bud, don't stop trying.

What else can I say. The transplanting resolved all of our issues. I was worried about her not making it as it was week 1 in flower. It couldn’t have been a worst time to do this. The new pot didn’t allow me to keep her held down so I had to improvise with some tie downs and duct tape. She is popping new bud sites everyday and she’s really thriving. I won’t go back to that smaller pot with a photoperiod. This strain is a breeze to cultivate. She’s really forgiving and isn’t too picky once she needs what she wants. I bumped up her feeding accordingly as well as gave her some molasses and a nice amendment feeding. Don’t tell my kids, but this closet freak gets more attention from me. 😂😂 J/K Have a good week you crazy cultivars.

I did not grow these two plants to their potential. Hit with high temps as seedlings and fungus gnats in flower, I decided to harvest them probably 7-9 days too early. Nonetheless, after 4-5 days drying, they've been trimmed and jarred and tested. Smoke is very complex and honestly have never smelled such a strong incense like smoke rolling off the pipe before. Very clear and relaxing so far. Delicious grapey spiced beer flavor. Very white ash. So happy to have a larger lady of this being finished properly right now.

The gas tax x obama runtz is a disappointment so far just like my skunk apple runtz starting to realize how much work legit breeders actually put in to make a good strain. The plant liked being topped it just has not hit its stride yet it definitely going to be a skiny lady The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

One of them was more Craplato so i pulled it. Got one decent one left.

This one has been delightful to grow full of buds everywhere with very little Fan leafs can't wait to cure and tested. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 97 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice Thank you for reading I will update the other details when ready have a happy grow.

Seeds sprouted June 21st, outdoors in Southern California. I'm using Fox Farms Ocean Forest potting soil and city tap water. Can't wait to start this grow!

Clover shake One and two of us doing great nothing to complain about strong little plants I’m probably gonna top clover shake Two and a few days come over shake one is it just behind clover shake tail but happy with the growth I went ahead and topped pheno 2 growth is good nothing going wrong as of now I’ll be transplanting in a few weeks

As tops from largest 3 girls grew I trained them outward to fill the space more evenly, prepping them for their move to the larger chamber next week. They reacted very quickly to the training. The smaller of the 3 large plants seems to be needing more water than the other plants, wilting faster. Perks right back up after about 20-30 min of watering. Topped the rest of the smaller plants for a second time.

7/7/23 - Day 25 - Another water coming up tomorrow. She looks great. She is drinking so much water I have to add a ton of water every morning. 7/8/23 - Day 26 - The root is MASSIVE. This is a great sign that the plant has been doing well. The thing that gets me is how white the roots are. It's looking good for bud sites on the plant too. She has a ton of Cola areas forming now. I tried to count but lost track around 15+ cola areas, so when we move to Flower, I bet this gal gives me a ton of big buds. 7/9/23 - Day 27 - Every day, I wake up and get excited to see how much bigger she has gotten. The growth has been crazy, I've grown weed in the past, but it has never gone this well. I honestly spend 15 min a day on it. With this LEAF system, it's been super easy. The proof is in the pudding with this unit. Easiest weed I've ever grown. 7/10/23 - Day 28 - The growth is not slowing down. I refilled 1" of water to the pot today. This is the most water I have seen used in a day. Ideally, we would want to flip flowering when the plant has hit 12in. We are cutting it really close, actually, we are beyond what's rated for height. I'm going to Scrogg them some more and I would imagine Ill flip them to flowering very soon. 7/11/23 - Day 29 - Moving the tops around a bit, I'm trying to let it go as long as I can before flipping to flower. Today is start week 5. So this is from week 4. The cookies haze was a bit behind on flip. So I’m not giving pk13/14 to that one yet. I’m counting that one as week 2 flower And I also just seen that I messed everything up with the nutrients here. I was counting it as 10l and not 1l. So I just fixed it now. I’m sorry about that too.
