At the end of week 8 the BMR is showing signs of further yellowing of the leaves could be the plant has used up all the nutrients in the substrate. The bracts are swelling up and the try chromes and more clear looking like 60%. The lady will continue to receive pure balanced phd water until the end of her bloom cycle!

Aktueller Zustand der Pflanze (siehe Bild): Die Pflanze präsentiert sich aktuell in einem hervorragenden Zustand und entwickelt sich prächtig. Trotz der Herausforderungen, die wir im Laufe dieses Grows hatten, sind die Ergebnisse mehr als ermutigend. * Wuchsform: Die Pflanze hat sich sehr buschig und kompakt entwickelt, mit einer Vielzahl von gut ausgebildeten Seitentrieben, die alle dicht mit Blüten besetzt sind. Dies deutet auf eine exzellente Lichtausnutzung und eine gelungene Verzweigung hin, wahrscheinlich durch gezieltes Training in der Vegetationsphase. * Blütenqualität: Die Buds sind auffallend dicht und zeigen eine beeindruckende Harzproduktion. Die Trichome sind bereits deutlich sichtbar und glänzen, was auf eine hohe Potenz und Aromaentwicklung hindeutet. Die Stigmen (Blütenhärchen) sind größtenteils bernsteinfarben verfärbt, was auf eine fortgeschrittene Reifephase hinweist und die bevorstehende Ernte ankündigt. * Blattgesundheit: Die Blätter sind weiterhin größtenteils grün und vital. Einige der größeren Fächerblätter im unteren Bereich zeigen die für die späte Blütephase typischen Vergilbungen, da die Pflanze ihre letzten Energiereserven in die Blütenbildung umlagert. Dies ist ein natürlicher Prozess und kein Anzeichen für akute Mängel in diesem Stadium. Herausforderungen und Erkenntnisse aus diesem Grow: Wir hatten im Laufe dieses Durchgangs mit einer Volatilität des pH-Wertes zu kämpfen, die zeitweise nur schwer zu stabilisieren war. Dies führte zu der Notwendigkeit, den pH-Wert der Nährlösung häufiger anzupassen. Nach genauerer Beobachtung wurde die Hauptursache für diese pH-Schwankungen identifiziert: Algenbildung auf der Oberfläche der Steinwolle. Diese Algen konkurrierten nicht nur um Nährstoffe, sondern trugen auch maßgeblich zu den instabilen pH-Werten bei. Learnings für den nächsten Grow: Um die Algenbildung und damit die pH-Problematik zukünftig zu vermeiden, sind folgende Maßnahmen geplant: * Reduzierung der Steinwollwürfel-Größe: Es werden kleinere Steinwollwürfel für die Keimung und Startphase verwendet. * Einsatz von mehr Tonkugeln (Leca): Die Steinwollwürfel werden im nächsten Grow deutlich besser mit Tonkugeln abgedeckt, um die Oberfläche vollständig vor Licht zu schützen. Dies wird die Algenbildung effektiv unterbinden und somit zu einem stabileren pH-Wert beitragen. Ausblick: Trotz der aufgetretenen Schwierigkeiten bin ich mit dem aktuellen Zustand der Pflanze äußerst zufrieden. Sie ist ein starkes Beispiel dafür, wie widerstandsfähig diese Pflanzen sein können, wenn die Grundversorgung stimmt und auf Probleme reagiert wird. Ich freue mich auf die bevorstehende Ernte und bin gespannt auf die Qualität des Endprodukts.

Day 70 - 01/12/19 This is going to be a lot bigger than my last harvests :) the colas are getting bigger each day and even the side colas are bigger than my last plants main cola. Smell is still weak/normal with that lavender/weed concoction :) hoping it gets pretty strong in the next couple of weeks! Plant hasnt gotten any taller as its finished its stretch. all thats left now is watering and waiting :) this beauty should be ready to chop down just before christmas. might have some buds dried by christmas day ahah. Main cola refuses to snap even after being bumped off the grow lamp etc. rhizotonic is definitely doing its job at strengthening stems. I added a few photos to show progress from last week. really excited for this one :) hopefully the buds will be much more dense and tighter as i will give this strain all the time it needs. ive also been watering using the full 1.8L can. the plant is drinking this and drying out in the space of 24 hours. im definitely going to give it as much water and nutes as it wants lol. Same day update: Was taking some pictures to show off LST on my other diary and they just looked great. my quick one is towering over the other diarys plant and the colas look beautiful! i posted the pictures on this week also. take a look! Day 75 - 06/12/19 Most fan leaves are yellowing and crispy now so im assuming its near the end. im going to check the trichomes in the morning to see whats up :) chopped a small bit of bud from the top of the main cola and smoked it. nice little stoned high from it :) Il probably start flushing in a few days time :) plant should definitely be ready for a week 12 harvest! i get more and more excited for the harvest of every plant i grow. im learning and improving every time. Day 76 - 07/12/19 Quick One turned into a Fat One compared to 6 days ago. im gonna start flushing tomorrow and try to harvest around the start of week 12. a nice smell of lavender and colas are thick and sticky. a definite improvement over my last diary! They are 43.5 and 50 cm tall. One headed is the bigger one now but two headed seems more mature. Both doing good and with white buds, they look almost the same so far. I run out of Bloom Complex Soil so i'm giving them a new nutrient, Powder feeding by Green House Seed Co. Sativa version. I hope they grow and develop fast because is summer time and i wanna go somewhere else xD Added a video of each plant, i hope you enjoy 😺

Hello everybody Welcome to the review week 😁 (Harvest pictures previous week) What can i say. Another very fun year doing this hobby. Grow number 5 since I'm here on growdiaries and ever year I improved because ofvall the knowledge here. Last year my NL'S started fantastic but it went horribly wrong during flowering. I was very motivated for this revenge round since NL is great strain and I knew where the mistakes were made in the previous grow. Made a well fed soil, added lots of RQS nutrients and made it extra airy by adding about 20 to 25 % extra perlite. Germination was made in a soil plug. Soaked the seed for 24h and then 12h in a moisted paper napkin . After the root came out a little bit i put her directly in the soil plug After 2 days she put her head out 🙏 Vegative phase was fun but she was stunted from the cold in the first weeks outside. With photoperiods that's not a problem but with autoflowers u end up with a small plant. Gave some neem oil spray too every week. No bugs have been seen on the plant. Fantastic product I did my first LST training and that was so fun to do. I fucked up here and there and should have spread the canopy more open but i give myself 6,5/10 for the first time 😁 Didn't break anything and she reacted well on my inexperienced hands. Will always do this from now on but with adjustments of course 😁 we grow to learn In flowering she did well but she stayed on the small side, wasn't very bushy and didn't completely filled up the space she had. But the plant was healthy and what she had did very well and delivered super nice buds. In the final 2 weeks she really bulked up a lot and gave me my first handsized buds ❤️🙏 I had Budrot because of high humidity in the morning and 2 small rains. It was extremely warm here during July and August but during the days we had 30° to 40° Celsius with low humidity and at night 15°Celsius with night and morning humidity of 80% to 100% 🤷‍♂️ 🙄 talk about a challenge Every plant will develop problems in such swinging climate conditions but the NL did pretty good. Lost about 20% of the plant unfortunately but that's life After 16 weeks she looked done for me. Chopped her and had to dry her in warm weather. The tent was around 23°Celsius, couldn't get it lower. After 5 days the smaller buds were on the verge of just a bit too wet but close to dry and i know it's better to put them in a little bit more wet instead of too dry because it's harder to add moisture than the other way around. Opened the jars 4 times daily the first week and it was okay. The handsized more wet buds were added after 7 days of drying and didn't have any problems. An overall very smooth grow untill the budrot problem. Will grow this one again since i have 10 seeds left of them 😁 (small note for RQS if they read this : mix up the free strains guys 😂 1 Royal Jack and 13 NL here) Thanks for the help and comments Another year were i learned a lot from everyone here 🙏 Happy growing 🙏

Smells like Rubber bands coated in a berry sugar or berry sryup very interesting on the nose! Harvested day 67 ish maybe a couple more hard ot tell outdoor Split the harvest into drying buds and some to made into fresh frozen hash. i can dry weigh the fresh frozen buds and put that weight in the wet section and i will put the to smoke buds in the dry weight section so total between the two will be the whole plant Drying was a big mishap got condensation around day 10 of drying and it caused some mold 🤦‍♂️ right around the time i was going to cure! Found a peroxide soak that ill post butt it seemed to take off all the mold without affecting tricomb heads! Had to re dry for another week afterward i feel like the re dry maybe messed with the terps because it definitely never got the smell back like i thought but who knows slmost 3 weeks into cure coukd get better but doubt it

It's been another easy week in the Fastbuds tent. I've spent most my energy preparing my outdoor grow space for a wild summer. At this point, there's not much I can do except water and watch my plants grow. I've added videos of other plants in relations to the mimosa cake just for visual aid. I also added a photo of my cheese auto.. it's still drying! With the Mimosa cake auto I've been taking fan leaves off slowly for weeks now. This is a very busy plant. She is also going to run later than I expected. She's on day 76 and I suspect 95 to 100 days to finish time. I'll have to keel feeding her bloom nutes for the next few weeks; her 3 gallon bucket ran out of nutrients already. Feeding schedule: water, feed, water, feed Step 1- I'll take an aeration stone and use it to remove the chlorine residual in the water... this only takes 8 - 12 hours depending on water temperature. (I'm a water treatment process operator, I have checked several times in the past with my own Cl2 meters). Step 2 - add Calmag Step 3- add bloom nutes Final step - pH the water accordingly (very important that this is final step) A TDS residual of 500 ppm equals roughly 1 E.C. (I just double it)
