D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

A couple of ladies died through the bad weather conditions in the Netherland in May. (candy Kush, Fat Banana, Green gelato). I learned a wise lesson. Be more patient. Once the seedlings started to sprout I already put them outside. If I just took some more time to let them grow a bit. before I put them in the final destination. This would have saved me a lot of headache.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Day 29. Girls grow slow, but most important .... Could be i overwatered with 2.5 liters of water or i stonly watered them twice ;))) Girls didnt drop pot weight till day 31, on days 32 morning ill do new round of lst. Will feed them hard, will defoliate all bigger old leaves which are covering new grow, plants are strong enough to take pain now ;))) Its sad situation a bit, i got flue and with that corona madness my mood was very down and i didnt work with plants at all, anyway, they made to that stage where harm can be done and its time. Gorillas looks okeish even without work, really good strain at least for now. Cookies are very picky, its hardest to veg strain from all i ever tried, lets see, maybe food and heavy training will make them fit ;) Day 32. Girls are finaly light, so heavy training and huge feeding. I dont know what hapend, but they refused to drink for 8 days almost, one cookie has obvious sighns of overwatering and if to be honest all cookies are crap, gorillas grow amazing, especially self toped one, she made natural mainlining and covers space perfectly. Guess in next 2-3 days they will blast off, but i cant feed silica till more branches will grow up, cookies too small, lets wait and see... Day 33. Girls loved food, plenty new grow, all tops are facing sun again , they will bush up in next few days. Next watering - silica and cal mag and next after - fish mix. Day 34. Girls are drinking again, so i gave 1ml/l fishmix. Cookies show strange colours and on fresh grow you can see cal mag def. Next feed will give them extra, normaly TopMax should be enough... I dont like Cookies genetics so much, that i planted last 5th bean ;)) Want to check two things : 1. Are my lights strong to grow something not under direct light 2. Are those Cookies such crap, that i should never try any seeds from RQS. I planted 4 new girls, no work,no top - nothing will be done to them. Hope to see last Cookie bean growing beter than almost two years old Incredible Bulk x2 and last StrawberyCough bagseed bean, otherwise its sad quality for such big house. Cant find why all 4 Cookies grow so slow compaired to all 4 perfect Gorillas. Was using new worm castings, too ritch ?? maybe thats the answer in test grow i put pure BIOBIZZ AllMix soil, nothing extra. Had to top one Cookie, new grow was all damaged and didnt want to develop, will harm them even harder next time before silica and cal mag, which i thought not to use in this run ... Lets see .... Still going strong in flower! We are at the 6 week mark. The smells are very good when I pull off the lower bud sites. Can’t even describe it yet. I wanna say a rich fruit like smell. I can’t stop smelling my hands. Both flowers uniqueness can be seen and smelled. Aiming to begin flushing within 10 days.

Auto Maxi Gom is growing well this last week. She has moved more into a preflowering phase. Looks like she is getting ready to start stretching. She is looking really healthy. I am just a little on the heavy side for feeding. I am switching her to bloom nutrition on her next feeding. So I will have to guess the strength since this is the first time using Xpert in blooming. Vegging was about half the recommended dose as the chart listed for a coco grow. Everything is going really good. Waiting on a full plant hang dry so will wait at least two weeks maybe three hope ma vegging station holds up n can dae tge damage the now as av said guys this is definitely not the perfect set up am not on good terms with land lord so basically squatting here lol and growing and a got caught with one in this house the land lord doesn’t even know lol 😂

5/12/2024 these plants just keep on getting fluffier and fluffier. Did a slight defoliation. The plant I did training on, seems to have better stackage than her sister. If lst doesn’t increase yield, then it at the very least will increase bud size/stacking. 5/19 end of the week, they're starting to pack on weight now. Pistils are turning a super bright orange color that has a pink tint to it that is super beautiful. The camera does not do it justice at all. I would definitely recommend this strain to anyone. It's stupid easy to grow and the buds are just getting ridiculous. You could probably drop like 9 of these in 3 gal pots in 3x3 tent and just water and basic notes and do a sea of green style. Watch the humidity though.

Another week down and things just keep getting better and better with this one. Big fat buds laced in resin and the smell is soooo good and strong! Very strawberry-like with a ton of gas that my carbon filter is doing a poor job of covering up. Oh well, smells good. :) I will start flushing about mid way through its growing week and then chop shortly after. It’s getting so close to finished I’m just waiting for more amber. I’m mostly cloudy right now.

Day 43 : Watering with co2 tab / 5L. Also added food again because i think they need it. Increased ppm to 850. Maybe the next one will be pure water. Ventilation works all the time when lights are on. Temp and humi are stable and this is good for the girls. She has a lot of burns and i dont know why. Dont want to flush or something. I will let her take her way. Patience is the key always. Also removed some burned leaves from all ladies. She took 4cm in 3 days, so i guess stretching finished and start bud production. Edit (Day 47) : Watering with co2 tab every 5L. DsD drank pure water because of burns. She has lost a lot of leaves from bottom. I dont know what to do. I will keep watering her with pure water to see if burns stabilized.

150 g dry per plant in 12 plant tent. Marvelous in my book with this type of quality.
