Day 63 ( again!): Well folks it had been a very busy week in the room with harvesting and preparing for more. The #2 Gorilla is drying nice and slowly in around 15°c cool air and has now been joined by the #1 and #3 Gorilla girls too. They both surprised me with the amount of buds tucked away below their canopy and although not the tallest plants , they should yield ok for it. Their buds were rock solid and so pinapple scented and tasting !. I nipped a small side off a few day ago to sample #1 and it was so sweet and smooth. wow a nice hit too. roll on cure and jar time. ....the pics don't do them justice up close but hopefully you can see the likeness to GG4 in their make up as opposed to #2and 4 #4 Gorilla girl is now at day 63 so ready for the end now. I will leave her a day or two more then put her into darkness for her pre trim oil push. I did nip chunks from her stem in a few places to hsrrsss her a little to also push some oils, hopefully this will pay off. Sweet Cheese has finished well too now. her main bud is thick amd very solid. She leaves a sticky finger and diesel stench like nonother strain can.lpl Her time is also now. Hopefully the next time we see these two ladies left , they will be trimmed for the dry. Will update after trim before the long wait on the drying. Good news is that the #2 girl is close to her finishbfor harvest and jarring. not snappable yet but a crispness to her buds is close. A slightly staggered harvest guys , sorry. YET MORE UPDATED INFO BELOW☆☆☆☆ Update Day 110: #2 Gorilla girl is done and dusted. her 10 days low and slow have finished her perfectly. now into a tub for a short cure with the 6.2 bovedas. The smoke is so smooth with zero harshness. Will benefit a cure for some termination as the darker girls don't finknlike the other 2 at all. There is a berry kind of hit to it though only weak at present . I am pleased she yielded what she did and seeing how much shrinkage I had, worried me for a short while.lol Her trim was not a manicure due to the nature of her buds being Berry looking on drying and so much frost to keep the tiny leaf pieces left in , very active.lol so here are her stats 63 Day flower 50.60g (2.1oz) Not to be sniffed at for her size at all. A good start to the harvest. Roll on the #1and #3 being dry in a few more days. They looked a lot more productive !. woohoo. I love this hobby .lol Without pics it didn't happen so here they are .

Day 36F This skunk is kicking OUT 😍 I love it, smells so damn good! Nostalgia of 90s back with a sweet skunk but pungent nostril pinching aroma 👌 Buds forming amazing in my opinion concidering the abuse she has taken and sharing 3gal pot. Still just alternating feed/water and there happy 💚 Day39F - skunk is absolutely thriving, swelling and increasing her blanket of thc all over, and the colours are of a golden orange and green 😍

Couldn't wait to get back to the girls!!! Plenty of pics!

Day27 video

Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.

All is going well so far in this grow. She seems to be avoiding the sohum and keeping her roots in the happy frog. Wish I had added perlite to the sohum first to make watering easier. Using a spray bottle to moisten the soil first seems to help with watering.

Made it to harvest w 2 so far! Oozecake is a couple extra days. Boy she tastes amazing! Will ice her tomorrow and put her in 48 hrs of dark before I harvest. What an experience it has been! Can’t wait to try after the cure.

This strain is a dream to grow, if you haven't tried it yet, it's amazing, it's easy, it's lush and vibrant, full of energy from seed to smoke. Great for organic grow styles and a fun plant to grow. The smoke I will update in the smoke review! I do not have words for the quality of this strain. In everything. Grow this and be absolutely amazed by its performance. I had won the seeds with the Halloween give-away but they are a sure winner and a keeper. @SweetSeeds congratulations on a champion auto-strain. I've grown auto's before, only outdoors, but nothing like this, nothing this big in such a short time, and this resilient for not only mistakes but everything. This plant will perform even if you were to mess it all up. Keep to 20 liters grow bags for best performance as you could see with my two plants. One as more developed, although everyone says over 15 ltr makes no difference, with organic coco hybrid super soil, it does. It is the difference in buffering of nutes, PH, heat, and moisture. Way less hassle in the bigger pot and this was an excellent learning curve. This grow started out as a match between Forbidden Runtz by Fastbuds and XL Runts by Sweetseeds. But since the playing field was uneven (pot wise but also heat and fresh air wise), the results do not count in my opinion. But my guess is (since I haven't weighed the Forbiddens) that the XLs for now won. But as I said it would not be fair. We will do the contest again when said playing field is level. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Not much to report this week. Buds keep getting fatter and still producing new white pistills. Going to tie the side branches as well as they almost bent to the ground.

Looking happy and healthy, fastbuds autoflowers in a living soil bed 8th run in same old soil.

Beginning of week.. She is doing amazing! Runoff is right where it needs to be.. leaves are looking nice and green with not so much leaf burning on the tips anymore.. new sets of leaves daily! Gonna need to lollipop a bit more. She should produce a decent harvest! So excited to see what she does in flower! So far, I've noticed that she is making some purple striped stiples at the very crown of each (future) cola! So so excited! Need to raise light up a bit.. I think she's getting over 1000 micromols at the center sine she has stretched a bit... Next day.. Whoops.. not sure how the hell she managed to stretch up to 1400+ micromols so quick.. had to raise the light quite a bit and also dim her down just a tad.. now the center is getting exactly 950 micromols in the center and around 650 - 700 micromols around the edges of the tent (footprint). Perfect! I noticed some purpling on a couple of the higher leaves.. these were the leaves getting over 1400 micromols and temps have been another lower than anticipated. So if she starts turning purple this early on, then WOW!.. She should make some pretty colorful colas! Mid week.. She really needs a haircut. She has grown a few nodes on each branch just in the last 7 days or even less. So beautiful! Humidity is being a bitch right now. Up to 70% and my dehumidifier can't even get it to drop a little.. ugh. Cold front blowing through as I type this, so hopefully it'll blow this moisture out by the end of the day. Pistols should be making a crown pretty soon! Still stretching like crazy. She still has plenty of head room for it.. but damn, I really need to get some of these leaves and lower branches out of the way. That should help bring the RH down quite a bit too.. I know she isn't THAT big, but it's still gonna take me awhile to trim her up.. kinda wondering if I could wait till next week and get it all done at once.. cuz I feel like she may need one more with the speed she's been stretching at. Next day... Went ahead and removed ALOT of foliage.. humidity should go down quite a bit.. these leaves give off a very strong skunky scent.. can't wait to see the terp action of this strain! "OoOo..
