OMG growing Cosmos F1 from Royal Queen Seeds has been an otherworldly experience! I mean, have you ever seen a plant with a Whorled phyllotaxy mutation? It's like the angels themselves came down and blessed my garden. The Whorled phyllotaxy mutation of Cosmos F1 from Royal Queen Seeds actually produces three branches per node, resulting in more opportunities for growth and ultimately, higher yields. This unique growth pattern is truly a marvel to behold, and it's amazing to see how the three branches develop into full-fledged colas. With more branches comes more bud sites, which means more potential for trichome production and overall cannabinoid content. In fact, my Cosmos F1 is currently in week three of flowering, and I'm already blown away by how much resin she's producing. It's like she's a CBD factory or something! But seriously, growing a CBD strain has been a game changer for me. The benefits of CBD are well documented, and being able to grow my own supply has been a dream come true. Plus, the fact that she's from Royal Queen Seeds means I know I'm getting a quality strain that's been bred to perfection. All in all, growing a strain with the World phyllotaxy mutation has been an incredible experience, and I'm grateful to Royal Queen Seeds for providing such a unique and high-quality strain. I'm just thrilled with my first experience growing Cosmos F1. She's surpassed all my expectations and has me feeling like I'm floating among the stars. So here's to the cosmos, the angels, and all the beautiful buds that are yet to come! As always thank you all for stopping by and for supporting me on this journey, i am super passion about growing and fell blessed to have you all with me on this new journey <3 <3 <3 Genetics - RQS COSMOS F1 Ligth - LUMATEK ZEUS 465 COMPACT PRO

Thanks to her high concentration of CBD and low levels of THC, Cosmos F1 offers a balanced effect without intoxication. Cosmos F1’s terpene profile is dominated by myrcene, farnesene, limonene, pinene, and caryophyllene. My Rainbow Saltz plant is really taking off! I had to remove a lagging branch, but ever since then, it's just exploded with new growth. It's got these beautiful, vibrant leaves and the buds are starting to get nice and frosty. I'm getting a sweet, fruity aroma with a hint of spice – it's gonna be a good one!" This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Week 10 This wonderful plant is going wider (and bigger) than ever thought. Flowers are coming at a fast pace now and making a vast surface of different side branches. The skeleton of the plant is clearly visible at the pictures taken from below. The other plant is doing just fine, but rather smaller than the other one (the one that is topped). Flowers are also more abundant and the pistils from both plants are getting really fat (but slightly brown at the tips). Not really any trichomes are found and smell is still very low, more to the "plant-ish" smell than a banana smell, but that is still coming. Both plants are scheduled on 12 weeks, so we'll wait it out.

[ Information ] For all information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

The buds that are in the canope fatten up and i have some yellowing of the leaves Further Beneath the canope. Is it because they don't get the Light they need? Got some heat stress from the lamp on one of the colas. So i put the Light higher up and bended it Further away from from the lamp. It almost Has recovered, but the growth of the buds slowed down on that Cola. The Rest looks beautiful so i am fine with that.

Another good week i would say. I do simple lst but just to shape up the plants. Next week will be the last veg week. I decided to switch to 12/12 by the end of the next week. I am considering a nice pre-flower flush with pure ph-ed water mixed with some organic molasses. I won't defoliate the plants but i will do lollipop some time at week 3 of flowering.

Day 124 After a lot of consideration I decided to remove Plant 2 has been removed from the tent and placed outside for the remainder of her life, she was weak and underdeveloped so I installed a tomato cage in her pot and tied her up and placed her outside. She will be placed in the garage in the evenings and put back in the morning to maintain the 12/12 cycle. Plant 1 is now solely occupying the tent and will remain that way until harvest.

This week you could see the bud sites starting to really show :) Did some heavy defoliation but again you can't tell by the pictures Pheno #1 and #2 were growing so tall and were stretching every day it was hard to get the lights any higher. Soon they won't be able to go any higher. Feeding schedule stayed constant for most of the grow. See previous weeks

Well, it's been another busy week in the garden, and things are getting interesting. The coolest thing about a mixed run is seeing all the differences between the strains, all growing at different speeds, having different structures, different shapes..... It's gonna look awesome when the tents are in full flower. And with them all at slightly different stages, it's kept me with things to do every day. Some highlights from the week: MBAP #1 - Fimmed, LST'd and defoliated on day 16 MBAP #2 - Fimmed, LST'd and defoliated on day 17 Walter White - I normally fim my autos, but given that this plant had the 3-way node mutation, I decided to top and see if we can get some nice 3-way main cola action going. Topped on day 18. SOH #1 & #2 - Haven't even started training these yet due to size, and they are already throwing pistils!! Both first started to show signs of sex around day 16. #1 had clearly defined pistils by day 18, and #2 had them the next day. I think these may be some fast finishers, never seen them go into pre-flower this early. Will raise a grow question to see if anyone else has any experience of this. BGS - Fimmed, LST'd and defoliated on day 20 All the plants have started some form of training except the PP and 2 x SOH. The SOH have already begun sign of going into pre-flower. Given their small stature I'm inclined to simply stick to LST and avoid high stress techniques, so I don't think I'll be fimming or topping these ones. All plants are still on the same feeding schedule for now, but I think I'm going to have to start independent schedules this week, as they are clearly developing at different rates and will have different nutrient requirements. But for now, the current feeding looks like this: Nutrients ~~~~~~ CalMag: 0.95ml / gallon (0.25ml / liter) MegaCrop: 3g / gallon (0.79g / liter) Total EC: 1050 PH: 5.7 Tasks for the week ahead - get the MBAP and SOH onto autopots. This will cut my manual watering by more than half, saving time, sanity and my marriage :) Happy days. Catch you all in a week....

Hi all, Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Thank you so much for your all support on this bananas journey 💜💚💜💚 Week 12 Jan 1 - Jan 7 I am so happy seeing how my girls are developing. All it's going great. 2 waterings of 8ltr on 03/01 no runoff and second on 06/01 9.5ltr! Runoffs PH at 6.2. Purchased larger dehumidifier and installed on 03/01 instantly humidity decreaseed from 55-59 to 50-55 on avg. and at night from 62-69 to 54-60. Light from 01/01 on max power output 110 watts. Nutes slightly adjusted. Buds on both girls gaining size, weight. Trichomes on Athena mostly milky and clear with only very few ambers. Xena mostly 50/50 clear and milky, They are smelling gorgeously, not sure if I should smoke or eat them first. Next week will still feed with nutes and keep an eye on trichomes development but it seems that girls are not in a hurry at all. That's okay me neither 😁 Stay tuned for next week entry very soon! Peace and love brothers and sisters ✌️💚 Links https://2fast4buds.com/seeds/banana-purple-punch-auto https://plagron.com https://www.biobizz.com/ https://fishheadfarms.com/

Mars Hydro 2x4 tent ... nope, there seems too be 2 types of grow tents, cheap and expensive. ill buy a Gorilla Grow Tent (expensive) for my next grow but for now ALL TENTS LEAK LIGHT, so just grab a tent that is sturdy, has vents in place for your grow space and is safe for you and the plants.
