2020-02-18 (Day 81) - I spoke too soon. This girl is stretching WAYYYY more than any other girl in the tent, I have to raise 1 light daily it seems. All in all even with the asymmetry this is the most beautiful plant I've grown. As stated in my other journals my heater crapped out and I am not buying another one so she'll have to deal with the cold night time temps. Hopefully the stretching slows down and she can start putting all her energy towards bud development. This is the thirstiest of all the other plants in the tent drinking roughly 1 gal every other day. Stay tuned to see this girl develop!

This week in my grow room has been full of developments. First, I added additional lights because I couldn't get the relative humidity (RH) under control. I ordered a dehumidifier, but it will take a few weeks to arrive, so I had to find a temporary solution. I also emptied the reservoir and refilled it with fresh water and nutrients. I secured the net to ensure it stays in place under tension. In two days, I plan to switch the light schedule to 12/12, hoping the plants will stretch a bit during the switch to avoid having overly large buds that aren't evenly spread. Seventeen hours later, I decided to keep the lights on a 16/8 schedule for a few more days. The plants are starting to show signs of something happening, so I want to see how they develop. I will keep you updated on the progress. Then, I received a message from my supplier that the dehumidifier would arrive today. Great news—time to spice things up! On June 2nd, the dehumidifier arrived, and I managed to get my Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) to 1.17! This is fantastic news, and I'm very curious how this will affect water usage. The dehumidifier seems pretty powerful, with water literally dripping out of the hose, so I'm no longer worried about high humidity levels. It's a shame it doesn't have a range setting, but I couldn't expect more for the price. I'm considering ordering the Dimlux Auxbox to set a working range and separate day/night settings. Thankfully, the dehumidifier has an auto-restart function after a power loss. On June 3rd, the night is over, and while my values are now more stable, I haven't noticed any significant differences in water absorption. What I do notice is that the pots seem much drier. The difference in leaf temperature compared to the room temperature has increased slightly, now about a 2˚C difference, indicating that evaporation has increased somewhat. Despite the dehumidifier cooling the air, the room temperature has risen. This is explainable since dry air heats up faster than humid air. The CO2 heater is also running significantly longer. So, although there are no immediately visible differences, there are indeed some changes. Today is the last short night of 8 hours, and tomorrow will be the first night of 12 hours. I am contemplating doing a 10-hour night first and will decide later tonight. After closely reviewing the video footage, I noticed some divergent colors on the leaves. My pH is currently 6.4, which I had adjusted to compensate for the low pH last week—a foolish decision in coco, I know. I plan to make videos of each individual plant for my records to investigate further. The light is too intense to inspect them up close, so the videos will help me get a better look.

** HARVEST DAY FOR PHENO2: 09-27-2022 ** Pictures are from weeks 11~17. Flowering was a breeze, the girls were pretty much on cruise control, I only had to water and feed them every week or so. Notes of spicy orange, really pungent smell. Both are very similar in that regard, one being more spicy and the other more fruity.

These holidays we was travelling a little and wenn we arrive Back the girl's was needing a little more energy fir the flowering week 2 , and we do feeding the girl's today, they are looking amazing now!! And everyday looking and smelling stronger

Apple Strudel Auto - FastBuds Hello welcome to my new Growdiarie, nice to see you again. Today I will start my first indoor grow and take you with me on my journey. Since I was able to gain a lot of experience through my outdoor grow this year, the first indoor grow will be much easier. The reason for this is that the parameters for an optimal grow are easy to influence. As in the previous grows, I decided to use the water glass method for germination. After about 48 hours the seedling root formed. The germination process was carried out at a temperature of 25° Celsius near a heater. The seedling was planted approx. 1 cm deep into the 25 liter pot. This time I used soil from Plagron. The pot was filled with Plagron Growmix. At the end I filled a hole the size of a 1l pot with Plagron Lightmix so that the seedling does not come into direct contact with the pre-fertilized soil. Plagron Lightmix N 180 mg/L - P 210 mg/L - K 360 mg/L Plagron Growmix N 216 mg/L - P 252 mg/L - K 432 mg/L This time I will also work with fertilizer. I have two different ones to choose from. One is the mineral Plagron line (Terra Bloom, Sugar Royal, Big Bud, Greensensation) and the starter kit from Advanced Nutrients. As the soil is pre-fertilized for the first 3 weeks, it does not receive any additional fertilizer during the vegetative phase. After the first 3 weeks I decide which plant gets which fertilizer. At the end i can draw a rough conclusion as to which fertilizer series has performed better. The experiment is carried out with different varieties. I will also try tie down LST. Set-Up: Now a few words about my setup. I have full confidence in AC Infinity. During my research, I have only heard good things about AC Infinity. So what can I say? When the package arrived I was immediately impressed by the high quality. From the packaging to the product, everything is perfect. I ordered the lamp from kingbrite. The advantage of the lamp is that you can adjust the angle of the LED panels. The lamp is also compatible with the controller using adapter type b . The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/23- This is the twelfth week in veg for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she's turning into a big bushy beast! 6/25- Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower with 2 cups each of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. Today my daily watering of the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet FF continues with 5-7g of straight well water from the garden hose. 6/27- Our weather continues to be HOT with heat indexes over 100℉ so I'm watering the GG4 Sherbet FF every day with 5-8g of straight well water from the garden hose in the late afternoon once the plant is in the shade. Other than the ever present leaf hoppers, which love the leaves and an occasional Japanese Beetle, there aren't any serious pest issues currently. The FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower continues to have excellent color and vigor and continues to add vertical growth! 6/29- Chalk up another week for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower. I'm super pleased with how this strain has developed and the vigor and resistance it's shown to heat, humidity and pests. Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

Week 6! This is a seed from this mix (https://www.dutch-headshop.eu/auto-rainbow-mix-private-label-5-cannabis-seeds), and I started the others about two and a half weeks before this one. I can see the others started flowering this week, but this one seems content to keep vegging out. The others had smaller pots and shared resources, so this makes sense. It's going to be very hot and bright here this week, which is terrible for me, but lovely for the weedlings. The shape is like a lovely squatty Christmas tree. I'd grow it again so it'd be at this stage for the holidays, but we'll be back to sunup at 10AM and sundown at 4PM by then :/
